I am a first-time hot tub owner. I spent time talking to all of the dealers in the Roanoke Valley about their products and was most impressed with Waterworks and the Jacuzzi brand. Not only was Ethan very informative and helpful, he also wasnt a pushy salesman (unlike some of his competitors). The Waterworks staff was invaluable in getting my deck analysed by a structural engineer and prepared to support the hot tub. Ethan came by my house yesterday and taught me how to use the chemicals so that I can properly maintain the water. It is very relaxing to sit in the Jacuzzi at the end of the day. I look forward to a positive working relationship with Waterworks!

What an incredible staff! We have been wading through a kiddie pool most of the summer and it was time to step up our game. Ethan was awesome and we cannot wait to get our new pool!

Spent $6000 at Waterworks for hot tub. Bought supplies and had serviced by Waterworks for years. Once out of warranty, wood casing began to fall apart. They sent crew out 6 mos ago, charged $150, did nothing and told me they do not work on casing. The wood casing was part of the original hot tub direct from manufacturer. Made numerous calls to store and to Hot Springs corporate. Sent emails showing damage. Assured them I expected to pay for repairs, but just wanted it fixed or referred to someone who could. Completely blew me off, never responded, no offer or proposal, no suggestions on who else to call.

Ethan was so knowledgeable and not high pressure. He wants to make sure you get the perfect product.The installation was professional and timely.Best pool and spa place in the valley.

Let me tell you all, Waterworks is the best!! Our new pool arrived on Monday, April 4, 2016 with the best group of guys!! Michael, James, Billy, James and Big Billy....they were so polite and ready to work. Everyone of them new their job and they kicked it in high gear and had the whole pool dug, built and water filling by 2:00. The liner is beautiful and so level. they left no mess and were just as pleased with their work as we were. I think this company surpasses all of our expectations and more. one week later we headed over to the store and Ethan greeted us with open arms as if we were family and treated us with respect. Had another great experience with WaterWorks last week. Took water sample to get tested and kick off pool opening. The staff were working on the social distancing aspect, and operating out of the warehouse gate to keep themselves and the customers safe - much appreciated. Josia was awesome to work with, explained the analysis on the report, made recommendations on the chemicals needed, and discussed options to keep pool clear for the whole season. He was friendly, articulate and did a great job selling and educating at the same time.Also, which I was really impressed by, I needed a few other things beyond chemicals, like a brush and hose. He brought out the options for me to see what they had to offer, since the showroom is closed - and I appreciated that versus having to order online and wait.Service has always been responsive with WaterWorks, and the on-site staff is just as awesome. Third season with WaterWorks as our pool provider; still very satisfied.Thanks!

I absolutely love Water Works! I have been coming to them for years. Ethan really knows his stuff! The staff will do anything and everything they possibly can to make sure you have what you need. They recently put in a new liner for me and I am absolutely loving my pool. Ive had the pool since 2005. I unfortunately did not buy the pool from them but they have been here for me regardless. They have been fantastic to work with. I recommend them all the time! I wouldnt go anywhere else. You guys are great!

This is by far the only place I will deal with for quality service. Pool supplies, hot tub needs & purchased a green egg grill. So pleased 5 stars ✨

Nice selection of hot tubs. Staff was professional and friendly. I was there to purchase salt because usual vendor was out. Not sure about chemical prices as I dont use all the chemicals that pool stores sell for our pool. They appear to have a good selection of pool supplies.

Outstanding service. Called today with questions about the hot tub we have in the house we just purchased. They asked us to bring water to the store. We walked in and Michael tested our water and walked us through step by step directions for use. We purchased all our supplies and have now found our go to spot for spa service. Don’t bother with the others in town, Waterworks is the best.

Phenomenal people & service!!! We had a pool put in and there was some excavation work. Bill was awesome!! He knew every pitfall and helped us avoid all of them. Ethan, Michael, and James answered every single question and helped with everything throughout the process. I cannot imagine having better service with any other company!! HIGHLY recommended!

My husband & I have been shopping for a new hot tub for over a year now. We went to Waterworks on Orange Ave many times to check out the tubs & try to find just the right one for our needs. (my lower back & his feet, knees & back) Each time we had to pleasure of working with a rep, Michael Di Giovanni. He was always smiling, always willing to answer our questions & very patient. We knew we would work with him since he took his time helping us thru this process. Finally the day came to order our tub. We went thru Michael & he helped us choose the right color for us, the cover color & the siding. It was supposed to be a 5 week wait but actually came within 2 weeks! He called us to schedule delivery & 6 guys showed up to install the tub. We filled it with water & the very next day, Michael came to the house to show us how to do the chemicals, start the jets, the waterfall, lights and heater. He also took a tube of water out to test for us. He stayed at our home about an hour answering each question . He is so awesome! Actually everyone at the business was kind, patient & gave us the best deals they could! Michael brought me 2 duckies to swim in the tub with us which made me extremely happy! I know we will recommend this company to everyone & be sure to ask for Michaels help! He is an excellent sales rep.Everyone at the whole company was happy to help. We had a tub at our old house which is 15 years old & they helped us find a brand new pump for it which bolted right in. So what ever you need, parts or a new tub, CALL these people! They are the best!

WATERWORKS converted our pool to saltwater several years ago and am so happy with the results. Bill did a great job and continues to be very helpful if we have any issues. This week I took a water sample in to be tested and Michael was amazing with diagnosing the problem and getting the pool to sparkle again. Lakore, Tierra and Ethan greet you with a big smile and offer assistance when you walk in the door. Thank you all for the great service!

Water works is the best pool suppies and expert advice.

Purchased a Jacuzzi J-210 to replace my 20 year old Cal Spa from Waterworks on Dec.23, 2015. I was greatly assisted in the choice and details of the transaction by Mike Di Giovanni. Mike really went the extra mile, coming in on a day the business was closed so I could see the tub in full wet which allowed me to see the features and test the strength of the whirlpool jet, very important to me as I have a back injury and use the tub for therapy. The deal was closed quickly, the delivery and setup was flawless and I live 60 miles from the business. Mike additionally helped me with the conditioning of the water and tested my water to insure it would be specific to its conditions.The tub and transactions have exceeded my expectations. A little pricey compared to other pool stores in the area but the staff is pleasant and it is close to home. I do have to say that seeing the owner be rude to a patron is kind of a turn off. You dont act condescending to someone who came to your business to spend money.

We are new to us hot tub owners. Didnt have a clue on what chemicals were need or how often to put them in. I called this morning and Michael D. (the manager ) answered what questions he could over the phone. I made a trip to the store a few hrs ago and Michael helped me once again! Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Tested my water told me exactly what we needed and how often to put it in. Handed me a print out of everything he went over with me on how often to check different things to make my life sooooo much easier!! I have to say I did bring my 2 kiddos with me and of course they were wanting to browse around (which made me nervous because of the water in the hot tubs) but there was another employee that just was awesome at keeping an eye on them, gave them a popsicle and coloring sheets so I could listen to my instructions!! I will definitely be going back if and when we need anything else. Great group of employees that made me and my kiddos feel very welcomed!! Thank you all so so much. :)

I am very happy with the service I received at WATERWORKS. The excellent customer service began from the moment I picked up the phone and called them to get a quote for replacing my pool liner. Nicole answered all of my questions and was able to retrieve information from the original purchase and installation 15 years ago. Within 24 hours I had a written quote of all work we had discussed sent to my e-mail. I called 2 other local companies and compared prices and WATERWORKS had the best price. They had done such an excellent job on my installation 15 years ago I knew they were the right company to go with for a replacement liner. Within a few days I was selecting a pattern and signing a contract at their Orange Avenue location. When I arrived to make the final decisions Ethan was there to answer all of the technical questions and help me make a few final decisions. I decided to have my pump and filter plumbed in to avoid dealing with hoses in the future. My liner was ordered and a date was set for installation. The liner was a special order and arrived as planned in 2 weeks. Installation took place as planned also. The weather cooperated with us! Billy, James, Chris and Mike arrived on time the day of installation and did an excellent job. They were very professional and worked very well together as a team. I could tell they had done this before...(many times) they had it down to a science. They drained the remaining water in my pool and removed the old liner. They took great care in shifting my sand and covering any rough spots. They prepped the walls of my pool with foam to preserve and protect my new liner and 3 hours later my new liner was in place and my pool was being refilled with water. Bill came along during this process and plumbed my filtration system to the pool and explained how we would prepare it for closing. I highly recommend WATERWORKS to anyone who is in the market for buying or servicing their pool. Top notch professionalism all the way at competitive prices. Thank You WATERWORKS for a job well done. I love my new liner and I look forward to another 15 + years of fun in the sun!

FYI. When I first got my pool I used Water Works my first year. They see-sawed my chemistry to over $800. After that I Used another pool company and my costs were under $300 for the entire year. My advice “Shop around “
