What a gem of a bead store this is! (pun intended) I am new to the craft of jewelry making and have found all the staff at BB to be patient, helpful and always willing to share their tips and tricks. It’s one stop shopping there too; they have everything you need. I especially love the classes! After every one I’ve taken I leave wearing something fashionable. Plan on spending a little time there if you go so you can really explore. I highly recommend!

Best bead shop in Rochester! Seriously, the customer service is AMAZING and so is the selection. If you have time sign up for class! The instructors are top notch and you don’t have to pay for the lesson, just the materials (whatever is left over you get to take home! I usually have enough for another craft). The classes are a great way to hang with friends or make new ones! They help you as much or as little as you want with your jewelry which makes a wonderful learning environment. I could never go anywhere else, thank you guys so much!

Today was my first visit to the store. What a wonderful experience! I needed beads for a knitting project. Val was unbelievable! She walked me through the store helping me find the right beads. She did! I love the bead she selected. I was so impressed with the selection and the customer service. The prices are fabulous too!! I will definitely be a repeat customer, even though they are not in Brockport. 😊 😊

What an incredible selection! Went in for a couple containers of seed beads, right? RIGHT!!! About $200.00 later (and WELL worth it!) I came out with a smile on my face and a BAGFUL of beautiful goodies. The store is a converted house, complete with cozy fireplace seating for those frigid Winter days. I found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I also saw that they have many interesting classes and something they call Make and Take where you complete a particular project, in a couple of hours, and, well... take it home with you. So...GO!!!

Never had a bad experience here. They have practically everything that you need for your project. I love coming here, plus they are super helpful and give me lots of ideas to help me with my projects. Sometimes they have the better ideas and I can always count on their advice.

Owner was so very helpful - showed me how to tie a secure knot for stretch bracelets that is very secure. I cant imagine going here and not finding something you absolutely love!
