My Niece and her husband recommended I go to Presscott in Rochelle, I did and they were great! Ben was very easy to talk to and was knowledgeable on the Edge. He was even kind enough to wrestle my granddaughters car seat out of my trade in ! The general manager was great as well, got us a lower rate with longer terms than my bank! Its been about a month or so since I got my new tires. Prior to calling the service department, I decided that I wanted to get the Michelin LTX M/S tires for my F-150. I believe I spoke with Nate, and he was helpful. He suggested a similar option that was less expensive (which I appreciated). Aside from the cost of the tires themselves (which I knew they were gonna be expensive), the dealership charges were VERY reasonable. Im excited to see how my tires are in the snow this winter!

I contacted Prescott Brothers about a car 3 months ago. They never responded. Now, today on the 4th of July I get a generic response on how can they help? You could have responded when I asked my question. Now, they keep sending me texts and harassing me. I asked to be removed and they keep sending messages. If they can’t answer questions within a decent timeframe and don’t understand how to stop messages, i’m sure their cars are complete trash and/or rigged to look good until they leave the lot.

This is my like 3rd or 4th time taking my truck to get my headlights fixed these past two weeks. They told me that they did fix them but i drove it yesterday at night and my lights were out. I couldnt see my way on th road as Im supposed to. I have a one year old daughter and sometimes i have to take her to the babysitter in the afternoon for me to go to work and pick her up at night and its dangerous for both me and my daughter and they charged me a total of $900 to $1,000 and they cant do their jobs

I am new to the Rochelle area after moving from the Rockford area and prefer my vehicle to be fixed at a certified dealer. I would love to give this place 5 stars when it comes to the mechanics fixing my car but the service reps make that impossible. I have dealt with both the male and female service reps multiple times. Both seem to hate their jobs and make that apparent with very poor customer service, especially the female. It seems that any question or even scheduling an appointment is a burden and they let it show with rude, short answers. I was warned of this by my wife and wanted to give them a shot, my wife wasn’t wrong. Someone should let them know that people can pick up on their poor attitudes. I spend hundreds of dollars each time I take my car in for a repair and think I may start going to Dekalb or back to Rockford where I am treated as if I were not a burden. If you don’t mind being treated poorly by rude service reps, this is the place for you. Again, I hate rating a place low based on a few poor employees but this is the only interactions I have had here. Everyone else I run into there, seems happy and says hello or how are you. A simple smile or thank you go a long ways with anyone.

The bad experiences keep piling up. The service department is horrible here. They need a major change of attitude and I have huge doubts about their abilities. I get treated better at the DMV. They will never see my car again. I highly recommend anybody needing service to go somewhere else. I had a complete opposite experience in Dekalb. Good to know there are better dealers out there.

Just picked up a GREAT used 2017 F-150 with most of the options I wanted without having to buy new. No pressure, haggling, or negotiating needed. Told Manny and Chad what I had for trade in and worked with me to get my payments at the price I needed. I didnt live close so a lot of communication was easily done over the phone and through text. I dont think I spent 30min. inside the office as everything was fast and up front. I will purchase with these guys the next time! Did I mention this will be my first vehicle with under 1k miles and working air LOL. Not only did they make the sale easy I had a few very small details that needed attention after I left and they had no problem accommodating me.

Hoooo boy, this was quite literally one of the most asinine experiences Ive had in my near 30 years living on this planet. Allow me to break down my unbelievable experience at Prescott.I had been looking for a new vehicle for a while now and I had finally found something I was interested in at Prescott. The car was a used 2014 Lincoln mkz hybrid with 90k miles. It was listed for roughly $13500 online.Rob was our go to sales guy as this was not the first vehicle we bought from prescott. I went in, we test drove the car, then we negotiated the price of the car. During negotiations, there was an offer for $2000 down and then a financing payment plan.

First of all, there is Manny Lopez. He is in sales. This man is golden. You can trust what he says, and you will not receive better service anywhere in the area. I watched him with several customers, as I was stuck because my brakes went out. This review is based how he treated his customers and integrity he showed. He had no idea I was paying attention. I have been in this business, and I have also been the customer. I doubt you will find a better person. Service, courteous, efficient, and very patient. To deal with me, the way they did, again, quite impressed. I normally dont give out 5 star reviews unless they are well deserved. Congrats on a well run dealership.

They didn’t have the car we wanted, but I’d say in about a week they went out of their way to find not one but 2 that we could choose from! We were pre approved through ford, but they took the time to find us a better rate and got our payment well within range of what we requested. I ordered a new 2020 Explorer ST from Prescott Brothers thru salesperson Rob Jasper. Rob seems to be a bit inexperienced but is friendly, enthusiastic, and very courteous. As far as the dealership, there was a bit of a glitch in that I noticed a couple dealer installed options I ordered were missing. Upon researching it was determined the pieces were onsite and were promptly installed. Being a totally new model the vehicle took three and a half months to deliver but of course was no fault of the dealership. We concurred that it was best to allow any manufacturing difficulties to be corrected at the plant vs getting recalls. The dealership was very accommodating and the lifetime power train warranty is always a plus! I had to sit thru the sales pitch of whether I should purchase additional warranties for various vehicle components. Likely this is a standard manufacturer suggested area to help the manufacturer and dealers bottom line. New vehicles now days are so complex that something is liable to fail, especially under rough service. To apologize for the extended time for vehicle delivery Ford did provide me a $1500 rebate! I will certainly consider Prescott Brothers for service and any further purchases.

I’m giving them a one star review because they didn’t have a zero star. Took a small truck to get brakes and look at one more issue they gave me a quote and as in any dealer it was expensive but I didn’t fuss and went ahead and had them do it. They got it done told me the same price I said ok then I get there and they charged me more than the estimate for brakes and an hour on the maintenance issue that took all of 10 mins. Will not be going back!!

When in a couple of days after Christmas 2 years ago, just kind of checking to see if I could find something with lower payments and better gas mileage.
