I have been dealing with this company for over a month trying to get my garage door repaired through a referral of a home warranty company. After contacting the company for times I was finally able to get someone to come out and diagnose my problem three weeks later. Upon leaving they told us that the part would be ordered and that it was under warranty. Two weeks later I contacted them because they had not called back to do the repair. At this point they informed me that the part had not been ordered and they still had not been in contact with the warranty company. For some reason they didn’t see it fit to contact me as a customer to inform me as to what was going on. For the next week I spent hours on the phone between them and the warranty company to get the issue resolved. Finally, I received an email today informing me that the garage door diagnoses actually was not under warranty. Had I not been mislead by this company and contacted by them early on I could’ve had my garage door repaired over a month ago and saved hours of aggravation. I have a huge issue with is the lack of customer service and dishonesty from this company.
