Matt Scotts Auto Center is an excellent shop. They have worked on my vehicles in the past and provided excellent customer service. I recently was test driving a vehicle and pulled in unannounced to request a quick inspection 10 min before closing and they graciously assisted me and provided a thorough inspection. Thanks for wasting my time, guys! Had to wait five days to get an appointment, and then waited for the phone to ring with an estimate after I dropped the car off first thing in the morning the day of the appointment. End of day one, having heard nothing, I called to ask what was up. The gentleman feigned surprise that no one called me, and said someone would call with the estimate before they left for the day, or first thing in the morning. Mid-afternoon of day two, having heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING once again, I grabbed a ride to go back and pick up my car to bring somewhere else. All I got was a Yeah, sorry about that... as they handed over my key. I appreciate that youre apparently busy, but you should tell people that up front.... especially those that have done business with you before.

My car needed a new valve cover gasket to stop an oil leak so they installed a bigger one for different car and forced it to fit so it made the engine leak way more than before and the engine was about to breakdown or blow cuz never knew he did that nasty job on my car and charged me extra for labor, dont go there

Matt is always willing to help you out, and sometimes is even flexible with payment when youre in a tight spot. His work is good, and never rushed, or over charged. All in all, you most certainly should give him a try.
