Our experience at Freedom Homes in Roanoke Va was great. My wife and I went in to look at the homes on display when we met Shannon. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We went back several times trying to make the right decision. Each time she was very patient and ready to help. When we finally made a decision she took us through the whole buying process making sure we knew what we were getting and ok with it. While waiting on the house to be built we worked with the manager Jason . He too was great. He helped with everything from getting a well dug, grading our lot, footers, foundation, and permits.You name it he got it done. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Freedom Homes . Paul. Moran

I retract the review from before they are not very friendly and they do not do their job correctly. A couple of years ago my mother put down $5000 for a deposit survey the land paid for the building permit only to have someone sell the home from under her. She received a phone call that stated you need to come pick up your deposit. Both her and i visited the business in the beginning of January to search for her another home the salesman told her he would take everything and handle it only to find out he has not we have no home and the prices have tripled since January because of Covid. Also it’s a 9 month waiting list.

Made all these promises when I went to meet them in person and emailed me one time after I left and never heard from them again. That is poor customer service . And look at the reply below ....pretty much saying sorry youre poor and your credit is bad which I already know but the fact that your sales representative kept saying we can work with that we can do this we can do that even after I told them all this stuff and he made all those promises that he can help me and when I left I never heard from any of yall again. You could have had the decency to follow up with me and say you were sorry that you couldnt make things work. Im sure it was just some promotion you guys were having but to get someone hopes up the way you guys did to not even follow up is poor customer service. I wouldnt recommend you to anyone

We were working with another mobile home company and were dissatisfied with their service when we decided to drop in on Freedom Homes in Roanoke. Keith was super nice and our experience was wonderful! We found the home we love and were able to work out a deal on it in no time! From start to finish it only took a couple months as we just closed last week.

Home land packages great deals going on prices are low for the ones that needed to be sold last years models

Jason is one of the best people I have ever delt with in my 58 years of dealing with customer service. Unbelievable... This guy rocks!!!

Sales manager cant hear or doesnt understand english well. I went in to ask for brochures and to see how getting a modular worked. And she wanted to give me some keys to wonder around and look at what was sitting there.

We have lived in our home right at 6 yrs. And nothing but issues tried to adress with manager received nothing but rudeness. Roof leaks have to replace, cabinets are falling apart and laminate yes laminate peeling off. My light fixtures in my bathroom is covered in rust, my daughters room stays freezing even though her right beside furnace!!! Main bathroom tub already cracking and we barely use
