In this day and age, its become damn near impossible to find an honest mechanic. Butch and his staff go above and beyond every time. Honest, decent, timely and extremely friendly. Will be happy to patronize any time.

Used to go here for convenience when my job was close. Butch was always nice but we got abrupt or condescending comments from other employees. Every time we went in they managed to find something to be fixed. After having them replace the brakes, I had to replace calipers next time because the pins werent lubricated properly. Suspension job (replacement struts) needed to be done less than three years after being performed here. Havent had nearly as many issues with the cars since going to another shop closer to my new job.

Honest. Reliable. Respectful. Affordable. Best experience Ive ever had. Im a young woman who often experiences price gouging for basic services. Not the case here. I recommend this business to everyone.

Butch and his team were great. I was able to bring my car in in the late afternoon when I was having battery trouble and they fixed it within a day. The only downside to the experience was the fact that they werent wearing masks when I was there, considering the pandemic Id appreciate that extra care with customers. Other than that, it was a positive experience. Ill definitely go back in the future if needed.

My car wouldnt start yesterday morning on the way to run errands with my kids, and after having it jumped I brought it over to Hollywood Service Center. Derek immediately checked it out, changed the battery for me, and got me in and out very fast (while my kids and I waited in the car). Peter, Butch, and all of the mechanics are very kind, honest, skilled, and fair, and I always feel comfortable and taken care of when I bring my car there for gas or service. I would recommend it to anyone, but especially other families in/around Brighton!

If you are looking for a vehicle service center look no further! Hollywood service center is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and fair. I have been going to them for years. However, I never needed assistance at my home for a vehicle problem. My car battery died and I gave them a call. Peter came right over to the house, charged up the car, and I was able to get done what I needed to do. I brought the car to the service center where they tested my battery and determined it needed a new one. I was in and out of that service center in 15 minutes. There is no one else I would recommend higher than Hollywood service center.

Butch, Peter, and the guys have gone out of their way to help me with a rather complex problem. They are personable, professional, timely, and just all around good guys.I highly recommend them for all your automotive and gas needs - you will not be disappointed, and you will make some new friends!

Favorite full service gas. Ive had my windows cleaned and even a wiper replaced at the pump.These guys do my oil, sold me new tires and did a brake job for me too.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for inspection for a few years now. Butch is almost always able to fit us in and turn the vehicle around the same day. Also there is almost always a coupon for $5 off in the valpack coupons in the mail. The service is always top notch!

Butch has been servicing my families cars as long as I can remember. They are always fair and helpful. I have recommended them to friends who have all had similar experiences.

I bought a new car and they Charged me 80 dollars for a diagnosis and told me I needed over $1,000.00 in repairs in order to pass inspection. They said I needed to have several repairs done, including having the 02 sensor replaced for several hundred dollars, because the engine light was on. That’s a classic scam and the next mechanic I went to was able to fix the engine light issue without any cost. I went to two different mechanics, and the car passed inspection without needing any repairs. I did have one of the repairs Hollywood suggested done electively, but at half the cost that Hollywood wanted to charge.

The mechanics at Hollywood are experienced, helpful, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. We have consistently had excellent service there. Highly recommend.

I have relied on Hollywood Service for many years and have always found them to be honest and trustworthy. Some garages and dealers try to convince you that your vehicle needs work when it really doesnt. At Hollywood they want what is best for the customer because they want a relationship that will last. Butch looks after the customer.

Butch and his sons are great folks, my family and I have been going there for years starting with my grandma who is now 97 years old! She drove till her late 80s and she was always treated honestly and fairly and with great care and respect. That’s hard to find now a days..most recently my Aunt had some repairs done and was treated just the same and even given some significant discounts compared to other shops estimates - thanks a lot guys!

I went to get an oil change and my back rear light fixed today and I was really satisfied. I would recommend going here. Everyone who worked here was overly friendly and the prices were fair. They even checked my tire pressure and filled them for me. Though it looked like a busy Saturday, he tried to accommodate everyone I saw who walked through the door quickly. Im definitely going back here next time.

Shady stuff here. Mechanics demanded expensive repair, very condescending when I tried to discuss it with them. Took it for a second opinion was assured it was a very minor issue with quick/cheap repair. Car has driven great since this (~6 mo ago).Previously had gotten my oil changed here: fine service/price but again, oddly condescending/abrupt people.

Scam-rip off.... car was in for inspection. Hollywood said it failed. Car repair required $1,300 rack and pinion steering. They sounded shady, so I took it to another mechanic. The car passed inspection. The second mechanic had no idea why Hollywood failed the inspection plus they said steering was A okay!

Great service, reasonable prices, and most important, I trust them. They have never done me wrong!

OVERPRICED AND SUBSTANDARD WORK. I usually bring my cars to CDI in Victor but heard good things about Hollywood so started to bring my cars for smaller jobs. Ive worked on cars long enough to be able to check on the work myself. I was charged more than double the industry standard for my latest job. And after getting under the car I found important fasteners were missing which I had to replace myself.

Always curious, fast service and helpful. Fair priced and all the technicians are seasoned professionals with many years of experience. I will return again for service loyally.

I have lived in Brighton for over 10 years. The only thing I know about cars is where the wind shield wiper fluid goes and when it is time for an oil change.I have had nothing but positive experiences at Hollywood. I have had work done on my car over the years including oil changes and this is the first service station where I know when they find something that needs work they are HONEST and fair with prices.They go out of their way to accomodate you (bring to work and back when the car is done). Always service with a smile and even a cup of coffee. Support local businesses! The owners are always on site, never had a problem there. Even if I move from Brighton I will always bring my car to Hollywood!

I have a G6 2008 and asked them to change a bulb in the headlight and they quoted me $$$$80 stating that they had to remove the bumper to put the light in. OVERPRICED ! Claimed it would take an hour of their labor. I brought the car to another mechanic and he charged $40 and he also changed the socket for the bulb because it was corroded. It took this mechanic 15 minutes and the bumper was removed but 4 bolts on the top removed and the light pulled out.If you want to over pay, stop by and see these jokers!
