I have gotten food here to go numerous times and it has always been absolutely delicious. This is hands-down my favorite hibachi restaurant in the valley. The food is always fresh and the service is wonderful.

Trash no flavor at all rice was hard $17 wasted had high expectations

Ive always loved hibachi style Japanese food and was thrilled to find Hibachi Express. Fresh, delicious and fast. I havent tried their sushi yet, but the hibachi chicken and steak are awesome. The miso soup is good too. And I really appreciate the places where I can actually get a decent amount of food for a reasonable price. I think I could put their ginger sauce on almost anything. Its so delicious.

This place at Towers is the greatest hibachi place Ive ever been to. The staff are really respectful and the food is amazing. I love the lo mien noodles and just about everything they fix is great and high quality. I come alone a lot because my girlfriend doesnt like hibachi places and when I come alone, the staff are nice and friendly and talk to me about nothing in particular. Awesome place.

The food is good. I usually get the hibachi meal with a protein and fried rice. Add yum yum sauce and your belly is having a good time. Today though I ventured out and ordered the yakisoba with steak. The steak was perfect, but the noodles were not yakisoba. They were just good Lo Mein noodles. This has always been one of my favorite places to eat. This particular location at towers has a great group of friendly, very clean,very professional people who attend to you as soon as you walk in. The food is the best part great taste, very big portions, and very well priced. Everything is cooked, packaged right in front of you and the orders are made extremely fast considering everything is made to order fresh every time.

Amazing assortment to choose from! You cant even try it all! Sushi,grill items,crab,mushrooms, ribs, pizza, pudding,cake,ice cream and a beautiful salad bar! Great price too!

Efficient and friendly. Slightly expensive but you get healthy portions. Calling ahead makes it a wonderful meal stop to go.

Best crab rangoon in town. Huge portions in the bowls and lots of sauces to choose from. Would eat here every day if I could. California rolls and sushi are made to order.

This is similar to a Kabuki style restaurant except you do not get the show. Very Americanized Japanese style fast food. Great flavor, great sauces, great rice. My favorite is the habachi steak with Saba noodles

Pretty good food, I got two hibachi chicken and shrimp meals and only received one shrimp in each.

Love the place, and the food..Have never received a messed up order, and the food is always heartily portioned..I always get the hibachi beef, and teriyaki chicken combination, but everything Ive tried has been good. Sushi is low priced, and deli quality, so expect it to be similar to the sushi you can buy at your grocery store, only cheaper and fresher..

The rice was like a ball of glue paste and overpowered any taste of the tuna salmon and crab. The cucumber was soft and mushy. The soy sauce was watered down. Hands down the worst attempt at Sushi Ive ever had but on the positive side the place was clean. Do not waste your time or money

Its just regular Asian fast food at a little higher price. Most of what they give you is rice. Its cheaper and better to get takeout at a buffet.

Another reviewer is absolutely correct. They are very unsanitary. The refused me service after I called the chef out and told him I didnt want the piece of shrimp he dropped and just chucked back. Yuck!! This Hibachi Express is very unsanitary!

Very unsanitary. Saw the guy drop my shrimp, pick it up and put it in my bowl. When I called him out on it he refused to make me another one saying it wasnt a big deal. and instead denied me service. Trying to serve people dirty food is a BIG deal. Who knows how many times theyve done that.
