I waited 40 minutes in the drive through lane to find out the whole staff walked out. No one said anything to me, no apology, nothing! I’ve been here before and the drive through is pretty slow every time but that is just ridiculous. I hope they hire more professional staff next time SMH

Drive thru lady scratched braids at the scalp with bare hands then touched the mouth piece of my drink.Said nothing. She was nice. My drink was made wrong and I said nothing. My protein box was rotten and smelled bad. And so i said something when I went in to return it. The store smelled like horribly bad laundry soap plus glade plug ins. Not coffee at all. It was nauseating.

The staff here is WONDERFUL considering the absolutely shameful conditions they’re working under. I sat in the drive-thru line on 9/24 for a while to find out that they’re working in inches of standing water due to clogged pipes that Hyvee/Starbucks corporate have not addressed and were unable to make any drinks other than drip coffee. The barista working the intercom was lovely and helpful in suggesting alternatives.This 1 star is not a reflection of that staff who I know are overworked and under appreciated, but on the corporations that refuse to make any changes to working conditions in hopes to get some sort of attention to the issue.

Great service, I walked in not really knowing what I wanted and told them that I wanted something cold and coffee they made me a Frappuccino moca, very tasty.

Today is horrible 2/25. Staffing issue. No one taking order at kiosk. Raining so I am getting all wet waiting to hear a person for my order. In line for 45 minutes. Just to leave angry without item. Robbinsdale location.

Slowest drive thru Ive ever experienced. I placed an order at 9:49am and received my 2 drinks and egg bites around 10:12am. Nothing was ready when we got up to the window either.

If I could give them zero stars I would!Ever since pandemic started they have been super slow, which i could understand but the quality of coffee has definitely gotten worse! Today just got me over the edge!I will not say exactly what happened but I will say that they are rude and unprofessional!I will not be back in starbucks again!

Love the people here and I always have a good experience whenever I come here, especially with the girls working tonight! With my complicated order, they were still very kind and patient with me. Always looking forward to coming back!

This place is absolutely amazing the people here are so personable and the manager is absolutely sweet and so helpful I go to this place two times a day sometimes three early in the morning after the kids go to the bus, before work, and of course after work. They know that I always will get there right before they close and they still help me. Haley and Im sure Im spelling her name wrong is the most helpful most awesome Barista they have there its like a second home to me LOL

Be forewarned this Starbucks allows you to earn rewards but it does not allow you to redeem awards or use mobile order. The staff have typically been friendly. Ive been to the location at least a half dozen times. The one time I was disappointed is when they had a BOGO until 7 PM. We were in drive-thru at 6:30 and it took over a half hour to get to the order speaker/mic. We were disappointed they would not honor the BOGO given how long we were waiting. Technically they were in the right that it was just after 7, however it would have been a delighter to honor the offer given how long it was taking to service customers.

Wow-what great employees there. Rather happy evening crew as well. Generally always dons right and when its not, theyre always quick to fixing my order up quickly and correctly.

This location is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Every single time there are about 10 workers and it takes all 10 of them to make one drink. The line gets very backed up and no one has any sense of urgency. Would not recommend.

Friendly crew, low key location. Tesla super chargers behind it so convenient to grab a bite to eat or coffee while charging. One improvement would be to enable tipping through Starbucks app, since this is a leased location currently.

Always a terrible experience. If you can get the teenage staff to stop chatting or get off their phones, then maybe they’ll make a drink for you. This staff consistently and astoundingly gets my order wrong, and when I politely ask for them to correct the mistake, I’m met with rolled eyes and a drink slammed down on the counter. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs. Terrible and rude staff.

Sadly this is the closes Starbucks to me.Ive came here 3 times now (everyday because I moved) and It’s the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes just to be told that they are only accepting cash because the card reader is down then waited an additional 15 minutes while they served only 3 cars in front of me and there is no way of getting out but wait in line. Very frustrated because at the end I didn’t get my coffee and waited in line for 20 minutes.

Great service and friendly atmosphere. The c- store being connected adds to the variety of heathy foods.

My egg white egg bites were delicious, as was my flat white with almond milk and sugar free vanilla. The service was fast, the store was clean and the employees were cheerful.

Was told I couldnt have simple syrup added to my mocha, instead he gave me sugar packets. Its a small thing but when paying 6 dollars for a coffee is some sweetener really that much of an ask?

You cant use rewards here, and occasionally the fact they werent trained by Starbucks directly shows. The staff are super kind, but my drinks are consistently made with burnt shots or incorrectly, because I guess starbucks doesnt care enough to properly train all of their locations.

This Starbucks needs to learn better customer service and speed of service. They dont get orders correct, take FOREVER to get drinks out and dont seem to care about guests.

Jené is the BEST. She made me feel so welcome and happier on a bad day.They lose a star because (I suspect) the baristas are newer and the coffee doesnt always taste 100% fresh.

Usual friendly faces at Hyvee - service can be a bit on the slow side sometimes, but if you want a hot coffee as you grocery shop its a good place.

Unfortunately this is the location nearest me. I’m tired of being slowed down by how this store is operated. First there is such a strong emphasis on the drive-thru, those of us who are trying to actually take advantage of the “convenience” factor which I thought was the “implied” reason it was co-located with the HyVee Express Gas Station.Slow down No. 1) I was paying with the Starbucks App. Before I could pay the software “Required Update” ... 3 min wasted.The 3 minutes could have been recovered if like I suggested, I just take my coffee and “fix-it- Up” ... the “Barista” was not comprehending what I was saying. She was dumbfounded by my suggestion. She literally pulled my dark drip venti cup back towards herself as if I was going to grab it and make a mad-dash out the the door.Those 3 minutes were instead wasted making the “barista” uncomfortable with an awkward glare as I finished updating. This now slowing down the two customer behind me.Meanwhile... The 4 other baristas were all huddled in the drive thru. Another 3 were running around doing anything but helping anyone. Which I want to make this particular observation because I ended up wasting another 4 minutes waiting for cream and sugar as the condiment station was devoid of any cream and no sugar that wasnt in a packet. As it turned out they were out of bulk sugar ... Im sorry what?So my final slow down was me standing at the comidnet station opening packets of sugar.The final insult was a WiFI connection that didnt extend to the patio. I inquired why that was the case as I resettled inside. The answer was, it wasnt their WiFi it was HyVees WiFi. Why did then it say Starbucks when i connected.In the end ... i packed up and went on my way.

Worst Starbucks I have been to in a while. Maybe they have a high turnover rate because every time I go there they seem snippy and confused about basic modifications. Im done giving this location a chance. The Starbucks inside the Hy-Vee grocery store one minute away is okay though!
