I called in to get my prescription over the phone. When the call was answered, I was not asked if I could hold, I was simply asked how I could be helped and so I went into the reason I was calling. The lady asked for my information which I provided. I was trying to get my prescription over the so that I could order some sunglasses online at a much cheaper price. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude stating that You cant order online, you have to pick up the paper prescription here in our office. Almost like she didnt even hear what I was asking. Then she proceed to tell me when I asked if she could just mail me a copy, she said Well I cant do it right now, Im with a patient. It was so crystal clear, one she hated her job, two she was aggregated that I wanted to save some money by ordering my glasses online or three because I called in period. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but because of how she treated me, I will definitely not be back for eye exams or glasses. I think its pretty silly she couldnt give me what I needed over the phone after fully verifying me, but could send a fax less than 5 mins later. Cute.

My daughters and I have gone here since moving back to Roanoke four years ago. Beautiful facility and great people! Weve been seen by Dr. Kevin Coolbaugh and Dr. Kari Boothe--would highly recommend both of them! If quality eye care and service is what youre looking for, choose Eye Care & Surgery--you wont be disappointed.

At 53, I started wearing eye glasses full time in December 2018. These guys are very thorough and on point. Highly recommend Blue Ridge Eye Care in Botetourt. As a bonus, there building is real nice inside and out. Really cool inside.

Great place good freaidly people working there including the Drs they are great in telling you what is going on with your eyes and very helpful ordering of your prescriptions eye wear for fit and easy wear and how to take care of them

Not happy ... 1st visit was covered by insurance then they said we needed to do a follow up visit just so they could charge us 50 bucks extra
