Wonderful dealer and service! Tom, the Manager, and Mike, the Service Foreman, were simply outstanding. My family and I were caravanning down to Florida from WV in our three Volvos. On the way down, my car started shaking, the apparent result of a large pothole. After my low tire pressure indicator went off and after refilling the tire didnt correct the issue, I called ahead to Volvo of Roanoke to let them know we would be coming in. Tom and his crew sprang into action when we arrived, despite it being the end of the day and a last minute emergency. They examined the tire and, after seeing that the wheel itself was dented and the tire was bubbling where it was slowly leaking, they offered to put it up on the lift to do a proper examination. Meanwhile, Mike looked for parts in the three closest states but was unable to find any (they dont typically stock my 20-inch wheels). They sealed my tires and rotated the tires to get me a better, safer drive back to Florida, and it certainly improved the drive and my worry. I tried to pay them for their service, but Tom said he wouldnt hear of it. My family was truly grateful for their kindness and expertise. If I lived in the area, I would certainly trust them with my business, as should you! Thanks, Tom and Mike, to you and your team!

This is NOT a reflection of the Volvo I have and acquired through Berglund, but of one year of having my Vehicle and being treated by Berglund directly. The buying experience was terrible. I came down last year, looking into the Volvo subscription service. Not only did the sales team act like they didnt know anything about it, they made it seem like, and I suppose accurately in retrospect, that I was on my own if thats the route I wanted to go. I did. I got no information from Berglund until I started calling, wanting to know where the car was, when it would be received, how I would be able to come and GET it. It arrived at Berglund and they didnt even call me, I had to call them after it was sitting there for several days, having been notified by Volvo themselves after they tracked it down for me.Almost Everytime Ive called, the receptionist has been short, doesnt bother letting me complete a sentence before transferring me, has happened now than once since Ive bought my car.The Service department. Ive had really only one real issues with the car, the sunroof. No big deal, but Ive now brought it in twice, including today. Service manager says, no courtesy car as youll only be here an hour which I knew was a lie, as I had someone pick me up and its been over 4 hours and no call.I feel like I must not have bought an expensive enough car to be treated properly by Berglund. I will likely buy Volvo again. I love my SUV. I will purposefully travel to Winston-Salem to avoid being treated like the dealer doesnt care and Im not a worthy enough customer to be treated with respect.
Tina Stragand of Luxury Volvo of Roanoke did a great job of follow-up in a timely, yet unintrusive, manner. When Tina was busy taking care of other clients, her Manager Raymond Spradlin stepped in. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tina, Raymond, and Luxury Volvo of Roanoke. In fact, Ill be back for my next auto.

Our experience in purchasing our new Volvo was exceptional. Everyone was pleasant and eager to help with all the details. The salesman sat in the car with me to explain everything and be sure everything was connected to my phone, even downloading my Volvo app on my cell phone. No one was trying to push us in one direction or the other. The facility is immaculate. Plus, I absolutely love my new Volvo. Best car ever.
One of the few service departments where the attendant treats you with a friendly handshake and smile. They call when they say they will and always provide excellent service. I truly appreciate their drop-off and pick-up service. I think you could find cheaper service but, likely, not better.

Was in town for work and my car started having problems. Jeff in service was awesome to work with and got me right in as I had a 4 hour drive home. Everyone was extremely friendly and they fixed my car in about 2 hours. Price was very fair.

Went down to the Berglund Luxury dealerships to purchase a vehicle for my wife. I had it in my head that I would NEVER buy a Volvo. Long story short, after driving Jaguars and Range Rovers, we ended up with a Volvo XC90. Ryan showed us all of the features and I was impressed to say the least. The styling has come so far from the “safety boxes” I was used to seeing. We got an amazing warranty, and can rest easy when we pass this vehicle on to our daughter in 5 years. Needless to say, we will be back to buy another.
I dealt with them mostly over the phone while purchasing my new car and Brandon Arthur was excellent! He made sure everything was in place and ready the day I came so all I had to do was sign papers. Everyone there was so friendly, I recommend them no doubt!
Just purchased my third Volvo SUV in the last five years with this one being a 2018 Volvo XC 90 Inscription. Raymond went the extra mile for me finding the exact model and color that I was looking for because they didnt have one in stock.The sale was great with no hassle and a smooth transaction. Volvo fan for life and as long as Volvo of Roanoke treats me like they have in the past I will continue to be a repeat customer.

The customer service was the best. Mr. Raymond (manager) personally took care of us, and is the best car manager I have dealt with in all of my car buying experiences. He was very straight forward and did everything to make sure we got everything we wanted in the car. He understood everything we were requesting. The car was ready when promised. Will definitely be buying more Volvos from him (even though volvo is not my #1 preference) just because everything he helped with. Will also be recommending my friends to switch to volvo and to go buy from him. Raymond was very easy to deal with. I have never decided so quickly on a car before (have bought a total of 8 cars so far, this was the fastest I made up my mind on).Brandon also helped in the process.

The saleslady and I worked hard for two weeks to reach a deal for me to purchase a particular 2018 Volvo XC90 from Berglund Volvo. The day before I was to come to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick-up the vehicle, she informed me that the vehicle was given as a loaner to a friend of the owner to drive while his vehicle was being serviced. The friend would put several hundred miles (between 400 - 700) on the XC90 which only had 3 miles to begin with. Needless to say, I cancelled the agreement even when I was offered an extra $1,000 off the price. The dealership should have known better than to loan out a vehicle that was about to be purchased. That was just BS and made me angry and frustrated for the saleslady and myself. It was not her fault but it was the fault of the person who authorized the car to be loaned. To a broad extent, it was the dealerships fault as well. I will deal with the saleslady again because she was honest and trustworthy but I will never buy anything from this dealership again!Update 6/2/18:I appreciate the effort of management to reach out to me and “correct” the mistake. However, this was not a mistake. It was a decision that was made to loan the vehicle despite the fact that someone was negotiating to purchase it. Management needs to work on preventing this kind of stupid decision from happening... again. Preventing the fire is better than trying to put it out. No amount of apologies will change the situation or “make things right”. The damage has been done!

My experience at Berglund-Roanoke was wonderful. Everyone was very engaged in being sure I chose the correct car for our needs at this time. Manager Bryan Vess highlighted the strengths of all different vehicles--new and used. I test drove multiple vehicles and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. Manager Raymond Spradlin was most helpful every step of the way--trade in, financing options, etc. and spent several hours (even staying after hours) reviewing the features and driving the vehicle to be sure I was familiar with the operation/features. I was introduced to Tim Riddle of the Service Department and fully instructed about service, loaners, etc. The facility itself is very nice--clean, comfortable and very accommodating. Everyone did everything they could to make this an experience that inspired confidence in the process, support staff and ultimately the vehicle we purchased. March 23, 2017: In the past week I was experiencing wifi difficulties. A quick trip to Roanoke Volvo solved the issue--Brandon Arthur gets***** 5 stars for his expertise and ability to fix it and have me on my way! Thanks to Raymond Spradlin and Brandon Arthur!
