This place was disgusting. Subway male cashier was rude and never even made eye contact! The women’s restroom was absolutely horrible!!!! And Wendy’s was full of flies 😷 and our food made my husband and I feel sick

Your maintenance crew does a great job of keeping what the public sees clean. I see them emptying the trash cans around the store 3 or 4 times a day. The truck parking lot a different story, the very few cans you have are hardly ever empty. I have been sitting on the back row for 24 hours and all the cans are overflowing. They havent been touched. Drivers are forced to bag there trash and sit it beside the full cans.

I have to give this location a five star because it’s got lots of parking and a lot of showers they’re all upstairs it’s very very clean and the people are very friendly here so definitely have to give this one a five star in a good place to park for the night

Dont take too long of a shower here. The employees and management will start talking about you not knowing youre down stairs with them. Even at 1am with 8 other shower available like if youre holding people up. What they dont understand is we driver dont always come by shower as we like to and so when we do some of us take a detailed shower since we dont know when the next opportunity will be. We all cant take a daily shower like wed like to.

I have been coming here for over the last 10 yrs as a truck driver, and every time when I use the showers they are so very hot. Both in water temp and the room, especially when the heat sets in here in Texas! I have told management several time, but nothing is ever done about it. So be warned the showers are lava!

This place isnt bad. Not the greatest but the people inside are pretty nice for a Pilot. But I do have issues how people are parking here. What pisses me off the most is yall will be hot to trot to move a guy who finally found parking in a reserved spot and threaten to toe his truck while he is on his break. But yet yall wont do a thing with drivers that aint parking a parking spot, or in front of Wendys. As the picture I will send with this shows. Come on guys. Fair is fair here. If your willing to start moving guys out of the reserved spot then start moving guys that aint parked in one.

I stop here every week. My log finish here and every time it is worse experience with the shower. Nasty showers and I have to clean my toilet before use. First I called cleaning staff couple of times but they are used to of this kind of cleaning. Avoid if you can pls.

Great Plaza but with a female clerk working the register at 05:15 am on 03/02/2021 showing an unprofessional aggressive attitude one minute then having the nerve to chat with a fed-ex driver and then showing excessive PDA openly embracing him the next few minutes. Great work profiling customers lady if thats ok with flying J. Pilot management. Ive given up expecting any different. Keep up the great customer service routine miss [that is if you are auditioning for a spot on the Jerry Springer show.What a pathetic joke of a clerk. Good for a great laugh or just SMH in pity.

I was there in my reset. I had the chance to see all the facility. Restrooms are so clean and sanitized, the employees were so helpful and the cleaninles at the pumps was so amazing. One person with an steam buffer was cleaning the fuel spills, all the parking was awesome. Everybody had lots of parking place because its big enough. Five stars is not fair they deserve the ten star. Im a OTR driver and visit Pilot and FlyingJ and use the facilities every day. Thank you and congrats to the employees and managers.

The GM of the location is unprofessional talks to employees like they are dirt under his shoes I should know I worked there for three years will not be going to this location anymore

This is my One Stop Shop for gas. Never have to worry about paying too much.And they have a huge selection of anything else you could need in the store. Easy access off the interstate with quick in, quick out. Lots of pumps and never a wait.Cant ask for better than that for a quick pit stop

Stop in every morning for coffey and what ever els i see i need. Coffe station is always clean or someone is working on it, staff is friendly and makes sure to get you in and out.

The Pilot side experience was great! The Wendys side could have been better! The exterminator was spraying chemical around food being made which i thought was very nasty! I ordered my food fresh so the manager had still gave me cold fries an had the nerve to get an attitude when i sent the cold ones back for fresh ones an did not fill up my fry box! I just said let me get the hell out of here before i snap!

Out of all the Pilots in the US this one has one of the cheapest fuel prices.

Easy access from I-35N. Just watch for craters at truck entrance. Otherwise pleasant experience. Needed my morning coffee and they had the fresh ground Sumatra which will wake the dead. Lol. Cashiers very friendly. Looked like a huge parking lot.

Well to fill up with gas here. The store is clean every time I go inside. I ordered from the subway inside the store and the sandwich was wonderful! we ordered coffee and set back in the subway area and enjoyed our meal! This is a place that I stop off from time to time and will continue to do so when my travels take me this way!

Restrooms needed tissue. Fairly clean. Lay out of store was a bit different. They didnt have any of the promo offer of the day. Awkward shelving set up. Pump area was clean and easy in and out. Plenty of parking for the store area. Relatively easy access from interstate. Would stop here again.

Love love love this location, its so nice and clean and has very affordable fuel (1.75 for unleaded) The staff is always friendly and polite.The Wendys here is really good and currently the only one in Waco (one had a kitchen fire last week, the other is being renovated) breakfast is also served here.I enjoy the the large selection of health options and fresh foods.For the truckers, this location seems to be the easiest for Northbound traffic and isnt as busy as the flying J. This location has laundry,showers and plenty of parking.

When traveling. I always stop at Big busy truck stops. Bathrooms are OK. Almost always they have warm food items to choose from.

The cappuccino machine nozzles were dirty and looked as if they hadnt been cleaned in a while. I can only imagine the bacteria that is growing there.Other than that, everything else seemed nice. The customer service was on point and I didnt have to wait long in line.

This is a nice stop along your trip. The gas station was clean and surprisingly so were the pumps. The bathrooms were not bad and the stuff on the shelves were organized. We were in and out real quick with the speedy service of the cashier.

Clean, lots of food and drink options. Theres an entire aisle dedicated to meat. 😂 Good place to stop when on the road. Can get super busy.

This place is pretty clean, rest room clean. But extremely dark in the parking lot. Had to see when trying to park a truck and hard to see pedestrians walking in the parking lot. Lights need to be fixed.

The fuel islands are always crowded after midnight. There is a good selection of food and beverage items at this location. Decent restrooms.

They need to change those old saleswoman, absolutely no customer service and a lot of attitude.

Beware if you stop here between 12AM-6AM!!! The girl cashier likes to add extra charges to your purchase assuming you wont ask for receipt and are too tired to check. Luckily, I was able to call her out on it and ask for my money back. I did not even get an apology and she was upset.

Best place for a quick fuel up and go. They have quite a few pumps and truckers dont tend to camp out at or in front of the pumps. The cashiers are extremely friendly and helpful.

Bigger pilot inside and out, clean restrooms well stocked although i didnt see the PJ food section they have a Wendys and Subway. Theyve got a drivers lounge and barbershop upstairs, bobtail parking on the side and a service area in the back. Walmart on the other side of the 35fwy you can walk it if you want. Theres also a couple other food joints nearby. Prettiest rainbow Ive seen in a while as viewed from the truck parking lot.

Decent for a Pilot- ample parking, decent amenities, and a Wendys inside. My only gripe is how much trash is along the side and back truck parking rows. Years of trash have built up and should be cleaned up and weeds cut back. This is the classic broken window theory. Placing trash cans along the back would help nasty drivers to properly dispose of trash.

This is a gd trk stp as Flying Js go. The subway is friendly and generous with the sandwich filling. Its clean and I would have given it 5 stars if it was easier to get to from the freeway. Its easy to miss, but once you come here youll come back.

Shower floor is very slippery. Nice constant hot water. Showers are upstairs.

This is a good pilot to stop at.good reserve parking plenty room to back into your reserve and if someone in your spot the pilot comes out right away and get it resolved I love that theres a Wendys and subway and lots of parking.

Great place to live in for gas for an array of different things to eat. A lot easier to get in and out now that the construction is done in that area.

Dirtiest showers I have ever seen. Enough calcium deposits on the showers to start mining them. Grimiest bathrooms ever. In all my years of trucking I have been across North America and never seem one this dirty. The only good thing I can say is the staff was really nice. I feel sorry for the people that have to clean this place.

This pilot is 2 star ok. It would be 5 star great if they upgrade their truck fuel pumps. Last 2 times I was there I had to go inside to pay for fuel & the guy behind me furious cuz Im taking too long at the pump.

So I thought this was a truck stop and pulled my duely f350 round back to fill up and grab a bite to eat. The other bikers and truckers were super weird to me and it was unnecessarily difficult to get a beer. I had to pay some college student 20 bucks just to ride his bike to the gas station so I could enjoy a beer while I ate here. The food was terrible.

Decent Pilot with Wendys and Subway. They have a soup bar and pre packaged salads. They dont have the dinner bar like some of the other Pilots do but they have fruit and pizza. Friendly staff.

Dont bother going there. pain to get into and out of. if you scale plan on being blocked on the scale by trucks parked in front of it. thats if you can even get on the scale. what a joke. go to road ranger or cowboy truck stop. save yourself the hassle .

This Pilot was very clean, the workers were nice. They have a Subway & a Wendys (McDonalds across street) We ate at Subway, which was delicious, and the lady worker was hilarious and very nice! Friendliest Subway ever. We didnt go upstairs, too sleepy. The truck parking lot is pretty big.

Great service always great bird went to new road first closest to home sat long time employees everywhere 9pm finally got waited on out of thighs 20min wait was told left to other location employees seemed not concerned

All the fuel lanes have trucks sitting at them and no one getting fuel alot if the time. Sitting for 30 minutes or longer most all the time. Drivers sitting in the trucks and not doing a damn thing at the pumps.

Definitely needs to be upgraded, specially diesel fuel pumps, they stay pumping after you shut them off

The Pilot Travel Center, always had clean bathrooms cheat gas and then they have great pizza, they also have it subway inside and a Wendys adjacent to them so it is all around a good stop for everybody.

Not sure which pilot it is or if it is all shame on you put the flag back up this is the United States not the foreigners we fought for this country to be free well put this on Facebook that all the truck drivers will see and they will band pilot.

Horrible place, showers arent very clean people are rude, and someone tried to barge in on me while I was in the shower. No knock then didnt even have to decency to shut the door or apologize. when I said something to the the counter person they said nothing. Nothing pilot could have done about the road. It is all ways a tight turn to get into the Truck Entrance Area.I use this Pilot as my last resort to get fuel. But like at all truckstops. Drivers will do thier 30 minute break once they get fuel, and most will just pull up and sit in thier trucks or go inside .

Great staff at the pilot and the wendys...not sure whats up with the subway, everyone seems and acts like they hate their job and the customers. But the pilot and Wendys were great.

Rude night time staff. Tried to get a western union taken care of and was not aware that they shut it down at 10pm-7am. You would think they would tell people this since it is a truck stop and you have not only regular drivers but truck drivers to here throughout the entire day and night. The female cashier working at 1135pm on July 2, 2019, red shirt, Hispanic looking lady. Rude as hell and should be fired for showing that kind of disrespect to a paying customer that simply asked a question. I will never be coming back to this location even if my company tells me I have to. The cashier made me feel like since I drive a truck Im the biggest piece of trash in her eyes and that doesnt go well with a place that prodominatly makes its money off of truck drivers. Hope management takes this seriously and doesnt sweep it under the rug.
