The Sound Advantage is, by far, the best experience I’ve had shopping for quality audio equipment.First, they sell quality equipment from reputable, trusted manufacturers.They have a comfortable showroom where you can spend as much time as you need picking out what is best for you.Best of all, they are incredibly patient, thoroughly qualified, and have hearts of teachers. I’ve worked mostly with Bill and Leo even came out to my house to give me advise for my room. These guys really love audio and are excited to expand your knowledge base.I’ve checked out other shops, and nobody else comes close to the sales and service experience I’ve enjoyed.

I’ve been going to The Sound Advantage for about 30 years, and I can tell you that Leo and his team will not disappoint you. From the very first stereo system I installed many years ago to my recent new Home Theater in my lower level they designed, I have always felt secure knowing that I was working with an exceptional and experienced team . The planning for my new Home Theater started about a year ago with a complete new build/remodel. The system includes McIntosh equipment, Paradigm CI Elite Series in-wall speakers, Paradigm’s flagship Signature Sub 2 sub-woofer (amazing!) and the best Anthem processer they make . Well, all of this and the end result of this new project even makes my wife happy every time she is in our new space, whether watching a movie or playing music. Almost as much as the great sound and picture we now have, is the ease of use with the universal remote Leo programed for our whole house Sonos system as well as the entire lower level. It’s such a breeze to manage now. In addition, Leo has always steered me away from wasting money, which anyone can appreciate. All in all, I continue to be pleased and impressed with The Sound Advantage. They will not disappoint!

The Sound Advantage is awesome for all of your home theater needs! They have a lot of speakers on display so you can listen before you buy and everyone that works there is very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend it to anyone that wants a home theater system but is not sure in what they are looking for, they really help you out!

Leo has 1 of the nicest audio and visual stores I have ever been in,as soon as you walk in the door,you know that youre in the right place. I went in just looking for some quality speaker wire and banana clips, I walked out with a new Marantz amplifier and Integra AVR, plus all of the cables and clips I needed.Sound Advantage is exactly what we are lacking in this age of internet buying. Friendly, knowledgeable employees that take the time to make sure that you get what you want and enjoy yourself while getting there.When BB and other such stores just cant get the job done, head on over to Rochester and let the staff at Sound Advantage take care of you.

This Id the best place to go for stereo systems, surround sound systems, and car audio. I am really into music but they really opened my eyes and I am working with them now and will keep going back.

I have been coming here for years. The store specializes in 2 channel audio and home theater systems. Leo has owned the business for as far back as I can remember. I loved the store and the merchandise so much that I started working for Leo. McIntosh, Marantz, Anthem, Paradigm, Salamander Stands, Tvs, Projectors and screens oh my!

Friendly staff, will visit again. . Nice high end equipment.

I went to Sound Advantage for the 1st time this week and had a very pleasant experience. I met Leo, Bill, and Sue, who were all very friendly and accommodating. I have been an Audiophile for about 10 years now, and I was impressed with the showroom, layout, and what they had to offer. That being said, I updated my DAC and gave them the business. I would certainly do business with Sound Advantage again!!
