Gte as t staff, they really know their products. If they do not have what you are looking for, no problem they will order it, ship to you home or pick up in store.

Staff is amazing. But the system the company used isn’t. Place an order online for in store pickup but the order didn’t appear in the system. When I called a gentleman couldn’t find the order but he asked me to come in so they could try to find it. When I arrived a lady was there and searched for a while but couldn’t find it. As disappointing as it was that I was unable to get the product I wanted the employees were amazing and went out of there way to help

I have been a Vitamin Shoppe member for the last 5 years. I get all my supplements/vitamins here. Staff is always nice and helpful if youre looking for something and if they dont have it in stock they can get it or you can order from the website. Will continue to be a member and shop here. My favorite store for all my supplement needs.
