I went to South Texas Collision and worked with an individual that works there named Albert Gonzales. He gave me the impression of being a partner of this place when the reality is that he is not. When lettting the owner know all he said is he cant change anything and he remains employed there. This man took a month to work on something that should have taken no more than a few days. Two weeks in to the job I went to see what he had done and he had done nothing. The reason for my review is to protect consumers as to this indivdiual that works in this place; obviously the owner wont change things so I have to take it upon myself to put out the word about this individual and his bad practices. I have created a page to show just the extent of the things he did to my truck. He did not complete the work and he cursed in his communications with me. As a vetran I feel that the owner could have done more to protect people from this individual and if he does not I will make the potential customers aware that this individual works there and if you have any work done make sure you ask him not be involved. These guys picked up my car and completed the job in several days. Looks great!
