Easy stress free experience from start to finish. In store (John I think?) was not pushy at all but super informative about everything they had as far as inventory. The guys who did the delivery/haul away were great. They were ahead of schedule and super friendly, and even kept cool with my barking dog and yelling toddler. I will 100% recommend to friends and be a repeat customer.

I was searching for under counter clips for my Whirlpool Dishwasher, Jonathan took the time to source the part then show me how the clip gets reinstalled. Place is immaculate and some pretty good range of appliance pricing. I kinda got new appliance envy in their some pretty cool looking stuff as well. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a fridge and when it came, the fit was so tight that the freezer door wouldnt open because the wall was in the way. Jon and everyone at Roc App. were so kind to get me switched with a different model. They even squeezed me in for delivery within 2 days. And the delivery guys were top notch friendly. Wonderful service. My range and oven stopped working. I called RA and made an appointment. 2 days later the appliance just started working again. My particular appliance had been discontued. Called RA to let them know and discussed possibilities. They had already ordered the computer for my range. We decided it would be best to send a technician to check it out. I also had to replace the light bulb. Technician arrived on time. Very polite very professional. He checked everything out, determined it was a fluke, changed the light bulb and just charged for the call, even though he had the very expensive part with him. While i am sure the part can be used on other models,, it was impressive that the technician had it on hand just in case. I highly recommend Rochester Appliance.

I can’t believe with all the talk of people waiting months for appliances they were able to deliver mine so quickly . During the initial visit to diagnose the problem with the water and ice dispenser, John determined that the main circuit board had failed. The part was ordered and he came back to install the board. Unfortunately this did not correct the problem. John did some more research and discovered that there was another circuit board in the door that houses the dispenser and felt this was likely the board to replace. He took the new main board back and ordered the other board. John came back to install it a few days later. Within a few minutes of arriving, He installed the board and it fixed the problems with the dispenser. I only had to pay for the second board and did not have to pay for an additional service charge. While I had to wait a little longer to get the refrigerator fixed, I am glad that it is now fixed and working great.

Contact was very easy through the website. I was contacted the day before to confirm my scheduled appointment, and then the day of by the technician (Trevor K.) as he was on the way out. We reviewed the issues with the fridge and he went right to work. Problem sorted, parts were available on the truck and we were off to the races. After replacing the seized fan, Trevor checked out the rest of the equipment on the fridge to make sure there were no other lingering issues. He put the fridge all back together and we were all sorted after about an hour. Everyone was professional and courteous, from initial contact at the main office to the on-site tech. I will continue to use Rochester Appliance if (when) my other appliances decide to take a nap. Pricing was in-line with what I expected for the parts and labor. Repairing the fridge was way easier than buying a new one. Wow! Much awesome!

Delivery and setup could not have been better. They took EXTREMELY great care of the fridge, which was too big to fit through the door. Had a great experience overall here. Purchased a speed queen front loader and paid cash. Over paid by $40 dollars because apparently I cant count. I get a call next day saying to come pick up the money. Saved like close to $200 compared to Orvilles across the street. Delivery was fast and professional.

Overall great experience getting my freezer fixed. It was easy to schedule an appointment using the online form and a few emails to confirm. Jon confirmed our appointment the day before and when he was able to come a little earlier than expected, he called first to make sure that was okay. Jon worked quickly once he was here, but also took time to explain what he was doing, which made me feel comfortable about the work. I would definitely want to work with Jon again for any future appliance issues.

My main concern in ordering a washer and dryer was if it going to fit through my doors. They did. Unfortunately, it was the only washer and dryer option that would worķ. However. it was the best option and the closest option to what I originally had. So glad I found this place. Great people, showroom is nicely lit and the atmosphere is very friendly without any sales pressure whatsoever. These guys have plenty of inventory to choose from, they work with many distributors and have some great deals from factory-direct procurement as well. I spoke with Dean on the phone who was happy to answer any questions and give me some model numbers so I could do my homework before visiting.When I arrived to purchase John was very knowledgeable and helped me match a display unit with a scratch and dent unit that looked pretty damn pristine to me in order to get an unbeatable deal on a pair of matching current-model Maytag front-loaders. Bought my house just over a year ago. I noticed my dryer would not work at random times, so I called Rochester Appliance and they sent John out. He was very polite and nice to talk to. He had an idea of what was causing the problem and was able to fix it. He actually went above and beyond to help me because the part he needed was unavailable at first due to suppliers having low supply right now.
