I was really nervous about bringing my Cadillac to a shop and did a lot of research to find the best place to go. Thankfully, I found it! Scott is an honest and very knowledgeable guy. He saved me a lot of time and a lot of money. I was genuinely impressed with the turn around time and happy to receive an explanation on what needed to be fixed and how it was done. I will definitely bring my Cadillac ATS back to Scott at Roc City Auto Services in the future and highly recommend anyone looking for repairs to give Scott a call!!!

Scott has repaired two major safety/warning systems and touch screen failure on a 2015 Cadillac SRX recently. Very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, accommodating, and his explanations and promises are accurate and can be trusted. Cost of jobs is fair.

Scott is straightforward, honest, and always explains or shows you exactly what he’s repairing. Great with all makes and models, but if you own a Cadillac you would be crazy to take it anywhere else!!! I do not allow anyone but him to service my Escalade. I highly recommend him.
