I sent a .jpg file of a map in through their website to be blown up and printed: about 24 x 36 for a meeting.When my meeting time got moved up and I needed it a lot sooner, the Allegra team was very responsive and got the work done quickly.Great results. Great customer service.

The ladies at the front desk are great. Im a very small customer for you. I only need your services a couple of times a year, but they always remember me and take care of us. They even helped me save some money on printing this last time which I greatly appreciated. Very personable. Ill definitely recommend your products and services.

These guys are great to deal with. Theyll customize things however you want, and really come up with some high quality prints/labels. The staff is excellent at making you feel important and appreciated. They have all kinds of options and a wonderful graphics teams. I could probably get labels for cheaper, but I dont feel they would be anywhere near as nice!

I enjoyed the quality of the products. The service was professional and courteous as well. I was given upfront and honest information regarding turnaround times, and was contacted when my product was finished. They truly provide great quality and service.

We went here on a recommendation from a friend, and were really excited to get our wedding invitations from this venue. The initial service was fantastic, and our excitement only grew. After corresponding with the graphic designer through email, we started designing our dream invites.Without any warning, the corresponding stopped. We figured they were busy, so we gave them a few days. After a business week, I reached out again...nothing. Ok, maybe theyre very busy. After another business week of no response, I called the store. I was informed the person we were working with no longer works there. What!? Absolutely zero communication from the company that this had happened, and we had provided a date by which we had wanted the invites finalized.Additionally, the person I spoke with on the phone told me they would reach out that day with more information on the situation. Did I get a call back? Nope.I called back the next day to speak with a supervisor and (fortunately) was able to speak with the owner. I did get a response this time. Unfortunately, at that point our input required a couple days for review before a response and we had run out of time.Im extremely disappointed that there was no communication relayed to us regarding the situation. It would have saved us a lot of time and stress if we had all the information.

Ive used Allegra repeatedly for business printings and the service Ive received has always been phenomenal, even when my request has been challenging or last-minute. I would highly recommend them for anything.

When I needed business cards a month ago, I had great service at Insty Prints here in Roch.When I returned last week for letterhead, I had quite the contrary.I got 100 copies of letterhead made. What the salesperson didnt tell me was that the letterhead would be entirely useless to me.You see, Im supposed to know that they printed the copies with a laser printer, which then made it incompatible to use later on my only printer, also a laser printer. (It makes a ghost image of the header banner a few inches down, another detail that is common knowledge - if you work at a print shop, I mean.)I emailed the salesperson about it, but she made it out like it was my mistake, and that Id be eating the cost for this one. Not cool.

Kate at the Broadway location is amazing. She responds quickly to my emails and is always friendly! All of my orders turn out perfectly.

My business card order was completely botched by this office. Requests, redesigns without my consent, sizing and font placement...I dont recommend working with them.

Insty-Prints really went above and beyond what I expected. They really know what they are doing when it comes to design and marketing. I would strongly recommend them to anybody looking for high quality work and friendly help. Its nice to have a place like this to go to in the Rochester, MN area.

Do not go here for wedding invites, the first time we went in we sat down with a very nice lady, had our invites picked out we just needed to bring in wording and get a proof made, I set up an appointment a few weeks later unfortunately she doesnt work there anymore apparently so someone else helped us, well no actually seemed annoyed we had questions and just sent us on our way, the day before our appt to come look at the proofs they called saying the design was discontinued and told me to look at the website for other options, I did look at the website and guess what, those invites were available. I even called the company to confirm after leaving and yes they have them. I was very disappointed that the last 2 out of 3 times weve been in there we just seem to be annoying the staff so we will be going out of town to get our invites printed. If I wanted to go on shutterfly I would but I really wanted to spend the extra money and get some classy unique invites for my special day. It actually hurt my feelings to be treated like I was a nuisance when Im just trying to make something special. Get your wedding invites elsewhere, somewhere that wants to help you.
