I’m ashamed to say that today was the first time I made it into crystal spring grocery. Boy was I impressed! Firstly, the store is GORGEOUS! It’s clean, neat and artfully displayed. I love the plants - they give the shop such a nice ambiance. I tried a salad and some French fries, both of which were DELICIOUS and grabbed some prepackaged items for later! Can’t wait to try them! I am a gluten intolerant vegetarian and there were so many options for me! The staff were all courteous and helpful. I will absolutely be back!

Very good food but the wait is not worth it. I ordered a Sandwich around 12 and it took 25 mins to make. People who ordered after me got there food way before I did. Maybe it was a simple mistake and I do understand those happen. Probably will go back again but will order ahead.

5 stars! Must see in Roanoke, a small quality shop with a rotation of items to choose from. So far I have been a grocery shopper and my wife and I get the chicken breast every week now. Bread craft bread and house made foccicia, Edwards bacon and country ham. River and Rail chicken stock, pickles, sandwiches and house made sausages all available and all top quality. Cant wait to have lunch there! Keep up the good work guys!

Great spot with great food, and tons of neat, local grocery options! The fresh grab and go case has so many wonderful options. The hardest part is deciding what to get, because it all looks so good. Great beer and wine selection, and the best customer service!

Love what youve done with the place! The lunch menu rocks. BLT and cauliflower pita were both excellent.

Probably the best burger in town all the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The beef was fresh and seasoned well. The brioche bun was perfect and the pickles tasted homemade. Theres a sauce that they make in house that resembles a Big Mac sauce however the sauce at Crystal Spring Grocery Co was far superior in every facet. The fries seemed to be hand cut and were seasoned well with a slightly spicy seasoning and came with a side of the secret sauce mentioned above for dipping. All in all a great place for great food thats made to order and the store was extremely clean. They offer aged (30 days) grass fed ribeyes which I picked up for tonights dinner. Will absolutely be coming back for more made to order food from their open kitchen and will definitely be buying more ribeyes from here. I love supporting local businesses and enjoy contributing to the success and growth of our local communities. This place is a hidden gem. Stop by and check them out!

Great food, well kept lunch secret!

Picked up sandwiches here before heading up the parkway for a hike. Amazing place with great specialty items too, would be great for gifting or stocking up on gourmet items. The staff was kind and helpful, thank you!

Grab N Go line up is delicious and healthy, reminds me of the CO-op, it’s great. We get a bunch of the pre made stuff for lunch during the week. You can tell everything is made with top quality ingredients. They have hard to find gourmet products too like Luxardo cherries. So glad this place opened up. I’ll be back next week. I really need to make it there for lunch too because the menu looks amazing

A small local shop that exceeds your expectations every time! The very best heirloom tomatoes, heritage pork chops, cowboy steaks, incredible sandwiches and wraps, a wide variety of groceries, and super helpful friendly staff. You cant miss at Tinnells.

Me and my husband went in there and the girl at the counter started making fun of my husbands hair with her friend right in front of my my husband is terminally ill and his hair is falling out he is iraqy veteran he served his country and he didnt deserve this I will be calling the owner and I live right next to the guy who works for channel 10 news so people know this grocery store makes fun of terminally ill veterans my husband told her he was terminally ill and instead of apologizing they just laughed we just walked out I cant believe how rude this store is Im going to call and ask why was a terminally ill veteran treated this way

You can easily pick up everything you need for dinner in this quaint, convenient grocery store in Crystal Spring. You may even find something you didnt know you needed. Super nice employees, too! 😁

Hands down, best chicken tenders in the area! We ordered SO MANY for our wedding reception, along with pimento cheese and country ham biscuits. I always love going in their store but had never had their food order in bulk like that. They did a wonderful job! Thanks for making so much food for the wedding!

This small, unassuming market has the best meat in the entire city/county (and great service to boot). Dont bother with Kroger, OBriens, Fresh Market, ect. Their Thanksgiving meals are also spectacular.
