Hi me and my husband love going to Birds Unlimited. The customer service there is really good. Even the own of the shop too.His really nice and helpful .They really take a good care. And love they Birds there are really beautiful. And cheap compared to exotic birds shop. If you are looking for Birds as a pets you should go to Birds Unlimited..

Top notch ! Wonderful staff and extremely knowledgeable with our feathered friends! They have a lot of gorgeous birds to add to the decor and a wide variety of toys, cages and different foods, even for the most finicky of parrots. They take their time with customers and genuinely care. The owner is almost always there and he is marvelous too.

I recently put a deposit down on a Sun conure and my experience at birds unlimited has been great. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been visiting my baby twice a week and I feel like we are really starting to bond. Each time I visit Ive gotten a lot of helpful tips. I really like that they will not let a baby go home until they are weaned. I feel like they have the birds best interest at heart. I definitely recommend getting a bird here.

Everyone there is friendly and very knowledgeable about the birds and products they sell. I have purchased 2 birds there and they gave me paperwork about the bird, and went over everything with me. And were happy to answer my questions. And their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them.

Only place I trust to buy birds!! I only buy my food, treats, and, toys at birds unlimited, as well!! I have no worries when I board my Quaker parrot here, to go on vacation!! They take exceptional care of my bird when I am away.....and the bonus is that I have a totally groomed bird when I pick her up!! Totally recommend birds unlimited 1000 times over!!!

Great store, they have lots of things for all your bird needs (cages, food, toys, treats, stand etc.) Reasonable prices for birds and merchandise. Staff was very friendly and willing to answer any question. Very attentive to customer upon entering the store. The store was clean and well kept, no messes and cages were clean as well. Health tame and hand fed birds. Definitely will be buying a bird from them in the near future.

Every time I have been in the store the staff has been SUPER HELPFUL, VERY FRIENDLY, AND KNOW WHAT THEYRE TALKING ABOUT AS WELL AS THEIR PRODUCTS!! I love to go in and see the In-Store birds as well as those who are for sale. The cages are always clean (as clean as a birds cage CAN be that is!! Anyone who has birds KNOWS that they are NOT very tidy creatures!!), the store is always clean. I love the nursery and seeing the little ones growing up and its very obvious that they are hand raised by their actions toward humans. Awesome place, beautiful birds, and a great knowledgeable staff. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who has birds or may want to become a bird owner!!

Stocked up at this store. My sons pet zebra finches will be happy. Loved seeing the birds that are for sale as well as the residents. Definitely worth the little drive from Henrietta.

The entire store and bird cages were very clean! They have a good variety of bulk foods and a wide selection of packaged foods. I especially like the bulk selection as I was able to buy smaller quantity of pellets to try out on my picky parrots.

We feel very comfortable bringing our African grey Abby here for her grooming needs. Very knowledgeable staff.

Went in there to buy some toys for my bird. It was fairly busy and there was only one employee on the floor she was very nice and extremely helpful and doing an amazing job. The phone was ringing off the hook and customers were all asking her questions while she was trying to check customers out as well. Finally another employee came out to what I assume was to help as it was too busy for one person. Apparently not because not once did she acknowledge one customer or offer to help anyone. The little interaction we had she didnt acknowledge my existence, and she has a horrible attitude. As a paying customer I expect to be acknowledged and to not be treated rudely. She was also rude to her coworker who was very clearly doing way more than her and doing the best she could with the no help. Your one employee was wonderful but need to talk to your staff about productive working and customer service.

I’ve owned a few Parakeets in the past I’ve never had any luck with them. I found Birds Unlimited online and it was the best Investment I ever made. The owner has been there for many years and is extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose what was right for my needs. The staff is also very knowledgeable and very helpful every time we appear in the store. I even call and order food and toys and they ship them to me. I am very pleased and I love my Quaker parrot. He’s like my best friend. As long as you follow the owners instructions you will not have a problem. He taught me all the right things to do and I’m very pleased. This is my fourth visit, it’s a couple of hour ride but so worth it. Great customer service. Paul and all of his employees are more than willing to spend as much time as you need answering all of your questions. The bird food and toy selection is great!!

Paul and the girls are always very friendly and willing to help when you walk in the door. He doesn’t always carry all the birds he used to at one time now mainly due to covid but he always carries as many as he can so he can spend quality time raising them. All the birds I’ve gotten from Paul through the years have been great and well taken care of. You can tell that they devote a lot of time cleaning, the store is always swept and clean. He never lets a bird go to a new home unless it’s absolutely ready and weaned, so the bird is well adjusted when you bring it home. He’s been in business a long time and these are some of the many reasons why. You can tell that he absolutely loves birds.

Used to bring my kid here when he was young. Really has taken a turn for the worse it really seems like the owner doesnt want to do this anymore. Not many birds a piss poor spirit. Place is getting really tired looking and so was he.

Paul and his staff are always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The cages are clean, the birds are always healthy and I love that they keep the babies until they are 100% ready, the owner is not in a rush to push people out the door with a bird thats not ready.

Wonderful to do business with. So very happy with my singing canary, they actually held him until he was singing in the store and with in an hour of being in his new cage he was singing like crazy. Very very happy with their service and the staff was awesome to work with. Woukd highly recommend!!

Sold us a bird that they said was super friendly but is actually super aggressive. The bird wont eat and they started yelling at us and saying its our fault even though were doing everything exactly as they said to. Our other birds that weve gotten from other places have never had this problem. Most of the employees there are nice but the guy that owns the place is a huge jerk. We went to the place down the road, exotic birds I think its called, they helped us with the problem and the bird is now thriving. Birds unlimited released the bird they gave us way too young which is why he wasnt eating

I travel about 140 miles round trip to have my birds taken care of by Birds Unlimited. They are all very knowledgeable about birds and what they require, they are all very friendly and they always have the freshest seeds, foods and anything a bird would need. Prices are lower than you can find in pet stores, big box stores and on line. If you have birds this is the place to go, I would give a 10 if i could.

I called Paul looking for a stand for my smaller bird cage. Paul easily remembered which cage I had purchased, the right stand I needed and asked me if I wanted it assembled when it came in. It came in quickly and was assembled when I got there. Paul brought it to my car too! I picked up extras for my feathered babies and was on my way in minutes. Meg is amazing and has incredible custom service ❤️ love BU!!

The young lady who spent so much time with me explaining the difference between a budgie and parakeet (and its care) was so sweet and patient. I purchased the beautiful all white budgie we were fussing over.Every one there was extremely friendly, including the owner who groomed my parakeet, KiWi a parakeet I purchased from there almost two years ago. I love visiting Birds Unlimited, a beautiful and fun place with all kinds of birds☺️

This is the ABSOLUTE worst place to go for birds!! Customer service is horrid there! I just purchased a bird from this establishment on Saturday, February 27, 2021. The bird wasnt eating for me so I called like the care sheet said to. When I spoke to Paul, the Owner, not only did he berate and blame me, but he flat out refused to help me!! He was yelling at me so loudly that my daughter could hear him while I was on the phone with him!!! He clearly does not care about the welfare of these birds!!! I had to call a different establishment for help with my 9 week old Lovebird and received the service and support that I SHOULD have received from Birds Unlimited since I purchased it from there 2 DAYS AGO!! I will be telling everyone I can to stay away from this place and the nasty owner!!!

The staff here are so knowledgeable about birds. You can tell how passionate Paul is about them and takes the best care of the birds for sale. There is a large variety of toys, food, cages and other supplies for parrots and other birds. I’ve been a customer for over 7 years now and I’ve never been disappointed.

We went to pick up a parrotlet from them on Saturday. Ive been searching for years for turquoise female and they so happened to have one! They held her for almost a week for me and were nothing but friendly and helpful. Paul even sent me pictures of her to my phone so I could see her beforehand to make sure she was just right! I have owned one or more parrots for more than 30 years and Birds Unlimited is the only store I shop at for food, toys, accessories, etc.The owner is extremely knowledgeable and available to answer customers questions. He also makes every effort to ensure that anyone buying a bird from his business knows what to expect and is ready to provide a lifetime home for their bird. All staff are welcoming and eager to make your visit a positive experience.

Twice they sold me a cage that was too small for a cockatiel. They know nothing about bird sizes. I would not recommend going there unless your already a pro at birds

The prices were fair and most of the birds were very friendly. My bird came out very nicely groomed. However the staff was very rude. They had a bird out in the open that bit without any sign to warn of this. Then proceeded to get mad at the people touching and petting the bird. They didn’t warn anyone of this, and let people pet the bird freely knowing it did this. Their website is a joke and just plain rude. One girl there rolled her eyes when someone asked for help. Wouldn’t go there again.

This place is for the birds. Literally.Im always in awe of the birds when we walk in. You can easily tell that they are well taken care of. Clean cages, healthy birds and food & clean water in all of their dishes.Anyone that thinks that the owner is rude clearly hasnt spoken with him. Our talks with Paul have always been educational. He has bird knowledge and lots of it.The rest of the staff has a lot of knowledge as well. They are happy to answer questions and its easy to see that they have a ton of love for the birds and caring for them.Looking for a bird, toy, cage or anything bird related? This is the place. Stop in and check them out. Its worth the half hour drive every time we visit.

Birds Unlimited is by far the best place to get a bird and all the supplies youll need for your new baby. Ive been traveling the 100 miles to Birds Unlimited since I purchased my first bird from Paul 17 years ago. I dont think anyone knows as much about birds as Paul does. Paul and his staff have always been there for me when Ive needed advice, whether it be by phone, email or in person. Paul has always been quick to fill my special requests for certain birds and supplies. I highly recommend Birds Unlimited if you are looking to purchase a new bird and supplies.

Brought my elderly mom in to replace her deceased love bird. I had to ask for help, customer service was terrible. The sales girl kept walking away and I had to keep leaving my mom with dementia alone to track her down. Most of the birds were already sold. It was a very bad experience. We ended up buying a love bird from a different exotic bird shop right down the road.
