We are blown away with the quality and so happy to buy US. Shipping from Minnesota to Colorado was no issue.Order took 4 months as they told us but it was well worth the wait. Do not hesitate to order from this company. Communication and customer service was excellent. We will be ordering more from these folks. We will enjoy their art for the rest of our lives. The quality of the Amish furniture is top notch. The vendor and delivery service is excellent. You will just need to be aware that it may take a few months for the order to ship. However, you will receive a solid wood furniture and know the type of wood you are purchasing. I personally have purchased solid cherry dresser, night table and bookcase. I highly recommend this vendor.

We ordered Benchmaster Furniture Vittoria Recliner × 2 on 5/22, total cost are $ 1710.96. After we ordered, we received a confirmation email from the QW furniture said they would be delivered in 4-6 weeks, but they delivered in 10 days when we werent there. it was (maybe) delivered to someone, but not us. We never received the two expensive chairs, the customer service told me to file a claim with UPS, but this is not a UPS mistake. It should be QW Furnitures responsibility to fix the issue ! We are very disappointed with the customer service .

We purchased a dining room table, six chairs that are upholstered, and five barstools. It just arrived and we could not be more pleased. It is everything we hoped for and more. The quality is unmatchable. The colors and craftsmanship is exceptional. Frankly, we were nervous. Ordering off-line does not allow for touching or seeing the end product. Beautiful, well-built furniture. Its hard to find quality furniture these days but these guys have it. Pick your design, then customize with your choice of wood, finish, hardware, etc. They are even building us a custom storage bench to match the bedroom set we bought since it didnt come with one. We cant wait to get our new furniture!

Exceptional Quality and ServiceThe furniture we purchased from QW is stunning (Bayfield Dining Set and Farmhouse Hutch/Buffet). Horrible customer service. Our order was wrong not once, not twice but 3 times and each time customer service got worse.

When I found their products online I liked what I saw. I called to confirm I’d be getting what I wanted. The customer service was top notch, the product was better than I expected, and the delivery guy was awesome. If you have hesitation let me tell you it will be more than you expect. The Amish secretary desk is an absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture! I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship and the overall beauty of the piece. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering an item like this on the internet. But the customer service folks answered all of my questions, made it easy to order samples in advance so that I could see the wood and the appearance of a finish in my home before I purchased it it was excellent customer service, and it resulted in a beautiful new piece of furniture in my home

We bought our table & chairs online and had it delivered to the north side of the Twin Cities. It was well worth the wait! Working with Collin was easy, as he put together our custom table order, which was made out of solid walnut with black leather seats on the chairs. It is absolutely beautiful and the chairs are comfortable! Great customer service.

I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for Quality Woods going above and beyond my expectations during our recent purchase of a dining room set. We loved our new dining room set, but the table height was too tall for us. I hesitated even contacting Quality Woods, already assuming that nothing could/would be done as this was a custom order piece. Much to my surprise, we were told that the table height could be altered and QW would pick up our table on their next delivery to my town. Not only did they adjust the table height for us but at no cost.Our entire purchasing experience was great-- from the browsing to ordering, delivery and re-adjustment. We bought a very quality piece of furniture-- and it came with exceptional customer service.We will certainly come back as other furniture needs arise and we have shared our great experience with our family and friends.

The furniture is beautiful and well made, but the finish on my furniture is horrible. Here is my story. I was looking for solid wood furniture to update my bedroom and found Quality Woods. I was hesitant to order furniture online that I had not seen. After looking at the reviews and talking to customer support, I decided to order. I ordered 6 pieces from the classic shaker collection and anxiously waited for the delivery not knowing what I would get. My furniture was delivered Wednesday March 3rd, 2021. The delivery team did a fantastic job of moving the furniture into my room and setting it up. They were kind, courteous, and professional. The only problem with the delivery was the fact that there were no brackets to mount the dresser mirror. The delivery team assured me that they would be coming through in a couple of weeks and would stop by to mount the mirror and they did. The furniture is well made and I loved it. My issue with the furniture became apparent as I took a soft cloth to wipe off the travel dust. It was then that I noticed that although the furniture looked fantastic, it was rough and bumpy to the touch and some spots actually snagged my cloth as I wiped it down. I was so disappointed. The finish on 5 out of 6 pieces was horrible. My husband called to complain about the furniture and they told him that when the delivery team came to mount the mirror they would look at it and write a report so that they can address it with quality control to make sure it didn’t happen again. When the delivery guy came out, my husband showed him the finish and all the rough spots. The delivery guy said it looks like overspray and showed my husband how to take a plain white piece of paper and “sand off” the overspray. Huh? That was their solution? We were to do the work ourselves on our brand new furniture? It did work in some spots, but not others. I still have rough to the touch furniture with a couple of runs from the stain and even a screwdriver size dent on top of my armoire. I am hoping that Quality Woods will work with me to resolve this issue. I hope my review is helpful.

I have purchased a writing desk and a nightstand from QW in Rochester. Brittany was my contact for both purchases. I bought the writing desk about two years ago and the nightstand arrived yesterday. My experience has been superb! Brittany was gracious and competent, helping me choose my furniture over the phone. She followed up on every detail. I love my custom build beds. I built a vacation home at the beach and wanted to fit a trundle bed underneath the beds so I could maximize the space for more visitors. Brittany Sexton helped me find the perfect beds for the rooms. She then worked with the builder to create a 15” clearance under the beds. I paid to have the beds delivered and set up. Eddie was the person that delivered and set up the beds. He was so nice and knew exactly what to do. I was amazed that could deliver to Mississippi. The beds are top quality. They exceeded my expectations. If you want beautiful quality furniture at a great price with great customer service, then Quality Woods is the place for you. I love love my beds!!

I am thrilled with the dining room set that I orderrd. It was worth the wait to get the beautiful crafted furniture that I got. The delivery people were very gracious and placed everything and put together the table in a timely and caring manner. They definitely know what they are doing. As to the craftsmanship of the pieces, you can see the care and love that went into its creation. Every piece is beyond beautiful. I have always loved oak furniture and I know the people who crafted these pieces love it too.

I ordered 6 pieces. All first rate furniture. It was the Kenwood collection. It was delivered in a padded trailer. Absolutely no damage. Gorgeous furniture will last a lifetime and someone elses. This furniture will never be dated and tired of. Fits perfect in a mission style home. Very pleased with everything this company made for me. Very few companies get it right the first time. This furniture maker did. Also their website is easy to navigate and order. I would like to thank QW furniture for making this furniture for me. Ive also ordered a cabinet from this furniture maker and Im sure it will be beautiful too. Well I got my cabinet 3 weeks ago. This one is rustic quarter sawn wood. And absolute stunning piece. Called QW inquiring about a dresser that we couldn’t get in my town. They were able to order it for me and would ship it it to my home in a totally different state. They had a very reasonable delivery fee and their price was lower than anywhere else. Communication was excellent and very responsive to any questions. Our dresser was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend them
