Ownership has changed. Physical improvements to the outside are updated. Interior is a Hodgepodge. The new guys are nice and mostly friendly. Some things run out more often, perhaps being lost in the transition. Ill be interested to see how this little place develops over time. The last guy was there forever and was a friendly neighborhood staple.

New gas pumps and lot of changes inside.

Ive always found the workers nice and helpful, but this place just needs to be cleaned up. Lots of dingy looking things here. Kind of the eye sore of the Wasena neighborhood.

Tried to prepay for $10 in gas since the credit card machine at the pump was broken. The cashier told me my card was declined which I knew was not true. When I asked him to run the card again he acted like he did, but I could tell he really didnt because the register never said processing. I left and went to Kroger gas station to fuel up and my credit card worked just fine. If you want to only accept cash that is fine, but you dont have to embarrass people making them think they dont have enough money or that their card has been hacked. There was a $4 minimum charge to use a credit card, so I was well over that. Unfortunately, they have lost all of my future business.

Fabulous! This rough gem boasts one of Roanokes most intriguing challenges for the inquisitive mind: contestants are invited to guess which of this dumps gas pumps are actually working! One dispensed 87 only. Another was out of service entirely. The third accepted our card but wouldnt actually pump. We were told to cancel and retry the transaction. We did. Didnt work again at which point we got the chase card services fraud alerts.STEP RIGHT UP, FOLKS! TRY YOUR LUCK!
