Customer service is what this place is all about. First info i must pass along is i did not purchase my vehicle here. But you wouldnt have known that with how well they treated me. I needed an oil change on my 21 Traverse. Calling and scheduling was easy. I showed up maybe 30 mins early. Michelle informed me itd be an hour maybe an hour and a half wait, which was expected. So i ran across the road to grab some lunch. Came back about 45 mins later, waited maybe 10 mins total in the lobby. A Big Thank you to Michelle and the rest of the crew here for the smooth experience. Great job Beck & Masten !!

My experience with the service department was second to none. Michelle did an awesome job of ensuring that my vehicle was serviced. She kept in constant contact with me through out the entire process. She made getting a rental seamless and ensure the driver picked me up on time. There was no wait time. I was in and out in record time. This will definitely be my new go to place to have my vehicle serviced.

Last week I purchased a used Jetta for my 16 year old daughter’s first car. During the final inspection the service department noticed the brakes would need replacing soon so they opted to replace the front brakes for free which I thought was wonderful. The next day while driving it on errands a loud, grinding noise started in the front left wheel area. I was too scared to drive it so I called Richie and Erica, who sold me the car. They quickly got me a loaner car and Erica even drove to me to switch vehicles. Impressive!! The service here is amazing. Two days later I was picking up the car. Seems that a clamp was not attached correctly during the brake repair. Three days later as my husband was backing it out of the driveway weren’t we heard a very strange, loud sound that came from the front right tire. I took it back and Richie had the loaner ready for me. Again, wonderful customer service.! But now I’m pretty afraid that I purchased a lemon. I really hope that’s not the case because I’m going to be working pretty hard just to pay for this car on my teacher salary. I’d like to give them five stars but I haven’t received word on the Jetta and what’s wrong.

Extended Warranty Extended Warranty dont buy it, they dont tell you the truth I need to take my car in for a couple of issues and they have no loaner cars.when I bought the extended warranty with loaner car, if I bought the extended warranty through Beck & Masten should they honor the loaner car, Bill wind camp the service mgr said I need to call the warranty company for a loaner cars.

Avoid these crooks! They will tell you a great price on a vehicle then let you test drive for several days. When you return the vehicle they mistakenly gave you the wrong price & jack it way up. Then they try to waste hours of your time convincing you to pay the inflated price.

Last week I took my 2017 GMC Acadia into Beck and Masten for an oil change. I love that Acadia. I bought it in june 2017. However, I was talking to Pedro, who sold it to me and I asked about the new Acadias. Well, I bought a 2021 GMC Acadia, and left the 2017 model there for someone else to enjoy. I LOVE my 2021 Axadia more every time I get in it. It is a beautiful cayenne red color. Red just happens to be my favorite color. Any way, if you are thinking about a new car or even pre owned, you couldnt find a better place to look. They are so friendly and knowledgeable people. All of them. Im not computer savvy. But Pedro was so great . He helped me with everything. And really worked with me on money part. I got what I wanted and paid no more than I was willing to pay. Highly recommend. You cant do any better.

Amazing in sales. Pedro and I did all the negotiations before my husband got there. He was there about 15 minutes. Fast forward 4 days after we bought the car... OIL IS ALL OVER MY GARAGE. We purchase a 2019 Yukon Denali, surely those vehicles and their price would match up to the service we should have received. I call Pedro that evening, Saturday morning he has a vehicle for me and a tow truck on the way. Went very smoothly. I called for an update Monday morning. My vehicle was repaired, it was defective off the lot. A hose had rubbed up against the pulley and cut the hose. Easy fix, but once again.. DEFECTIVE OFF THE LOT. Manny, the service manager was VERY helpful. 5 stars for him! He assured me everything would be just fine. He made me feel as ease. I asked about throwing some mats in. I mean it’s an inconvenience for my 4 day old car to be in the shop already. We didn’t spend 75k to have a defective car. Ben a financial guy came out and told me they would pay for half the mats! I could use my reward points to pay for the other half! ABSOLUTELY NOT! This vehicle was defective off the lot. NOT MY FAULT BEN! I then went and told him, if I was driving going 70 mph and my children were in the car with me... my engine could have locked up! It could have snowballed into some huge. He proceeded to tell me “but that didn’t happen” BUT WHAT IF IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED SIR? I am utterly disappointed that it came down to $300 mats that could have thrown in for the inconvenience of my brand new car sitting in the shop already at 4 days old. Manny and Pedro, if you are reading this I salute you. Best in service and best in sales. 5 startsFor y’all. As for the other guy.. if there was negative stars I could give, he would get them.I can’t remember this other mans name, Eloy I think. He came out and sincerely apologized for his behavior and sent me home with my mats. He was kind and understanding as to why I was so upset. This place was terrible! Sales person Justin was confrontational. Would say he was honest but would lie about forgetting to give us our keys back, and purposely not doing so. The car we were interested in had not gone through dealer prep, and we noted the tires were unsafe and they refused to replace them. Tread markers were literally gone on passenger rear and it was peeling. There was a big chunk missing from the sidewalk too. Bringing it up made Justin personally mad, and he tried to remove me from the conversation. After much deliberation his managers said they would replace the tires. This was the worst sales experience I’ve ever heard of, let alone experienced. I feel sorry for the people they have taken advantage of, seems they are used to it. Luckily we were not fooled by the dishonesty and we left! I would not shop here for any reason.

I have purchased two pre-owned vehicles from this dealership. My first experience was easily five stars. However, I purchased my second vehicle in May this year and I am very displeased with the service I received. When we were talking about financing, they kept showing a higher price than they had listed online and when I mentioned it they promised I would get the online price, which upon reviewing paperwork I did not. Second, they asked if I wanted a warranty, and my mother in law asked the price difference, and they told us it would be an extra $3/month totaling just over $200. Nope, $2000 warranty that I was not informed about. So all together, I was overcharged almost $4000 and I will be looking elsewhere next time I need a vehicle.

Mike Shaws service department is excellent. You can call to make an appointment and service will be scheduled within a 24 hour window. Sometimes scheduled the day you call. They work fast and efficiently. They are my go to dealer when purchasing a car and for follow up service. I recommend their company to my friends.

I took my truck in for service and even with the pending holiday they finished much faster than I anticipated at a reasonable amount of time. Stay away!! They are horrible, Service Department is a joke. They are quick to sell you a vehicle but when it comes to services it is horrific experience. I have 2019 with 11K miles and transmission light is on, NO one wants to help now they have made the sell. I WOULD never buy from them again or would I recommend anyone. VERY disappointed in my experience all the way around. BEWARE Robert in Service department wants to compare appointments to waiting at the Doctors office.

Ive had many horrible experiences in the past with car sales people, but Pam really treated us with great respect and went out of her way to make sure we were treated fairly and honestly, given our situation. Our old car broke down at the Robstown Dealership and Pam treated us so well and got us into a new car at a great price. She was so attentive and even got us a loaner vehicle for approximately a week, until the new one was ready for pickup. Pam, thank you and your management staff for the great experience. I was glad to be able to drive off in my car yesterday evening and bring paperwork back in today to complete the sale and sign a contract but the finance dept seems to like having customers sit there for hours and tell them that the documents aren’t correct even though they saw them beforehand and said they were what they needed. I’ve gone back to Robstown 3x from CC in the last 24 hours and spent a good two to four hours there each time I’ve gone back. I’m a single mom of two teens and currently premed taking 6 full time classes & literally currently in the middle of finals and they have ZERO compassion or regard of the customers situation. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME & HASSLE & GO ELSEWHERE!

Service was good, fast, I have never had a problem with the service, until this visit.After my oil change was complete, the service associate rang up my order. The manager came up as I was signing off my sheet, and told me that B&M would no longer honor my maintenance package due to him losing money on servicing my vehicle. My maintenance package was purchased at this lot before B&m took over. After speaking with the package holder it was established that B&M is supposed to accept this maintenance package.Needless to say I will be looking to find another service department, and when the time come I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could rate this place with a ZERO I most definitely would! My brother went to buy a 2018 Dodge Charger from here and they told him he was approved by Global Finance. He gave a $4000.00 down payment and that was cashed the following day. The bank contacted him to notify him that they DID NOT approve him. He attempted to take the vehicle back and the dealership has told him he has been approved, and that he signed a contact. This has been a nightmare with going back and forth. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade commission and State Attorney Generals office on my brothers behalf. A certified letter will be mailed with a deadline and an Attorney has already been consulted. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE unless you want to be involved in a nightmare.

Took my truck to get checked was having a noise in the back. I had already taking it to the dealership I had bought my vehicle from and they just blew me off like it was nothing. I called at last minute for Oil change. They took me in right away. When I got there they actually brought 2 filters (air and cabin) which needed to be changed to waiting room so I could see them. I was asked if I wanted them replaced and I said yes. I didnt know they were that dirty and I appreciated seeing them for myself. Them as I waited a gentleman brought me fresth baked cookies and offered me one. He told me I could get a complimentary drink if I wanted one. Everyone was really nice. Restrooms were spotless. Great experience.

Lemons sold as quality pre owned vehicles, it all started with the test drive truck had a shake to it and sales person said it must be because of the high winds, I’m like fine I purchase the truck and drive it back 200+ miles back to my hometown in Houston supposedly me happy with my purchase... second I get a call from sales person for me to take my truck to get it weighed so they can be able to get my plates, (I’ve been having this truck for a month and a half already by the way) me not living in Robstown and living in Houston is not something that I can just get up and go take it any day of the week, so sales person tells me to take my truck to get weighed and I will get reimbursed, so I did... and last of it is my air compressor stopped working.. I checked my car fax and it shows the air compressor was replaced a year ago at a dealership not same one, so I call the dealer and same sales person tells me that she will pass it on to management, 2 days later still no call.. I messaged this sales person and even took the truck to a repair shop to get it checked out and they show me that the air compressor is missing top bolt that holds it in place and with so much vibration it wore out seals on hoses and leaked all Freon out, I messaged same sales person about this and still no reply..An unhappy customer is definitely not good for business, buyers beware...

When I got there, it was hot because the air conditioning qas not working.But a ac tech from CCAC was working on it.The CCAC tech was nice & professional. & he got the air conditioning going again. & I was comfortable.I think I will call CCAC if my air conditioning goes out.

Sales pitch was great. Overall the sales part was a good experience. The vehicle I purchased had a few scratches that I was told would be taken care of quickly. It never happen. I made several attempts with no results. I have now ordered my own touch up paint to remedy the scratches. Bottom line is once you sign the contract forget any work that you were told would be taken care of.

No sure why they have appointment times, Took vehicle in and waited for over 4 hours for a job that at most should have taken 2 hours. Parts took part out of box while I was sitting in the waiting area and said to me is this your problem, I stated I hope so, and then the part set on the counter top for over 30 minutes before it was taken away (to the technician I assume). After 2 plus hours the service advisor came and told me she was going to check the status on my vehicle and then never retuned to give me an update. After another hour, service advisor told me she was going to check again, and was told they were almost finished just had to test drive to ensure proper operation of high frequency antenna, it was another 45 minutes to an hour. And all of this was performed on a brand new $73K plus Denali that should have never been allowed to leave the dealership until all systems were verified to be in proper operation 6 days prior. I am very unhappy with the entire process from the 2 visits to correct the deficiency in which the first I was there for over 2 hours to diagnose the problem.
