Very pleased! I was there for body work on my BMW. I knew nothing about Abra but my BMW dealership recommended them. My car was done ahead of time and, to my surprise, they detailed my car. Hasn’t looked so great since I drove it out of the dealership. Abra kept in close conversation with me and the people were very friendly. I highly recommend. They even extended their hours so I could bring it in.

The replacement and paint was so great that I went to the wrong side of the car to inspect the work. After going to the correct side of the car it was like there was never a problem. Great work, fair price.

Abra worked hand-in-hand with my insurance to quickly replace a windshield damaged in a collision. They went the extra mile to repeatedly vacuum the interior to make sure all the shattered glass/dust was cleaned up. Communication was great- definitely a quality company and team!

This business is Amazing. From the initial call to start the process i was pleased by the benevolence of all the staff members. The visit to the body shop was great. They explained the process from start to finish and provided a genuine time and day of when repairs would be complete. (Which they completed before expected day). They even cleaned and vacuumed the car!. The store was clean and the parking lot well lit at night. I would highly recommend them for any auto body repairs. Thanks Abra Auto body.

From the constant text updates the moment my vehicle arrived to the amazing customer service I received once I went to pick up my vehicle, my car looks brand new.As a busy mother I depend on my vehicle and ABRA exceeded my expectations getting it to me in a timely fashion, not to mention when I got inside it was spotless clean.

My vehicle was in an accident and they performed the damage estimate. Unfortunately it ended up being declared a total loss by my insurance company. Todd did a great job keeping me posted through out the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Got in a pretty rough accident. Airbag deployed, heavy frame damage, and total front end loss. The adjuster for my insurance ( who is employed with Abra) said this could quite possibly be fixed. WHAT?! I instead made the claim against her insurance who totaled the vehicle. They also NEVER communicated the verdict to me when they said I’d hear from them within 5 days. The only perk is the front desk lady was friendly. Otherwise it sounds like I need new insurance who does NOT work with Abra! I would be extremely worried for my safety had they fixed this!

I have had a wonderful experience at Abra Auto Body Repair in Rochester thus far. I was initially skeptical due to the relatively low overall rating of 3.8 stars and documented negative reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the level of service. Abra was the preferred body shop for my automotive insurance provider and they paired with Enterprise to provide a car after dropping my vehicle off. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and without any interruptions. I have not yet picked up my vehicle but the service I have received at this point as well exceeded my expectation. I generally have high expectations and can be very critical, particularly with regard to customer service. I do not have any complaints at this time regarding the services provided by Abra.

Horrible customer service, very rude. Broke parts that shouldn’t have been messed with. All that needed to be done was the DS fender & to fix the DS door where the fender damaged it a little. No one thought to double check the work to confirm that the car was ready. Called me as if the vehicle was done properly and was ready for pick up. When I came to pick it up there was so much damage done to my car it’s scary to think what else is wrong that I haven’t noticed. Of course they are willing to fix their mistakes but these are mistakes that shouldn’t have been there to begin with especially in auto repair. These kind of mistakes in this type of business do have consequences. Do not recommend! surprised they are still in business. I hope none has to go through what I am going through because of their sloppy work. Time is money & they have wasted mine time.

I had a leaky roof due to rust. Most car shops wont fix rust since its prone to coming back. Shout out to Eddie, who took the time to explain how I could fix the issue myself. He didnt have to do that, but I fixed the issue on my own and it came out great!

I brought my car to them and they did a really good job. There was more damage than Id expected so it took over a week to fix, but when I saw the print out of all the charges I noticed they spent over 40 hours just on my car. That tells me they are very careful and they like to do a good job. The staff is nice and they keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle. They even offer rides or to pick up your car so you dont have to go and just sit there waiting.

Been with them about 6 years maybe longer. We used them to put our things well moving we were still happy with the extra space that we decide to keep them and I’ve never had to worry about are things

Havent gotten our vehicle back yet, but I get daily text messages keeping me updated, which is great!🚙

Only took it here because my insurance preapproved their estimate. Needed a new bumper, radiator support, plastic underneath, and a headlight. After 4 weeks got it back- the grill was on crooked, they broke my radiator and tried to epoxy the hose back on so it was half on and covered in glue, power steering went out the next day, and they put the broken plastic back on underneath it. Took it back to have them fix the stuff for free. Week later they called said everything was good last night but this morning they brought it in and the power steering hose blew off. They took it across the street to have them fix it. Charged me another $230 to fix it. Do not recommend

There was no other customers in the lobby and they were unable to quote a simple bumper repair. Poor customer service. Told me I could wait two hours to get a quote.

Horrible service! I keep trying to call to make an appointment and they say they’ll call back and never do. I understand if you’re booked or busy but communicate that to customers. I’ve been waiting days and no phone call. It is a little frustrating.

They do an absolutely fantastic job, but they take a long time, and lost my information, I had to keep chasing them even thought they said they were going to call several times. Their work is spectacular though.

Horrible experience... my sisters car has been in shop for 4 weeks now ... to fix a rear fender ..... wth and its an insurance claim so its garenteed money ... I dont understand why it takes 4 weeks ... and they dont call you with updates on your car they just let you sit in the dark .... horrible customer service.. they are rude as all get out and slow in the head and a work....

Took my car for repairs after a deer jumped on top. When I picked it up there was still visible glass all over my car and my dome light was no longer working. Return the car to be repaired once more. They were nice enough to pay for my rental due to their mistake. Once I came back to pick up my car there was still glass in my seats.

Received great service, they were booked full with hail damaged cars, and customers, they were still able to give me a rough estimate on repairing my pickup. The estimate was fair and honest.

Fast friendly staff! I dropped my car off they did the rest.

Actually the worst body repair shop in Rochester, I brought my car in and when I got it back they didn’t have the headlights plugged in, a turn signal wasn’t plugged in, my bumber was on crooked, my wheel well wasn’t clamped up so it got tore off on the way to work, and my hood wasn’t latched down.
