If you’re debating to go to Fox Body Shop, simply look at the letters that they left on my window for your answer-“N-O”. If they can’t remember to take off letters that they placed off of your window...definitely don’t trust them with repairs. When I chose Fox Body Shop to complete minor repairs on my vehicle, I unknowingly signed myself up for months of hassle, I could write a whole essay on my multiple HORRIBLE experiences with Fox Body Shop, but I will keep it brief:1. The estimator I dealt with, Mr. Orlando, was the most unhelpful and unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. He was constantly condescending and would never go out of his way to help me or any other customer that I witnessed him interact with.2. Mr. Orlando didn’t include a part of my damages in my original repair claim (after I confirmed with him (twice!) that he did) so now I will have two insurance claims against me.3. My repairs took way longer than expected—I understand the repair timeline is just an estimate but no one ever contacted me to inform me of this or returned my multiple phone calls. Then suddenly after my insurance complained about the length of the repairs, it was ready within an afternoon. I understand body shops get busy but please communicate with your customers..4. The fox advantage reimbursement check I was promised for completing the repairs at their body shop has yet to be seen months later.I will never return to this body shop and will never lease another car from Bill Fox Chevrolet due to these experiences. I would NEVER recommend Bill Fox to anyone!

5 🌟 The new body shop manager goes above and beyond to ensure quality, communication, and overall top notch customer service. If you havent been to Fox in awhile, I highly recommend that you give their wonderful team of professionals another try.

My wife brought in her car to get repaired, what a problem. The final outcome was that they didn’t know how her car got tapped and her bumper that just was repaired was hit. This is the second time that their repair work was just horrible. She had them take the bumper off and put back the dented one and left. Never will I or my wife ever recommend this body shop. The general manager realized what had happened and he did not charge her for anything. The manger Jamie and the estimator Ken, are just people I would never have a woman deal.

Very courteous and knowledgeable people, went above and beyond the call, helped me load and secure my parts. Display floor was improved on very nice job

Was told when I took my Cadillac in that it would be a week and a half. Got a call today 4 work days that the car was ready. The car was like new. Cleaned inside and out. The estimater Ken Debaker handled it and me very professionally. 2nd non Chevy vechicle that I’ve taken there. Outstanding.

Took my truck into be fixed back in September, was told it would be done by Oct 7th, it is now December 20th and my trucks not fixed, and my insurance will no longer pay for a rental. I would never recommend Bill fox or there repair shop to anyone. It shouldnt take 4 months to fix a truck. the excuse was they couldnt get a part cause the GM strike, GM has been back for awhile now, then it was the part came in broken just sounds like a bunch of excuses and run around.

Updated my 1 star bad experience to 5 star. They made the situation right after hearing our complaints. Good on them to turn it around.

So I bought my 2011 Traverse from Jerry at Bill Fox Used Cars and had a good experience. After having my new vehicle for less than 3 weeks, the Village Idiot in Auburn Hills rear ended me. Got 3 quotes, Bill Fox Body Shop was the cheapest. Worked with Kevin in the Body Shop, got my quote on Thursday, called that afternoon and he ordered the parts, parts came in this morning and he called me. Had a co-worker go with me and dropped off my Traverse with the understanding it would take 2 hours. About an hour later Kevin called and it was ready. AWESOME SERVICE!!!

Dean and the Body Shop were awesome with our Suburban, we thought it was totaled after the accident but nope, they fixed better than new. Thanks
