If you’re into “preppy” clothes this place is for you. Owners have always been extremely nice and helpful. Great brands and great service, what else could you want? If you’re letting the negative reviews dissuade you, please try them for yourself. I have never received anything but professional and polite service.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about regarding the owners being rude. They are extremely nice and helpful. Also, they are never more expensive that Vineyard Vines website. They price match.

I stop by this store about every time Im in town. The store has a great selection of mens and womens clothes and brands that are great. The owners are really great and have special order a few this gs for me too.

The friendliest staff and quality product set up in an easy to maneuver shop. We buy my husbands Sperry Billfish here every year and they will gladly order anything if they dont have your item in stock (if said item is with one of their typically stocked brands). I cant state strongly enough about the customer service. The wife and husband team are top notch. They also have tremendous sales! Sign up on the mailing list and you will always be notified of current promotions and sales. They even pick out items they think youd like and call you! You cant get better service!

Great service and selection. If you are looking for quality clothing Alligator Alley is well worth a visit.

The stuff is way more expensive than it is on the actual Vineyard Vines website and, although they were trying to be helpful, the staff was pushing us to buy hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. Also, you can tell that the staff looks down on those who arent wealthy.

Will never return to this store again!!Very Rude,in front of my 13 year old daughter not sure where they got their manners from!!!I will keep ordering offline!!!
