Well, the cashiers and pharmacy staff are nice. But it doesn’t really ever seem to be a clean place. Exterior garbage cans are usually overflowing, and parking lot is a bit of a messy area. Might be worth a trip to the Golden Valley store.

The employees are friendly. The Crystal Walgreens is bigger than the Robbinsdale store. The Crystal store has a big selection of vitamins and minerals but are out of items alot on the BOGO items. Where Robbinsdale seems to have a smaller section but they always have the items in stock for BOGO. The one lady Virginia that works cashier is awesome if she thinks something is on sale, BOGO or discounted she will look it up. I will get her name her name is Viginia her manager Kayla is also friendly and good. sending kudos cuz she is Awesome!

Was over charged for 2 items that were supposed to be on clearance. They were tagged on the shelf at clearance prices, each tagged at around $2 give or take & I was charged $15.99for 1 of the products & $17.17 for the other product. When I went to return them a few days later, because mind you I knew my total seemed a little high, but trying to help the environment I am set up to only get digital receipts, however, Ive co.e to.find out you are penalized forgoing so, as the employee informed me that because I had only a digital receipt she could only give me store credit with my ID. Oh, I said I dont have my ID(Ive misplaced it somewhere in my house). Oh, she says, I cant help you at all,and in fact she didnt help me, nor the other 2 employees standing 5here watching me struggle to navigate their app to find my digital receipt. So I guess I better find my ID or I will be out around $30, thats a lot of money to just be throwing down the drain, and then if I get this resolved and have to take store credit, you can be sure I will be spending that credit at a different location because the employees Atchison location in Robbinsdale MN is not shopper friendly, and not at all helpful.

They lock their deodorant up! Deodorant. Surprise surprise this only happens in marginalized communities...what a corporate BS move. Im not waiting for a sales associate to unlock a case for deodorant. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Im a frequent flyer at this store. I find the staff to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. If the lines checking out get long they often call for an additional person to assist.Annette is absolutely fantastic. Theres a younger gal, guessing around 18, whos very pleasant. Virginia is great also. The management is helpful too.I do agree that the bathroom isnt always in the best shape. Thats my only complaint.I cant speak about the pharmacy as I dont fill my prescriptions here.

We came here right after the hospital and needed to use the restroom and gets the meds, they said no just for staff. First Walgreens I’ve been to that won’t let u use the restroom. Crazy part there is no signs up, there excuse was COVID and short on employees I go to other Walgreens with less employees And there bathrooms are open and they care about there customers

If I could give no stars I would. Each time I’ve gone in and needed help the manager responds that they are short staffed and unable to help. They could definitely use some training or just new staff in general

Great location and easy parking. Well deserved 5 stars for a great staff and a clean well stocked store. Any rating lower than 4 stars is a lie and should be ignored. This store is great.

Attentive staff but unclean bathroom. I was greeted right away and assisted quickly. Staff was friendly. I used the restroom before I left and was quite disappointed in that however. The walls and mirror had dried splatters on them including a brown streak behind the toilet, the garbage was full and no towels available and it was only 9:30 in the morning which tells me it didnt get cleaned overnight.

Really terrible. Not on the employees either. Management of the pharmacy needs to get it together. Messed up orders multiple times.

I get photos printed here on a regular basis, and they are always prompt and high quality! Love having a place so close to get prints that does the work so rapidly.

If there is one single person in line in front of you, expect a 10 min. Wait. The idea of * helping someone on another register* is NON EXISTENT here. Over 50 times in the store, never ONCE have they offered to help the waiting people in line on another register.

Cashiers and management are awesome ! I visit this store daily because its very close to my job & home ! Every visit is amazing and I love their deals . My favorite cashier is Brandon, he made my visit awesome !

Normally the staff are pretty nice. Can be long lines, and hard to find parking. But overall it is a good place.

So lazy. Closed the store 15 minutes early and all ran to the back when we walked up to the already locked door. Go try your hand at driving if you can’t keep a set schedule.

Pharmacy is a joke. They dont actually do their jobs, have refills completed on time, or seem knowledgeable. Only upside is that regular checkout staff can do their jobs.

Good staff parking is ok. Easy access to main roads.

I went in here to have my Canadian passport photos done. After paying $25 shipping to courier my application with the pics, a few weeks later I received notification my photo was rejected for having shadows.Do not use these amateurs for your passport photos. They will likely end up costing you more than you can potentially save.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this experience was absolutely awful. Uploaded Christmas cards to this location the night before and they did not tell us their printer was broken all day until we showed up at 6 PM to pick them up. Supervisor had to break the news (which he did as if he could care less) as the other photo employee was caught like a deer in the headlights. They claimed someone tried to call, but that was a total lie. No email cancellation alert either until they cancelled the order while we stood there flabbergasted in the store. The photo area looked trashed and chaotic as did the whole store. Extremely trashy place. Avoid like the plague.

I have been using this location for 6 months now and have had 5 errors in either dosage or old perscriptions filled.Yery frustrating!

I like Walgreens but this location is a little bit rough. The staff could use some more customer service training
