I find myself returning to rack room shoes for their quality selection and great deals. As a mom of two active boys who are incredibly rough on their shoes I know I can go to Rack Room and get a good BOGO half off deal. I also have bought myself a few pairs of running shoes using this deal and so has my husband. Occasionally when we need nice shoes for church and events I am able to find nice dress shoes and loafers for my boys. I have never had any problems finding someone to help me and really appreciate the selection of name brand shoes.

Decent selection size wise and they had a great sale going

When I first walked in the store, I immediately saw the sign that stated 10% military discount on Tuesdays only. It also specified certain holidays where the store also offers military discounts. This offer by the store especially operating in an outlet mall is a disservice to the military community. The military does not protect America and the world on Tuesdays only, it provides protection and preserves the American freedom 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The store’s Tuesday military discount offer is a lip service considering that 110% of military or veterans work on Tuesdays. It is a big shame and a big embarrassment for the store to be offering military discounts on Tuesdays only especially considering the other outlet stores who offer military discount every single day. I and the rest of the military personnel who served before us were slapped in the face with an offer of a Tuesday only discount. To the management, save your reputation and change your policy to be more realistic and sincere with your support to the military troops.

This store is ridiculous. The one, maybe 2, employees that they have are in the back most of the time and make the customer feel as though they are bothering them. Also, the store is completely unorganized and is usually out of what is needed. Instead of returns, they insist on store credit. Who needs store credit when what you want is out of stock, and your second choice cant be found, even by the one employee that is working? Ridiculous.

Prices are great and the gentleman that helped me yesterday was awesome
