How is it that this business opens at 8:30am and you wait and wait, 20 minutes, 30 minutes and hang up then call back by 9am and still no one answers after waiting that long. I left a message finally, waited almost another hour...no return phone call yet...WOW

My wife has ALS. This Co was recommended by UVA to order her a Permobile power chair and she was told how she would love the chair and use it all the time. I can only say once she finally received the chair over a month late on 7/31 it had no seat cushion the wrong hand rests no lateral supports no leg support and her controls worked backwards. It broke down the next day could reach no one at National seating. We begged for help from them and the rep told us she had ordered the chair to fit my wife and that’s the way it was going to be. We had to get the factory rep involved who replaced the controls so she could operate it and made some adjustments so it was somewhat functional. Took 2 months to get a cushion. We have made numerous calls texts emails and still don’t have the armrests lateral supports and leg supports fixed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They didn’t do their homework on the front side and have never supported us after delivery

I could not be more grateful for the service that National Seating & Mobility provided us, particularly Matt and Abby. We were in a bind with my fathers wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much!!!

They will not let you order a part without first having to provide an assessment on weather or not their so called technicians agree when this order. Then and only then will they order it. After a hefty diagnostic fee. Streer clear.

The staff has been extremely attentive and careful to meet my needs. They really have gone out of their way to help me. I could not be more satisfied!

I got wheelchair threw them it didnt even last one year and front wheel came off I had them come to repair it and going on 2 months I still dont have wheelchair. the back up chair I have is not safe and no indication from them when my new chair will ever be fixed

Very poor customer service. Does not return calls. Does not listen to customers.
