Applied Audio saved the day when a party I had been planning for months almost went awry.We had people in from out of town, great-aunts out of nursing homes - the works - when all of the sudden our AV plan folded and we almost we unable to do all the things we had been working on. One call to Applied Audio and everything was back on. They even stayed late - delaying their personal lives - to make sure I was taken care of.Courteous - comforting - helpful - affordable...Applied Audio was a lifesaver, and because of them I was able to give my parents the party they deserved. I walked into the store with an intention to spend about $7 on a lighting gel for use in a light fixture in my house. Instead, I was given a few swatch books of gels, and was advised on a few potential ideas for my situation.I honestly cannot state enough how excellent the service was. He knew that I was only going to be spending a few dollars, and I was still treated with topmost respect, and attention. Their acuity on listening to what I was doing, and helping guide me to the right solution even though I would consider myself small potatoes to them was spectacular.They have an excellent selection of DJ lighting and equipment, and a full array of Roscoe gels, and just about every kind of related wiring and fixture you might need. There should be no question that this is the right place to go for these kinds of items.For what its worth, I ended up spending $7.50, and got not only the perfect solution for my problem, but had I not discussed it with him, I would have spent more and had an inferior solution.
