As always, Susan and the staff are always so friendly and informative on any product or project youre working on or thinking about.

People who work here don’t know the merchandise they’re selling. They’re just reselling and clearly have no experience. Bought schluter with corner pieces but was given the wrong corner pieces (inside vs outside) for the schluter despite the warehouse worker double checking and assuring me of the correct item. Now none in stock so a replacement order would delay our renovation. No returns. Take your business elsewhere.

Prosource is a great resource for both flooring and accent tile. Susan has been great with ideas and patience as I search for the perfect tile as my circus of kids try to hurry us up. Ive ordered all different products through them and have never been disappointed.

I ordered flooring based off a sample in the store. The product arrived with a different name and color. The floor attendant never explained color variations between sample and end product. I was not provided with documentation that it was even the same product. Two employees said the floor sample could be dated, but saleswoman declined to comment.If you have an issue with the product, do not expect professional and courteous treatment. When inquiring about returning the product I was told this isnt how the world works. I eventually spoke with the manager and he agreed to take back the product at no cost and refunded the money. HOWEVER he said that he hoped I was happy in a way that implied all of this was my fault. He then ended the conversation saying the store would never do business with me again.In short, if you are young or new to the flooring world.. take your business elsewhere. There are other places in Roanoke that will take time to explain things and wont vilify you for being unhappy with their product.

Has a variety of options but not convenient if you are not based in Roanoke as they are hard to get a hold of by phone and email and only open until 12pm on Saturday. You also pay delivery fees with your order but they don’t deliver it to you.
