We have had our neon signs in the window for 32 years. I took them to Kinsey Neon & Sign Co in the hopes that they could repair them for a reasonable price since we didnt want to have to retire them because of the cost of repair. They were able to repair them for a great price!!! I just reinstalled them today after months without them and they look AWESOME!!! Our beautiful NEON is brightly shining once again. I have a small neon light for my bar room that needed a repair. When I dropped it off they were in the process of moving to a new location therefore I would expect it to a bit and they explained as much. They had my sign for over a month and I called five times to get a status update. The first 3 calls I was told it should be next week. I’d call again and it would be the following week again. The fourth call I was told it was the transformer and it’s very small and not made anymore so they were going to look in their collection of used transformers to see if they had one. I decided to show up at the location when I was told it would be complete after the last call and they then said it wasn’t the transformer but a small crack in the glass that was causing a leak.I can understand that my small light was not priority in the grand scheme of the big stuff they do but it was clear they were not working on it and were giving me a line. I decided to pick it up and take it elsewhere.The place I took it to did more in 5 minutes in terms of communication than Kinsey did in over a month. They gave me an estimate and did a test with me there to show me what was going on.I have a collection of neons and was going to give Kinsey the business for the new sign but not now based on the horrendous service I received from them. I will never go back there!

I placed an order for a neon sign over 7 weeks ago and had to call to inquire on its status numerous times. The specific neon sign employee was never working when I called and no one else was able to assist other than to say Id get a call back when he came in. I never received a call back. The quality of the work may be good per other reviews but the customer service and responses times were abysmal. Had to cancel my order because it didnt seem Kinsey actually wanted to fulfill it...

Darryl and the guys at Kinsey Neon and Sign are great! These guys did an amazing job my stores LED sign. Not only that, they were less expensive than their competitors! I highly recommend Kinsey Neon and Sign!

After going back and fourth with Budget Signs for my neons sign, Kinsey Neon & Signs CO took over.. When I say took over, this guys know the in and outs. Is like going to the doctor if your tooth hurts. If you have a neon problem this guys know their stuff. Budget Signs tells me to look elsewhere because they couldnt get it going.. You kidding me ?!?! Mathew Atkins is the MAESTRO hands down !!
