The owner helped me out when my bike was in rough shape and I didnt have a lot of tools or knowledge yet. Really went out of his way to help a me out. Super knowledgeable on old Honda CBs (had an 82 project at the time). Always had a gnarly collection of bikes around the shop. Great history pieces too
I ordered a simple repair manual that was said to be in-stock for KX 125 on 20 July 21 and as of 3 Sept 21 I still have nothing to show for my time and money. I have made several calls and sent several emails to no end. Lucky for me that Im only out 50$. Terrible customer service no stars!!!!!!!!!!!
Waited a month for parts that never came, currently waiting for PayPal to refund the money. Called emailed fb messaged several times with no answer. When people say they never answer their response is to recite how many google calls the report says they have missed. Ive called numerous times and same result, definitely do not order parts from here
First time in this shop and had an awesome experience. Great customer service and honest guys. By far the best shop in Roanoke Valley and their work speaks for itself.
DO NOT order anything from this company. They will charge your credit card and never send the parts. They never answer their phone and you cannot leave messages, and they do not respond to email. Very disappointing and I dont know how they are still in business.
Been waiting 2 weeks for a response. Called everyday, many times a day. Sent emails, and Facebook messages with still no response. Phone voicemail states voicemail is full and cannot except messages. Getting a refund thru my credit card.
This Company do not trust them .I have ordered from this company .It has been 2 months since i ordered .I have not heard anything from this company .Waiting for Pay Pal to get my money back .Not a good seller stay away
This place is awesome. Evan is extremely friendly and explained things in a way I understood. The work they do and the price they do it for are great. If you need work done to your motorcycle, get it done here.
Called 3 days in a row several times a day. No answer! I guess ill order my parts elsewhere.
I have never written a negative review before in my life, but I can’t leave what we went through unsaid... this business caused nothing but constant disappointment for me and my fiancé. We put money down for a bike and got blatantly lied to over and over again about its progress and when it would be ready for pick up. So much wasted time and money put into this experience all for nothing. We never even got an apology for being treated terribly. Never got the bike.. had to look into going to court over it and decided it wasn’t even worth the effort to continue being involved with this business. We ended up cutting ties and eating some losses. Such a shame. Can’t imagine why anyone would want this reputation for their business. It is pretty obvious the rest of these reviews are fake.
I don’t know how to begin expressing my gratitude for Evan’s help. He went above and beyond with helping me with every single need that I had— believe me when I say that I’m no good at making decisions. He is extremely passionate about his work and talented beyond what words can describe. Each time I asked him a question in regards to parts he was eager to answer me and educate me. If you’re ever in Roanoke or the surrounding area I highly recommend Mill Mountain Motorcycles to help you! If I’m ever in the area again I would be thrilled to use their services.
So far so good dropped off some stuff to be dealt with.
Wonderful rates. They share tons of technical knowledge. They have amazing how to shop nights. This is the shop for everyone, they dont judge and dont gouge. Go there if you need anything for your bike.
A great independent shop for all motorcycles. Fair, honest guys with considerable experience and fair prices. NTM its good to see long-vacant buildings being given new life.
I tried to work with these guys first of all I was told by the guy who took my bike in that it would take a week well that turn out to be four months so when I finally go to pick up my The battery was dead I brought a New battery I get the bike home the next day I look at it almost 50% of my top fairing is crack up it had a crack in it that I ask about them repairing it but nothing like this I also notice my muffler tip was bent also and all this damage is on the left side so they drop my bike and wasnt man enough to tell me,I wouldn,t take a tricycle to them to repair a one rating is to much for them more like a -0 would be more fitting!!
He doing a good job. And running a good business. He is reasonably guy.and fair guy.
I called several shops several times and nobody answered or returned my email or calls. Someone suggested I try Mill Mountain. I Facebook messaged them at 9pm, not expecting a response until the next day, if at all. They responded in 10 minutes and promised to call me the next day. Evan called as promised! he was so helpful and patient and explained everything and its reasoning (I just became certified and bought my starter bike). He followed up with me more than once and was even flexible with his hours so I could drop my bike off early. Im a manager at a financial institution, and have worked with the public my entire adult life. I can honestly say the service I recieved was exceptional!
Its always fantastic, great to have a local shop you can depend on, and plus their my buds
Usually I wouldnt rate a shop without first getting a service but this is an exception. The crew is incredibly friendly, puts on a MotoGP party, participates in track days, and honestly will blow anyone else in town out of the water when it comes to prices.
So nice to be looked after while travelling. Great service, wonderful people and reasonably priced.
Good guys that care about customer service and fixing your bike right the first time.
Very professional and upfront shop with great pricing and great mechanics that can do just about anything you want, very pleased with the quality of service
Best shop around hands down 👍👍
Genuine guys, quality work.
Sent an email 2 days ago asking if they could service my motorcycle. Never responded. Update: been a month now, still no response; how do these people stay in business?
