The guy that works there is very knowledgeable, multi tasking and super pleasant. He asked me questions about my phone usage and showed me a couple different phones that would meet my expectations and requirements. He remembers his customers. Kudos to him, I just cant think of his name.

Went for a new phone … which I got … However I was put off by the hard sell on accessories and insurance policies … I said no, and as if he didn’t hear me say no kept right on selling. The guy working by himself was scattered trying to help 3 customers at once (which was very ambitious of him so points for that) but in the end he ended up messing my phone up as when I left my txt messages weren’t going through. He failed to transfer my data from my old phone … no big whoop … though I had to eventually factory result and start from scratch.Would I go back here … no, there are too many other boost stores that I don’t have to.

I love the customer support here and there deals and always fast and dont have to wait in line thank you marry

I went to the robbinsdale store told him I needed it completely ready to go, as Im not that te hy.i got home it was not, I called the store couldnt go back up as he was leaving the store to to go find tile for another store. I went up the next morning at at 10 the open light was on but the cage was up. I left for 20 minutes came back still wasnt open so went grocery shopping, was finally open, told them what I needed.still didnt get what I needed. Biggest frustration the day I bought it the person was on a messenger face time the whole time speaking Arabic? The whole time loudly

I decided to change my phone plan, but when I went to this location the manager/employee TOLD ME to go back to my country and that If i didn’t speak English I was not welcome to come ever again.... he also kicked my new born head because he wanted to play soccer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

See the time stamp? This dude, AJ told us to go from Robbinsdale to the Shingle creek parkway store just before 7pm, and he’d be there is 20 minutes. The store closes at 7pm. 1 hour and 20 minutes later, here’s a picture of him inside the store. He never left Robbinsdale. That was AFTER we’d already spent over 3 hours waiting for a phone to be switched. In all, we spent 4.5 hours, the phone is still in his possession, and we’re just going to dispute the charges at the bank level.2nd pic is the following day at 6:11pm

One of the nicest looking phone stores you will find anywhere. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped with every question and concern I had, without feeling like they were pushing me into something. This is rare in todays cell phone world. I highly recommend everyone go check this place out!

Went into this store since my local store had long line. Found out I had to pay to activate replacement phone. Since it was damaged due crack in screen I asked for screen protector. Rude young made charged me $46 for screen protector and activation and the protector is too small. Time to leave boost NO support whatsoever

Management kicked out people from speaking in a different language to eachother. Only allowed to speak English in there. How rude and stupid
