Do not waste your money on restringing a bow here Definitely go to scheels!
Very helpful & experienced people working there. I didnt feel taken advantage of just because Im a girl learning to shoot my first purchased gun. I recommend them all the time now.
Coyote Creek is an awesome place to go to the staff is incredibly courteous and have Amazing customer service. The gunsmith Clint Has helped me with many issues and he is very very good at what he does. Unique questions with anything related to tax stamps,Specific builds or anything really Colin is also a Dynamite employee.
I love Coyote Creek for all things archery. The staff are super helpful and friendly. My 6 year old son tagged along with me today and wanted to try out a bow. The guy who set him up to shoot a few arrows (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was an excellent teacher! My son loved it and I’m sure we will be back for classes next! He also loved petting the very friendly dogs :)
Favorite gun store in the area, and its not even close. Good selection of guns, and almost always have a good selection of ammo (even during the last year when things got really crazy). Staff are super friendly, and the place is very LGBTQ friendly. Great layaway policy as well. This is the first gun store I go to when Im looking for something new.
I always have such a pleasant experience coming here staff always make me feel right at home only gunstore I go to great selection of firearms and ammunition the staff is knowledgeable in all aspects and have never had a bad experience here thank you guys
Staff is kind and knowledge. Very good selection.
Took a one-on-one lesson with Joe and it was a wonderful experience. I had very little previous knowledge or experience with handguns, and he made the whole process easy, understandable, and safe. I would highly recommend Coyote Creek lessons and environment for anyone (females and novices included)!
I just took the women’s hand gun class with Paula. It was awesome! She was a great instructor- very knowledgeable, funny and never made you feel bad for asking questions. This class definitely increased my desire to shoot hand guns!! The price was a great deal! I’m planning to check out lipstick and lead to get more familiar with different guns, meet some new people and improve my accuracy!! Thank you Paula and thank you Coyote Creek!!!
My new favorite archery go to. Robby in the archery dept. was outstanding. I brought my 11 yr old in to try out a bow and Robby had him set up in no time. He was very knowledgeable in my opinion. He also helped with tuning my bow and suggested launching some arrows in their archery range. The archery range is top notch with 40 yards and plenty of lanes. I would highly recommend this Coyote Creek Gun & Archery to anyone.
Being female and never having touched a gun in my entire life, it was nerve-racking and intimidating walking into this place the first time. Fortunately, I was quickly put at ease by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The sheriff made an error on my gun permit and one of the staff members went out of his way to contact the sheriff to fix the issue and I was able to take my gun home that day. The staff/trainers are extremely patient, helpful and encouraging. When you make mistakes in the range, they are quick to correct and give pointers which I very much appreciate.
Coyote Creek deserves more than 5 stars. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable place. Shopping around different shops in Rochester I found them to be the most respectful.
I was discriminated against due to my disability. They dont help people with reading disabilities, I never had a problem buying a fire arm before, I also have my carry permit. They refuse to help me or let me have someone help filll out the paperwork. I sign and date where needed. Never had a problem or have been this discriminated against by a gun shop before. They dont follow the disability act. They are against people with disabilities the guy at the counter was very rude to me. I have brought alot of my supplies there. They no longer will have my business. I live over an hour away not worth my drive.
Great friendly guys out there
First time on a range in 60 years. The staff at Coyote Creek were very welcoming and treated this old man very well. Range conditions were excellent and ammunition reasonably priced for this day and age.
If I could give it less than a one star I would, this place is trash. The customer service is terrible, the technology is outdated. I was down here from the cities and I look you up online and found out none of the photos are from your range, can you say “false advertising”. I dealt with unprofessional people in the shop that just wanted a sale. No fault to the sales people there, you can tell it stems from the lack of managements knowledge of the industry. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
These guys are the best! All the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a great selection of firearms and accessories. Indoor range is excellent. Clint is an awesome gunsmith. Nothing but great things to say about Coyote Creek!
The folks at Coyote Creek put on a first rate Permit to Carry Class! We had 31 people in our class and everything went as smooth as could be. We were all very impressed with how professional the instructors were. Coyote Creek takes the training seriously and everyone in our class felt that it was well worth the time and money. First class experience! Thank you!
Great archery shop, awesome customer service. I went in with a bunch of questions & Trent answered them all. Good answers with the why behind it. Very knowledgeable and friendly.I will definitely come back there & recommend them family & friends.
In town for a few days and made it a point to stop by and very happy I did. Bow section of the shop is large with good help and quality products, gun area is nice with a solid selection. In door range is very nice. An awesome option this shop has is the amount rentals they have that one can shoot in their indoor range (max range 25 yds). From revolvers and semiauto handguns to an AK and ARs along with a couple full auto options this shop has you covered if theres something youd like to try. Since I flew in it was great to be able to do some shooting while visiting.
Easily the best shop around! Customer service is great! My dad and I both came in with concerns about our bows, the guys at Coyote Creek ran us through every test possible just to get us on track again. Dad came in with no idea what was wrong and we found out that his cams weren’t timed and his d-loop to rest wasn’t level. Robbie (worker) took my dad through the entire process just to make sure that everything was 100% perfect. After we were both set up they ran us through one more test before hitting the range and that was the paper test. It’s just to make sure that your arrow is flying straight and pure. Once that was dialed in we hit the range and Robbie helped sight us in up to 40 yards. This was a overall great experience with people who truly are passionate in what they do. I highly recommend that you take a look at Coyote Creek!
One of the ladies that works there (brown curly hair) is super rude and not helpful. You’d think that as a gun range they would want to help newbie gun users safely use their firearms and learn but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m sorry I wasted money on a membership because I never want to go back there again.
Friendliest staff Ive ever encountered. These people clearly care about their customers and it shows.
I purchased my first gun from here over 10 years ago. It was a Remington 870 super mag terky Express. Unknowingly I paid way to much being my first experience. I looked at the gun wall today and saw a good selection of firearms at msrp prices. For example they had a glock 19 gen 5 listed at 699.99 before tax. If you dont follow guns and prices that is ridiculous even for a (pandemic).I see this is a comon thing for coyote creek. I saw alot of new shooters in the lobby who probably dont know any better yet. I hope they see this and realize there are other places to shop can get the same experience and save a buck or two.The gun industry is its own worst enemy when it comes to this kind of stuff. Id hope that other shops dont go down the coyote creek road.
Great customer service from the archery techs there. From trying out different bows and ordering all the specific things I wanted, they were very attentive and helped me based on what I needed. Once the bow I ordered came in they put everything on and set it up like it was their own, they even helped me sight it in.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Have always had a good experience there, and have done lots of business! Nice state of the art gun range too! If you need any work done on guns, they definitely know what they are doing!
Great experience, start to finish. The fellas helped me rig up an old bow with a few upgrades and get proficient to quickly pass city regs. Hard to complain, as between their service and sales, Ill be stickin here for the remainder of my gear. Good, local, honest companies are worth plenty in my book.
I forgot to rate this a while ago and I’m going to do it now. I was really satisfied and appreciated by their business in the gun safety course, I was with a different company before hand and they seemed really disorganized and were unable to Finnish their delivery. This was a better deal since we got to go to the range and actually finished our qualifications and this team was more organized and prepared for what they wanted to teach us. Thank you and I hope your business grows further!
New to this place but already felt the unfrendly atmosphere from some of the staff such as a big fat guy seemingly too simple minded to deal with different people. Importantly, at least the roof is not up to the build standards because 1) you can not shoot at the top part of your target (the head) in order to protect the roof 👎; 2) you can not tilt you gun slightly upward again to protect the roof 👎. How such facility can be used as a range? It is only good for those who seek to shoot peoples foot but certainly not the head 😆.
Took my bow in to get sited in and they were awesome to work with. Did extras and spent an hour with me on the range, shot at 20 and 30 yards, Lots of great pointers never once impatient. And the price was awesome. Great archery range for 8 bucks to shoot all day... couldnt be happier!!
Very prohibitive rules on what ammo you can bring and use on the range for your own guns, all geared toward you eventually having to buy their ammo at their prices. I bet they even scoop up the brass for reloading, the real reason for these rules.Cant even use shot, only slugs! No bird shot, no buckshot,.not even snake shot.
Twice Ive been here, twice I was treated like my business was not worth their time. Once to ask about a rifle, the guy said, nope, dont have one and walked away. Second time several months later I begrudgingly went in as my other two options didnt have what I needed. I stood at the back counter while 2 people were talking. Unsure if one was an employee I didnt want to interrupt. So stood 4 feet away and waited. After 5ish minutes the person I thought might be a customer walked behind the counter the other direction and the other guy. Picked up his cell phone and made a call. Not sure of the ratings this place gets, but I had a total joke of an experience and recently spoke with two other people who had similar stories.
I had an antique handgun that needed a new barrel fitted. It required some fine machining to get just right. I brought it to Coyote Creek in hopes a gunsmith could take the task on. After a relatively quick turnaround and a fair fee it now works like new thanks to them. The shop is very nice as well. Would recommend.
Highly recommend Coyote Creek. Trent was simply amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my family (little girl who ate all the donuts and popcorn). He helped me find a new bow, and made proper adjustments to my daughters and fiances bows. Totally worth the 45 min drive. Definitely our go to archery store now.
Awesome customer service!! Great prices on Pistols and rifles!! Anything you need including ammo and range equipment. I highly recommend Coyote Creek Gun and Archery!
Was in there sunday morning, got a new bow, love the variety, I got to try as many as I wanted. I dealt with Mike, he answered all my questions, and had plenty of patience. They were very busy, but were still able to get me set up pretty quick. I am happy with my purchase, and highly recommend them
If youre new to shooting there you will have to watch a quick safety video which I think of a good idea. Even experienced shooters need a reminder every once on a while. Its a 50ft range with the targets on hangers. No drawing from the holster or moving while shooting here. Great for fundamentals and first time shooters. They had a decent selection of guns to rent. ammo is way overpriced. Their reloading section wasnt that bad though. I cant speak for the archery side of things since we were there for guns.
Wonderful staff who is more then willing help and answer any questions. I can not stress how friendly everyone is especially with first timers!
Great hospitality and service. Very knowledgeable.
This is a VERY clean, friendly and organized store and set of ranges. They have a wide variety of firearms, bows and accessories for everyone from a casual shooter to the top trophy hunter. They have wonderful gun and archery ranges. If you dont have your own gun, they have good quality and some exciting stuff to rent. They offer free classes for youth (I myself game down from savage MN for my 17 year old daughter to take and test for a firearms training so that she can join the trap shooting team at school. Again, this was FREE!!!While here, us parents were offered FREE range passes (a 20.00 value) and it is a glock demo day so you can use a number of different pistols for 2.00 each. So you can literally shoot (with free included eye protection and eat protection) 10 different guns total of 20.00!This is a professional company that takes safety, education, your rights and their jobs seriously and present it to the public in the friendliest, most generous ways imaginable.I have my new favorite range and shop - even though it is 1.5 hours from my home this will be my new go to shop.
While at Mayo for cancer treatment, I found that these guys let me use their facilities at no charge!!! All I pay for is the targets. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Trent). They have a couple of chocolate labs to greet you and beg for popcorn
I bought a used gun there. They told me they didnt have the case or anything for it except the gun. I understood. It was used. 8 months later Troy called me up and said we were cleaning some stuff up and we found the case and extra magazine etc for the gun you bought. Would you like them? I went down and got them and they wouldnt even take a small tip for it. Very pleased and far more than i expected.
Took forever to recover my online order. 8weeksThen waited for nearly an hour for background check
Had a great experience! Staff is very professional and willing to help. The facility is state of the art. As far as price goes the phrase You get what you pay for. = Totally worth the price of admission! Thanks!
Terrible experience! Went in to buy a gun with my dad. We had our items picked out that added up to over $1000. The person waiting on us went to help someone find a $200 scope and never came back. When he did he told my dad that he had to fill out these sheets with out making any mistakes. He made a mistake and asked a employee for another sheet and the dude walked right past him without saying a word! It was the most wasted 40 mins of time ever. Let’s just say we did not walk out of there with a gun.
For the firearms enthusiast Coyote Creek is the real deal. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the inventory is very good, and the gun range is state of the art. The gunsmithing services cannot be beat...Clint is just awesome, and he does his work right in front of you, not behind a closed door. Kudos to Coyote Creek.
Great staff, excellent range, good location. A friend and I were looking for something to do one Saturday and happened here on a Demo Day. We had a terrific time.
I had been in a few times trying to decide what I wanted for my first handgun and the staff was very helpful each time. I attended their conceal and carry demo day last month and a gentlemen showed me the ropes on how to shoot a handgun (I had had no experience with handguns before, only 12 gauges) and I suspect that doing so wasnt part of their demo. I am still very glad he did because I walked away after the 3rd trip with a new Sig. I am impressed with the customer service and I will return when I buy myself an AR-15 for christmas!
This place has a state of the art hand gun range. A great bow smith and bow hunting supplies. But if your new to bow hunting or shooting beware....some staff members can make you feel very uncomfortable. This is unfortunate as the rest of the store and other staff are great and very helpful. All in all a great store if you get the right staff member.
Just finished a thirty minute range session with my pistol. The entire experience was top notch. Range staff friendly and courteous. Made it very clear what the rules and costs were and that safety was the number one priority. A required safety video was mandatory viewing as well. All of which impressed me very much. The range, the targets and the shooting stalls were all high quality and well lit. Range safety officers were clear in their instructions and helpful with questions. I will definitely be returning again and again. Cost was very good. I highly recommend enthusiasts and first timers stop in and try it out. You will not be disappointed.
Great place to take your son to shoot a firearm safely and confidently indoors. This was our first trip to Coyote and was a great way to spend time together and get off of the outdoor range. We werent members so we just needed to read through the policies and watch a short video on how the indoor range works. Took about 15 minutes to get all geared up and the weapon of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful, everyone said hello and let us know if you need any help thats what they were there for. Range was relaxed with an employee nearby just keeping the place clean and comfortable. We shot about 200 rounds with a Glock. Plenty of firearms to choose from. Good fun. Always a good idea to fire a weapon youre interested in before you buy. To my knowledge once you have purchased a firearm and taken possession of it by transfer, you can not return it. Ive been aware of that for a while and I think tthat is normal business for most places but I could be wrong? Still nice place to check out products.
I liked this place. Clean, nice archery range. Allowed my little kid to be there. Had sofas. I wish theyd had a youth rate to shoot. Bow repair folks werent afraid to say they couldnt work on an Oneida, which Id rather hear than someone making a mess of it. Range went beyond twenty yards.
There seemed to be confusion in how to handle customers who brought in a CCW to shoot at the range. The guy that first checked us in seemed pretty laid back about it and checked our CCW permits. The lady who checked us out had a sour response to our obviously cleared locked firearm that was in their provided bucket. So note to other customers, make sure to just bring your case for your CCW.I think some of staff do their best to help people as they always offer to help me when I have visited and have always been pretty informative when I asked questions.
Fantastic gun cleaning class. Curt does a thorough job and hes very knowledgeable with each weapon as to any intricacies or irregularities. Id highly recommend it
Very helpful and informative staff. very patient as well. They let me ask as many questions as I wanted without being irritated. genuinely want to inform you about their products. my only wish is that they had a bigger selection.
Friendly group, great selection, good prices.
Thr folks at Coyote Creek are awesome. They had both a range officer and gunsmith on staff, both of whom were exrtremely helpful. I will be visiting them again in the very near future.
Went their last two days wanting to get into bow hunting told him I basically dont know much, gave me the run down on it, took measurements got me a bow I liked close into my price range.Set everything up, help me dial in the sights, really took care of me only place around that has a good selection of bows and people who are willing to help out.
I recently purchased a used Savage model 820b 12 gauge shotgun from this shop on gun broker. I was told it had a small easily repairable crack in the stock when purchased it. When i received it it had 2 huge splits in the stock almost all the way through. I tried to get coyote creek to take care of it but they refused. They were not honest with me about the shotgun. I will never buy anything from them again . I have been to 3 gun shops all said the stock can not be repaired. Now i had to go online and order another stock for the gun so i can shoot it which cost me $115 . The least they could have done was replace the stock
Great shop w one of the best selection of high performance bows. Tech/sales guy Ethan was very knowledgeable, patient w questions, and more than willing to set up bows for me to try. out.
It’s amazing place and the staff they are very professional, if need help with anything you will always find them be said you, first thing they teach you the safety and after that they will teach you how to load the gun and how to handle and to shot, and they have a lot of guns it’s really amazing I love to come back again I really advise people to go there and see and have fun .
Staff is great. Gun range has basics, nice indoor shooting. I believe it was 25 yards max for the range.
Okay here is a rant about Coyote Creek...So Andy has gone in several times now but today was the worse, Andy went in with his shotgun and mounted scope he only needed it to be bore sighted. The guy Clint who works at Coyote Creek just helped sell a man in front of Andy probably around $1,000.00 worth of stuff... its now Andys turn to talk to Clint, Clint proceeds to tell Andy that his scope is too cheap to bore sight!!! What!?!?!??This is not once but twice that Andy has gone in with 2 different Scopes and both times Coyote Creek has told Andy that his stuff is too cheap. Btw the Scopes are not cheap $80+.... Andy even made the statement that one of our friends went in there with a $40.00 scope and rail mount that Coyote Creek then mounted the scope and guess what!!!??!!? BORE SIGHTED IT!!!So my take from this is that unless you are buying thousands of dollars worth of stuff from Coyote Creek, dont waste your time because it seems you are not worth their time!!!I just find it absurd that they cant seem to help anyone in ANY and ALL price ranges.... #coyotecreek you disappoint me!!!
Great shop, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The new indoor range looks awesome, unfortunately I havent had a chance to use it yet, but state of the art equipment, and responsible staffing.
Could not find a better staff. knowledge willingness to help the new guy. Robbie, Mike tristin and trent your all wonderful people!!
Clint is a great gun smith.Pretty good selection of medium and higher end guns.Ill be a life long customer.
They treated me with respect and where beyond nice
Simple and easy, havent tried the range yet but looks good.
Clint is the MAN! He looked at my brothers deer gun and within 10 minutes had it fixed and said no charge, just continue supporting us. I will be pointing people in their direction from now on. Thanks Clint!
The staff isnt pushy, especially the Archery section I was allowed to look and look before I was approached about purchase. I also gave Randy (the archery expert) a budget of what I wanted to spend, and he found me some excellent equipment in my price range, then took probably an hour of his valuable time to give me some basic shooting instructions. The ambiance of the store is almost like visiting a cool great uncles hunting lodge - big screen TVs all over in the archery range always playing the outdoors channel - awesome! It even has a few vending machines and a nice clean restroom.Generous inventory of archery accessories in all price range, its not just for rich guys. Bonus points.I also highly recommend the archery range there, when its just a few people there its easy to concentrate to become more skillful. Also if therea handful of people there, its nice to be ableto visit with people that have similar interests.Thoughtful design, its obvious the human resources person knows how to find quality employees that really care about the customer. Impressive store, impressive product and impressive staff. I recommend going during the week day (during normal business hours) as they tend to get a bit busy on the weekends.-Sean
Fun place to visit, variety of items. Very clean and good looking gun range.
This shop doesnt have an ego . they are kind and helpful and always ready to help. I will support this business. best in Rochester ..
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They listen and help you in every way possible.
Nice gun selection and friendly enough staff but I would stay away. According to an employee there isnt a return policy for firearms, and I personally like to be able to test a product and return it if it has problems. Every other gun store I have visited in MN ranging from box stores (Scheels) to private gun shops (Morristown, Pawn Shops) offer some sort of return policy and or a warranty plan for their used firearms. Thanks but if a store doesnt offer some sort of warranty* for a product they are selling I think I will have to pass.
The guns are slightly more expensive than chain stores, but you can get help almost immediately. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and very helpfull making sure you leave with everything you need. Their shooting range is state of the art, but the price shows it. If you are avid for controlled conditions, this is the range for you. If open space and a plastic bottle is more your thing, check your local ranges. But they do accept trade-ins, which is a plus. Overall, i would recommend this location to anyone who is entering the enthusiam realm, or a pro looking for a shooting range.
The staff at Coyote Creek are very accommodating and informative. They gave me a fair purchase price for my used bows and fixed my dad’s shotgun at the same time!
Every time Ive gone in here the staff was almost hostile towards me. They were not friendly and did a good job of making someone who is new to firearms feel insignificant. Would not recommend this shop and will definitely not be going again.
This place rocks and down to earth and know their stuff bows guns anything they sell or help you with is absolutely top notch amd professional
I had a wonderful time, Bryan made the experience absolutely fantastic and memorable. Yee Yee ol Son 👊
Went there for the first time, and never shot a gun before. The experience was great, rented a gun and price was affordable and Brian helped us out and he was great.
Staff was excellent and the facility is very nice. We brought in a friend from the Netherlands thats never shot before and we had a blast and excellent service
Went to go sight in my bow and they did a great job on helping and making sure it was sighted in perfect
Very rude staff, make you feel uncomfortable. Walked out didn’t even bother shooting, just walked out. Save your money, go elsewhere.
Nice facility big roomy well staffed knowledegable lots to do here, many good seminars, hands on, get skilled in many areas Dr Ernie RICHTER DC MS MT ASCP
Very well informed employees, friendly and able to help me answer my questions
What I liked about the store was they helped you with what you needed not what they wanted very friendly and reasonable
Great service and I really like the remodel. nice place.
I found the staff very, very helpful and friendly. The facilities are outstanding.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Very nice place all around!
What a joke! Very unprofessionalReferring to bear surplus.Bear surplus rages go on sale at noon on August 6th. First come first serve! I called Coyote Creek on Friday 8-3 to check in with them to see if they knew of anyone in house or in the public that was interested in coming in to attempt to get a license. The gentalman I talked to was very informational and said there wasnt anybody that he knew of. I mentioned to him I would be there early Monday morning before they even open and asked if that would put me at #1 on their waiting list. He replied with yes if I was the first person in the lot that wanted to apply that I would be first on the list.Today is August 6th and I got to Coyote Creek at 7:15AM. That is 45 minutes before they open. (Only customer in the lot) As staff were trickling in I had stopped an employee at 7:45AM and asked if he I would be able to go in early to get my name on the bear license list. He said You bet so I went in and explained to staff why I was there and told them I would stay in house to hold my spot. They told me I was fist in line for the MN Bear surplus license. I went down to their archery range to blow so time being I was going to be here for 4 hours. I had been shooting my bow for almost 2 hours before an employee comes down and tells me that the owner just showed up and said that he talked to someone a week ago and told them they can be first in line. And that I would be pushed to #2. I asked to speak to the owner about this because I didnt feel like this was right. He was unavailable to talk to me at that time. I quick called around to other stores in town that offer the surplus license and there was already up to 3-4 people in line. So I didnt stand a chance. I went up and talked to the employee that took my name down when I walked in and he said that it wasnt right that you have to physically have to be here. He called the owner and the owner disagreed with him. They offered me a $15 for my troubles. Pff. I declined and asked to stay 2nd in line. What a joke! Very unprofessional! I was here before half the employees (even the owner) but I guess thats the nice thing about owning the business you can do as you please no matter whats right. Since when does first in line mean that you dont have to be present.
Found out Im pretty good with a rifle. 😎
First time shooting at an indoor range. Instructors were very helpful and nice!
These guys know what they are doing and advising you of. Got my bow fixed fairly fast but its kind of expensive.
Very Friendly Staff, excellent safety procedures and orientation, will shoot there again!
Great place well run professionally.
Safe, cheap, and friendly. What more can you ask for in a local range?!
Dont get me wrong they have an amazing supply of archery components but I give them a one star because the staff doesnt know how to properly set up their top dollar/top line equipment. And thats huge when they promote free tuning with purchase. Ive been back 4 times now after spending over 2 grand on a new bow set up and its still not properly tuned. From trying to force my bow into the wrong press to an inability to set a peep sight, counter twisting the D loop and peep works but is only good for 5 shots before it returns to its sideways orientation, spent close to 400 dollars on a sight that they dont have the proper tools to set up saying they can maybe get it kind of close doesnt cut it for me when spending that kind of money. Not to mention watching my sight fall off my bow bouncing across the ground as he tried to adjust it. Knowlegable staff but clueless when it comes to fine tuning the high end equipment they sell. Very upset that now I have to pay a professional with the right equipment to finish my set up because the staff at coyote creek cant. If precision matters to you find another shop.
Very knowledgeable about their products. I had problems with my amoand they took care of me
