Bsw is literally my favorite store I shop here all the time they have a huge verity of different things makeup, press on nails, nail polish, braiding hair, hair products, hair accessories, hair scarfs, and also some really nice wigs and ponytails and so on

Young lady who helped me was very professional and knowledgeable about what I was looking for in a wig.

This is the only BSW location I go to now. Customer service is always great and the store has a great selection.

They lazy, barely want to come from around the counter to help me.she just pointed me in the direction of stuff😐

Be careful! They charged me twice for one wig and would not give me a refund. They told me to drive there with my bank statement proving that I was charged twice and they still did not give me my refund. Please stay away from this place. Poor customer service!

This place sold my wife used hair, then they refused to exchange or refund the product once she realized what they had done. Black people, we need to stop doing business with those who dont respect our community.
