Long Pond Auto Body repaired a dent with paint damage in the fender of my Jeep, along with some scratches on the bumper, they did an AMAZING job. Everyone was very friendly from the time I came in for an estimate to when I picked up my Jeep after it was repaired. The outside of my Jeep is spotless and they also cleaned the inside including my winter mats which were loaded with salt and dirt from the winter! Great Service & My Jeep looks fantastic!

I have been a customer of Long Pond Auto Body since the early 90’s. The skill level of the paint crew at this shop is simply amazing. My black 2012 Cadillac CTS was recently smashed by an inattentive driver turning left in front of me, and I thought the car would never look right again. The folks at Long Pond got the job done in under 2 weeks, and the results looked spectacular. The paint matches perfectly, seams and fit and finish are like stock. The entire vehicle was cleaned inside and out. (It arrived a salty mangled mess.)I have had multiple vehicles needing repair over the years, and the folks at Long Pond have always been wonderful to work with. Long Pond negotiated with the Insurance Company on my behalf to make sure only OEM parts were used. Insurance companies are getting cheaper and cheaper every year, so it’s nice to have someone in my corner to make sure the job gets done right with quality parts.The combination of great customer service, and outstanding craftsmanship has made me a loyal customer. When the unfortunate accident happens, I literally do not even consider using another shop. I bring it right to Long Pond and let them work their magic.

For the second time, Long Pond Collision has come to Our Rescue. First time was a Deer Hit, and Recently we ended up being involved as a third Party innocent bystander, when A Woman ran a Red light and smashed into a Pickup truck and Spun around and collided with Our Vehicle at a intersection. Had an unexpected collision, from pics to work completed I was completely satisfied, would highly recommend .

I brought my car for an estimate after speaking with Tammy over the phone. She was very friendly and I expected that things would be very straightforward. I set up a time for me to have it assessed, showed up that morning and met who I assume is Fred (based on the email with the estimate)..?, who was ornery and impatient right out the gate... I also noticed that Tammy was pretty unfriendly in person as well... what had changed?? I was inquiring about two separate issues, a front end repair from a minor scuff, and a rear-ending that would be covered by insurance. The insurance quote was around $760 and the rear bumper was in MUCH worse shape than the front end damage. The front repairs required a paint job and a fender punch out. I specified I did not want the front bumper replaced and that the headlight was functioning fine so I would not want that replaced either. Somehow, after the unfriendly guy took a picture and sauntered off, he concluded that my entire bumper needed to be replaced as well as the light--the front end repairs he estimated just under $1000 despite the significantly less amount of damage from the rear. I also noticed how the guy (Fred?) who took the pictures made it a point to highlight to me my email address (which is the title of my private practice, and if anyone were to do a simple google search they will see that I am a LGBT-affirming mental healthcare practitioner). This was later confirmed by the owner, Tom, to have been done (they looked me up online) and he had several snide remarks in reaction to me having left a yelp review about his business, calling out possible homophobia. It only made sense to me at this point that these folks had looked me up prior to my coming and decided they did not want my business. So I wrote the yelp review on my intuitive experience. The defensive and threatening email from Tom was denying any homophobia without ANY sense of humility and declaring that he has looked me up on the internet and has seen all he needs to know about me... his words exactly. These are the kinds of people youre dealing with. Youll notice they added a LGBT-friendly business notifier here on google businesses... it doesnt take much to add that feature and I applaud them for doing so although I wonder if it might not be simply because they didnt like my review... and I would caution them and anyone who is LGBT to use discernment in working together as phobia is insidious and problematic on many levels. Anyone in the LGBT community who has had to deal with the auto world knows that homophobia and misogyny run rampant (and if you know this part of Rochester you know that xenophobia is a huge problem)... Im open to being wrong here. If Tom had approached me in a more civil and empathetic fashion, I might have reconsidered my intuitive observations.. but given the defensiveness and overall nasty attitudes, I cant see anything other than a business owner who would rather gaslight me and protect his employees than to try to do better. Anyone who is a member of a marginalized community knows exactly what Im talking about.

Long Pond Auto Body does fantastic work. In the past I had them fix my back bumper of my car when it was hit by a truck. This time I had them fix the front of my car because Bambi the deer and my car collided with each other. Superb work both times. My Parents have even had them do a repair on their car. Today I had to go back for an electrical issue, they werent even open yet but there were ppl inside and they still opened up their doors to help me.
