Edited as of 3/27/2021: I made an appointment again to get same style. I paid my deposit to her cash app. She called back next day telling me she overbooked and she would call me when she was available. Mind you I paid my deposit that she has YET TO REFUND ME! Ill never go here again strictly because she ignored my calls, took my deposit and never updated me or refund me my money. Beware that if you call for appointment and she requests a deposit, make sure she has the availability, the time that you paid for open before you pay her the deposit. Otherwise you will end up like me!

They have great customer service the braids are always on point I love the atmosphere there always wonderful to my daughter you just cant find a better place when you go to places when theyre braiding they dont treat you really kind but this place is somewhere youd want to go and spend your money and Ill be back

Mimi is amazing and so is her coworker. The ladies did an excellent job on my hair. They are professional, on time and most importantly they don’t braid too tight. You will keep your edges if you go here. Also it takes only one night before the scalp feels completely at ease. Ive never had a hair braider do such a great job. I will be back again. They are kind and just great people to be around.

I got the CUTEST braids done today at this wonderful place the ladies were so nice Deff would recommend I’ve told literally all my friends and we all plan on going here from now on the best of the best seriously like I searched all over cz I’m from the Corning/ hammonsport area and there isn’t a lot of places that do braids around me so I started branching out looking for places farther away and I mean they have 5 stars glowing reviews and now going there meeting the wonderful women I understand why seriously tho go here it’s number 1
