This is a very clean, well merchandised, attractively lit store. There were many employees on hand to offer assistance. Have to give a shout out to Trin, a sweet young lady who greeted me enthusiastically at the customer service desk. She is a keeper. She made my return so easy and then rang me up patiently, without showing any sign of pressure from the growing line of customers. Trin was bubbly, friendly, knowledgeable and polite through the whole transaction. This girl is an asset to this store, she and her helpful fellow employees are the reason I will return to this Target.

I have became a Target fan in the past year and a half. Because of the pandemic I used their Curbside service often. Orders are processed quickly and efficiently. And the staff that brings out orders are meticulous with making sure they verify customers prior to handing over orders. I love it! Thats what I call great service!

Called to see if they had a particular item. The young lady who assisted was very pleasant and sweet and even gave me the aisle number when I would come in to get the item! Went in, found the item, paid and was back out in a short amount of time!

I went to the electronics section to get some assistance with setting up a cellular phone that I had bought from Consumer Cellular. The young man that I had to deal with on two occasions seemed annoyed that I was even there and provided little assistance. My sims card is still not installed properly. I am going back one more time and hope tis time I can meet with someone who is more helpful.

10/10 experience on a rather busy Sunday afternoon shopping trip at the Roanoke Target! Store was clean and got what I needed in a fashionable time. A wonderful young man named Preston helped me at the baby registration line and made my day! All in all great store!

I love this Target. I normally find great prices. I went to buy pens yesterday and found this sale. Just watch your pricing on sale items no matter where you go. Otherwise great place to shop and get a cup of coffee while there.

Roanoke Target is handling business. I love that there is no minimum purchase for pickup. I hardly wait at all. Despite customers not following the directional markings, associates quickly bring out orders and get them to the correct vehicles. I love the touchless service. I keep coming back particularly because I dont have to speak with associates. I simply hold up my code and associates verify the number through my closed window. You guys solved this! Thank you for the absolute best pickup of all of the stores.

I just picked up order #1068110595307. I didnt look at them because I trusted that Target wouldnt sell me a defective product. When I returned home I noticed that both tables were damaged. One was extremely damaged with a huge gash in it. Im angry. Are your employees so unconscious that they cant take the initiative or the common sense to recognize a damaged product, to pull it off the shelves and not sell it to a customer? These tables had to have gone through at least 3 sets of hands before I picked them up.

Always so clean and the employees are so kind. One employee specifically—James—went above and beyond for us today. My husband and I hit up Starbucks before starting our shopping and shortly after, my husband spilled his drink in front of an aisle. I went to grab an employee to let them know, and the lady who called for a clean up was super sweet. Then James came and started cleaning up. We thanked him and apologized for our clumsiness and went about our shopping. After a few minutes, James found us and had a new drink for my husband in hand. I can’t even put into words how such a simple act of kindness made our day. James had no clue what we’re going through or that we are currently in the grieving process. He just genuinely wanted to do a kind thing for a stranger. Target, give James a raise!!!!

Today I went into target which I love and have no problem with but me and my fiancée got a drink from the Starbucks in there and it was awful. The large girl with the green hair took our order and we even gave her a tip but she was sighing loudly and being extremely rude while making our drinks and when they were done she slammed them down on the table and threw my straw across the counter at me.

This Target is pretty bad. Poor selection in items, bad customer service, and dirty.

Everyone was wearing masks and they had a lady at the front with hand sanitizer and masks for those that forgot, the staff was very helpful and patient. I found everything I needed and the store was well organized so I was in and out quickly.

It is so refreshing going into a department store and from the entrance of the store ur employees greet you and right off the start there asking if they can help us. and anytime i ask a employee they all was very friendly and willing to help us with our questions.

Wonderful experience every time I shop online at Target. Push the notice Im on my way on my phone and Im here once I park results in the items in the car within a couple minutes with a smile and a thank you from the associate.

This Target location has the nicest group of ladies working the front of the store. Although I have my pick of 3 particular girls that are usually always working on a register, they are all very very nice and well-mannered employees this target seems to really care about their customers and you cant find that too much anymore these days my family and I really enjoy Target

The new drive up service is very helpful except for one thing. You order on the app and when your order is ready (sometimes as soon as 1/2 hour after order) you pull into a marked space and they bring it to your car. The only problem is that they pack the bags too heavy. When I mentioned this to the gal who brought out my order she said, I didnt pack the bag. This is a surprising statement from someone who works at Target. Everybody expects good customer service from Target. This gal didnt understand that she represented the brand and she didnt understand that she was supposed to convey this information back to customer service.

Love going to Target. And now with the Circle app I can save more money and get cash back. This Target is always well stocked and able to find everything needed

When I went to checkout there were a lot of shoppers lining up at the available cashiers. Within a couple minutes all the other registers were opened and the shoppers were directed to those lines. There was a supervisor overseeing the process, very impressive. All of the shoppers were efficiently checked out and on their way, including me.

My whole family loves Target. All of my friends love Target. It is the one place we all look forward to shopping at.

Target carries the organic and natural brands I look for. Its easy to find the homegoods, athletic accessories, and foods I like on one trip.

I didnt have to wait on my order

I went into Target at this location with my mother so we could both switch phone providers. It turned into a complicated mess for Brad and Ranisha because my old provider was making it very difficult for them to take control of our phones. They were very professional and stuck with it through dealing with my old provider and there own tech team. It was also very stressful because there was a surge of people wanting to ring things up. They handled everything very smoothly and my mother and I walked out of there very happy campers. Very nice, Ranisha and Brad.

I’ve did quite a few drive up orders, & today was a unusual one, I ordered some baby bottles, it says there was 6 packs in stock only orders one, then no emails or anything, an hour later it says my order was canceled, i didn’t get an email or anything about it . Luckily I just was wondering why it was taking longer then usual .

Worst target. Did the drive up order and and waited for 40 mins outside. Finally went inside to see what’s going on . Apparently they had cancel my order because of glitch in their system. No notification no updated or anything was sent to me. I could of been waiting outside for one hour and not knowing what was going on . Worst experience ever.

An upgrade from Walmart. Better Quality stuff. And Friendlier people

The electronics department has some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life. If you are interested in purchasing Funko pops just go ahead a skip this store. Pops without limitations on buying are limited to one just because they are target exclusive. However, if you want to buy the hello kitty target exclusive you can buy the whole rack. It is insanity and I will from now on do business with the Lynchburg target.

I love the values and quality product at your store. The biggest setback for me is room to maneuver in the smaller aisles with a mart cart as Im handicapped. However also on the plus side...I love the interaction that I have with the associates as I shop. I would say Im asked 25 times if I need help with anything.

Very easy. Ordered online. Picked up 2 hours later. Only problem was the email I got said to take the barcode on your smart phone to the store. I do not have a smart phone. When I have ordered from other stores they send me an email with the barcode on it. I print the email and take that to the store. Would have saved me some time if you had done that.

Husband doesnt have to wander through the store trying to find the right thing. It helps avoid germs AND helps our sanity!

This is an excellent Target. Good sized grocery section. The clothing is always stocked and organized by size. The parking lot is humongous and there is now access to it easily from I-581 which substantially sped up getting in and out. The bathrooms are always clean. This one has a Starbucks right inside the front door which can be a good place to make your shopping list. There is also a Target food court if you want pizza or other snacks.Pro Tip:The customer service/return line will also checkout customers if the lines are long.Improvement:There could be a few more shopping cart returns in the parking lot.

I’m posting a review because I would love to see an expanded “Target Dollar Spot” at our local Target. Honestly, our Spot is small and useless. After installing new checkouts, our Spot got the cut. As a teacher, the Target Dollar Spot is loved and well-known; however, I feel as though I must go to other Targets to get a decent experience. Just a suggestion from teachers in the Roanoke area!

We dont have a target very close by so when we are in Roanoke for my daughters doctor appointments we try to stop in. This past visit we found several nice tops on clearance. One I thought I would pay about $6 but got to the register and it came up to 99 cents! My daughter was glad to get one of her favorite character shirts and i was grateful to save a few dollars. I ended up purchasing another top for her that I hadnt planned to purchase because I didnt bring a whole lot of extra cash. This store was clean, all staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Toy section was, as usual, nicely organized and lots of fun for my daughter to look through selecting her likes for Christmas!

You always bring me my stuff quickly so I do not have to wait forever for my order. And if something is out of stock you let me know right away.

I went to this target today around 3:45pm to get some back to school supplies. I thought I would just pick up a couple of things, but ended up picking up a lot more. Bernie the most upbeat, positive and helpful employee I have ever met noticed me struggling. He asked if I needed help. He got an empty cart, brought it over to me, and helped me load all my stuff in it. He was so thoughtful and this small act of kindness made my day! Target is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Bernie is truely an asset to the Target team!

Clean and organized. Staff are friendly. Stop by the Starbucks on the way out for breakfasts. Glad they added Starbucks in the store. Additionally, I found the complete TV series of Batman and it was cheaper than Amazon. Great find!

They have a pretty good market selection and a wide variety of household items and clothing. I come here often. A built-in Starbucks and being so close to a pet and electronic store is very helpful, too :)

I hardly ever right reviews but I think this should be known. Tonight I went to Target and my friend and I were trying on some outfits in the dressing room when we got walked in on not once, not twice, not even three times, but FOUR times. Every time we would go to lock the door someone would slam the other doors beside us and we would see the lock popping open. The new dressing rooms are just awful. I feel like there should be more attention paid to the dressing rooms or there should be numbers given out to place on the door. To me this was just unacceptable and I decided not to purchase anything. Other than this bad experience I have had pretty good service.

My husband and I came to the Roanoke, Va location to buy a crib mattress and an owlet smart sock for our baby that will be coming home from the nicu soon. Before coming to the store we checked online and they were both in stock but there was no owlet smart sock on the shelf. An associate checked with her scanner and according to it there were supposed to be 2 on hand but there were none actually in the store. We wanted to buy both items with the in store 15% off coupon from our registry but the manager decided that we would have to use the in store coupon for the mattress and the online coupon for the owlet sock instead of just allowing us to purchase both items with the in store coupon.

Procedure very fast and staff were so nice and presentable

I usually have a quite enjoyable time shopping at this Target, however as I went to try on a dress, one of the employees started to yell at me and my friend because we were holding a few empty hangers. This was not the first time one of their employees was rude to me. One time I was about to try on a pair of jeans and a lady said, “ I don’t think those will fit you.” I shop here often and I don’t think their costumer surface is good at all. They need to hire a friendlier staff.

Curb side pick up was super quick and easy

I could spend hours in this store. Even when I come in for a few items I always find more to add to my cart. When there is a long line they are quick to open another register.

Parking can be annoying mostly due to the construction of the on/off ramp for 581 which limits the parking lot to 1 entrance. I wish Target did not have a great selection because when I bring my wife she often find so many products she didnt know she needed until she arrived. Checking out is usually fast and the Starbucks that is inside the Target store makes a nice treat to re-energize for more mythic level shopping support for my wife.

I dont care for the Valley View location. If you dont mind shopping elbow to elbow with other folks its fine. Ive never been in a Target thats always busy as this one is.Also, this Target doesnt carry the same items as my local Target. I wanted to buy a particular brand of body wash, but this Target doesnt carry my favorite.

I have always really loved going to Target. I am quite upset that the snack bar is closing. The Target popcorn is the best in the world, and so many customers enjoy eating it as they shop. Please reconsider this terrible decision.
