Theives, sell missing parts and then lie about shipments, will force you to complain to credit card company . I have made contact and now my credit card company is handling it. You provided wrong tracking number stating item was delivered instead of honesty with correct tracking number stating missing package. I wont deal with you any more its a waste of time contacting you, rude comments to me and lies. No more contact.im done being nice.

BUYER BEWARE defective products sold as new. The product also is missing parts which leads me to believe it was not new as described. No post-purchase support or help. Do not make the same mistake I did buy from a reputable dealer! Product was not unopened as the dealer asserts. In fact, he said he opened it just to take pics .He probably either lost the parts or it was a customer return.... Dont believe this fraudulent company!

This place sells fraudulent defective parts as new. Took it out of the box to take pictures and lost parts. Then has the nerve to say they never took it out of the box... The machine shop could not even fix the defective threads on brand new crank. I am meeting with my lawyer to discuss options to get my $ back. Maybe a report with the FTC Consumer Protection Bureau is fitting as well....
