A big thanks to American Pressure. Ive been working on bringing a 40 year old steam cleaner that was purchased elsewhere back to life. They were extremely helpful, sending me a manual for it, and getting parts. They had everything I needed in stock, and were so friendly. In this industry, customer service is key and Ben, Josiah and Jimmy deliver! Im always greeted with a friendly voice (not a recording) and connected to someone able to help with any questions I concerning product knowledge or technical issues!

I feel a need to respond on American Pressures behalf on this complaint. We did give the customer a large discount on the repair out of good will. The machine had worked for a month with no issues and when it came back to us the second time the fuel had large amounts of antifreeze and water in it, the majority of the cost was to remove and clean the fuel tank. Although the fuel was contaminated and most likely the only cause to the problem, we waived disposal fees, and did not charge for four hours of labor to remedy problems that the fuel caused.

I bought a pressure washer and the people I worked with were great at finding the perfect pressure washer for me and what I needed it for.

Extremely disappointed with customer service. I brought in my roof steamer over 2 weeks ago as the told me they could look at it in a couple of days. A steamer I had originally purchased from them their tag line is they service what the selling I have purchased thousands of dollars in equipment hoses and parts from them over the years. We have tryed calling many times to get update with not being allowed to talk to the service department. Obviously in a record year of ice dams they have cost us 10s of thousands of dollar in income. Why lie to us about when you could get to it just to get it in your warehouse and do nothing with it. We have gotten nothing but BS excuses no return phone calls from service department. Extremely disappointed with what is happening.

American Pressure is a company that really believes in treating their customers right. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Update: Ben at American Pressure has replaced all the defective hoses under warranty and I am completely happy with their service! Evidently some of my messages didnt get through to the powers that be but finally got all squared away. Thank You Ben.My original issue: I own Chem Master in Eau Claire WI and purchased $30,000.00 of pressure washing equipment and steamers and the professional equipment package for everything. 90% of the hoses had defective rubber hose reliefs at both ends which crumbled and fell off the first day of use. Was told that their supplier put on the wrong defective rubber product and was told by two different people they would send new and nothing. They dont seem to follow through on any warranty issues. One employee even told me that theyll still work lol. Of course they will still work but the purpose of them is to cover the hot metal quick connect fittings and provide stress relief to the hose where it connects to the fittings.

I went there last month because my landa hs 3000 was shutting off every time I let go of the trigger. They changed the fuel filter, fuel nozzle and said that it was fixed I paid 268.26 thinking they had fixed it, even told me that they had tested it out. That night i tried it out on a job and IT WAS STILL DOING THE SAME THING. So I take it back thinking ok they didnt fix it right, theyll make good on it HA. They tell me (Ben which is the owners son) Oh well, it was the transformer that was bad. I say ok thinking that they wouldnt charge me HA, they once again changed out the fuel filter and nozzle again and now the bill was 375.15 I told Ben WTF you know you guys didnt fix it right the first time why should I pay again when you didnt even test it out the first time when you said it was fix. Of course the bad business service they have he gave me a song and dance and said oh that is just the way it is I ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF GOING THERE FOR SERVICE OR PARTS PLEASE RECONSIDER!!!!! THEY ARE THERE TO RIP YOU OFF!!! AND JUST FOUND OUT THAT NORTHERN TOOL AND SUPPLY CHARGES ONLY 70 BUCKS VERSUS THE 80 BUCKS PER HOUR THAT AP CHARGES... TERRIBLE WORK AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Struggling with them. Two months into a repair and three times now Ive been told the parts were ordered and should arrive only to find out the wrong parts were ordered or there was some other delay. Asked for a loaner to get through this period of time and they rigged an extension cord so the plug would match our outlet only to have the outlet explode when we plugged it in and turned it on. Still waiting on resolution. Perhaps in the end they come through, but to this point Im am not impressed and will not be returning for sales or service...... UPDATE 10/8/2018: unit was finally repaired and delivered to our location about a week ago. Warranty parts and labor were covered, only paid for the normal wear and tear part that wasnt covered. Justin was understanding of my frustration and took responsibility for delays and lack of communication.

Had my pressure washer there for 3 weeks and they didnt get to it, so had to go elsewhere.

Pressure washer works great!

They have been out to fix our pump three times and the job still isnt done right.
