I have called this store today 6 times just wanted to ask a question regarding some retro Jordan no one answers the phone that store is not that busy im pretty all they are doing is walking around and talking

Complete turn off to have an employee at your front door mandating masks even for those unable to wear one. While you have the right to enforce policies, I have the right to shop where Im respected as a customer and I did, got my daughters shoes CHEAPER, at another store right down the way from you. Masks were requested not mandated, hence they got my money.

Poor customer service....they couldnt find my order...then left me sitting with no answers while continuing 2 ignore me...just 2 tell.me.they dont know what 2 tell me....mind you i paid allready...nd they have a. Problem answering there phone for sum strange reason

Everytime I walk in this store I am greeted with a smile. They let me look and are there to answer any questions look up stock and grab a pair of shoes for me to try if needed. No pressure just great service.
