Over the years Ive used this place for personal photos and where I work. Always they have been top notch in customer service and helping get it just the way you like it !!!

I first came here in September of 2020 to get some old family film digitized. Since then I have been bringing them everything from family films on vhscs to disposable cameras. They do excellent work and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this palace for any photo or video project you are working on.

Simply put, the guys at PhotoUSA are above & beyond extraordinary at what they do. Absolutely the best photo shop (for ANY of your needs) that Ive every had the pleasure of doing business with. Every staff member is seasoned, qualified, professional, and an expert in his/her field. They provide a wide variety of services and they always make sure that each order receives personal attention and scrutiny. I cant say enough good things about this business. It is a rare find.

Very knowledgeable here. A good stop if you want some quick copies off a roll and are not going to bother right yet to get the whole role done. I DO wish they were open all Saturdays.

I recently went out of the country and took a lot of pictures. I was excited to get them printed out until I tried printing the photographs at Wal-Mart and the quality was terrible. The pictures came out distorted and grainy and nobody was able to answer my questions as to why or give any helpful suggestions other than to try Photo USA and I am glad I did. I came here and printed out the same pictures and the quality was fantastic! The manager, Dave was the one who assisted me and I really appreciate him answering all of my questions and taking his time to make sure the quality of the pictures was great. I will definitely be recommending and returning.

Great shop for developing and other processing needs. Considering they are the only store in town for this, youd think they would slack, but nope! Dave is a stellar employee and always on point with service or advice. They also carry 35mm black and white and color film, if you are looking for it.

Needed passport photos to be taken for 2 different countries (different specifications than standard US passport photos). Another photo studio I went to got it wrong in spite of me giving them the exact specifications in print. Photo USA is the only place I trust to have my photos taken, even though its a long drive from Blacksburg. One thing to note however is that even though their closing time says 5pm, if you want your photo prints the same day that you have your photo taken, make sure to be there before 4pm because they shut down their printer at 4pm. I made the mistake of going at 4.15pm once and had to drive back all the way the next day to collect my prints. If you go earlier though, it only takes 10 minutes.
