I went to Vision Buick GMC. For some reason my credit was run but it wasnt sent to a bank so the monthly payments I was given were way off. I ended up going to another dealership and realized that I could get the same amount financed, at the payment I was ok with. When the dealership reached back out to let me know they would keep an eye out for the Buick I was looking for, I explained what happened. Later that night the owner of all the Vision dealerships, Dan Edwards called me and he did everything above and beyond to remedy what happened. Unfortunately they just didnt have the actual SUV I was looking for any of his dealerships. But I completely respect and am grateful for everything that he tried to do after what had happened. He certainly did not have to do any of it, all of the employees also were great. Although I couldnt find the vehicle I wanted at this time when we get our daughter a car when she turns 16 when we need another car I will certainly go back to one of his dealerships first.

Let me start off by saying I do give this dealership a 5 star rating even though I was NOT a customer, that’s right folks not a customer but I was treated with so much respect and care. I was at another dealership and test drove another vehicle…a very, very close dealership. They might even share the same entrance. Anyways I succeeded in being an absolute mess and leaving my cell phone in the other vehicle on a holiday weekend. I didn’t realize this mistake until 30 minutes after the other dealership closed. I rushed back to vision to see if they could possibly help in anyway. We were greeted by Tom the manager of the dealership who was beyond friendly and so willing to help us out. He made multiple phone calls to the other dealerships owners, manager and car salesman in a attempt to retrieve said phone. He was funny and reassuring about getting in touch with someone at least for us to set up a time to pick it up. I had no idea until 20 minutes later that Vision was waiting to close their doors for the night. I could not believe the friendliness from all the staff there as I struck up a conversation with another employee while waiting for the manager of the other dealership to call Tom back. I wanted to share this experience because if they treated me this well I can only imagine how well they’d treat a customer. Needless to say when I’m ready to buy a pick up truck I’ll only be returning to this dealership. Thank you to everyone there!Also writing this review on the lost but found cell phone.

We had a problem with the tire pressure gauge which reports random numbers on the dash board. We waited 3 hours and the service department had not looked at this and gone to lunch. The man left at the desk tried to smooth this over and said they had done a NY inspection. Filling the tires should not take 3 hours and it seemed they were overbooked and just wanted to get us out the door. We purchased to Enclave from Vision in large part because of good service. We plan on buying a new car this year and probable will need to look elsewhere.

It was the easiest fastest experience ever. Very professional you can tell everyone has a lot of experience they got me what I needed and more for a lot less than I expected. I came in for an inspection (the car had only 5900 miles), free oil change and tire rotation. After an hour wait I was told they were running late and would be another half hour. The car was finished an hour after that, two hours total. Small point that sticks out in my mind is that at the KIA dealer my wifes car was washed after service. That would have been nice, especially after waiting for two hours.

They addressed a minor issue with the vehicle quickly and efficiently.Overall, my experience with this company was 5 star. I bought my car from these guys, super friendly and courteous. Tom the manager was great, treated us awesome. Our salesman was Carl, nice guy but really couldve been more attentive. The day we picked up the car it took an hour and a half to sign papers thats way too long. Our sales person decided an errand was more important than going over the car with us. He did minimal. Onstar set up and a few random questions. Then he left. We had to figure it out in our own. He offered to come to my house, but I just said never mind ill figure it out. For the most part it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

I love my Honda Civic, finally!Right after I drove it off the lot, the speakers started playing static, alot.The the brakes started squeaking and got worse. So I took it back to find the problems.When I left after they supposedly lubed the brakes and removed a speaker.Nothing was fixed, the brakes got worse and speakers still crackled.I was only a few miles away and I went right back and this time, the whole backend brake system was replaced.I forgot to ask the guy what speaker he took out.....My Son and I figured out the static, sound great now.Like I said, I love my Civic, but they sold it to me withthin damaged brakes.

Traveled from Syracuse to test drive another car at another dealership that was sold by the time we got out here. We ended up driving around for the day and looking at other dealers. Found this Buick dealership at 3:45 pm online, called to see if there was time for a test drive and were told come right over. They closed at 5 pm since it was a Saturday. From start to finish the process was easy, painless and took zero effort on my part. They gave me a more than fair trade in value on my current vehicle and I was able to upgrade to a car that is not currently available on any of the car lots in Syracuse. I really stumbled into this dealership but I have a feeling that Nancy, my rep, and her team will be getting future business when the man of the house decides to upgrade as well. All in all....a wonderful buying experience. Solid 5 stars all the way!

This dealership failed to send in my registration when I purchased a new vehicle from them. I have now been dealing with a DMV suspension letter at no fault of my own for 2 months. When I asked the service manager how this could have happened he laughed and said dont worry about it we know a Sherriff and will get you out of the ticket

My last time talking a car to get service done here. New staff was not very helpful. I had to bring to his attention that my problem was covered under warranty. Was asked in a smart attitude, where did I see this information. Car was fixed but just that. Still smell anti freeze.Not even a paper mat was placed on drivers side. For what they are charging I believe a little customer service should be given. I am a paying customer not a problem you have to deal with.. What happened to Peter? The man who was very good in this sevice department.Perhaps a day of these guys learning that its people bringing in their cars is what is putting a paycheck in their pocket.

I had an excellent experience buying my car from Vision Buick GMC. I worked with Dan and he was outstanding. I went in just hoping to get an idea of what kind of car I wanted but very quickly fall in love with the Encore. I returned a few days later prepared to purchase a vehicle to find out it wasnt certified. Luckily enough, a woman had just brought in her lease early on a 2016 Encore that has all of the bells and whistles you could think of. Although a little bit more expensive, Vision was able to get me an amazing deal right in my price range. If you are looking to buy either a Buick or GMC you MUST go to these guys. They know their stuff and treat you like family right when you walk in the door. Thank you to Dan and everyone else at Vision Buick GMC! I definitely believe I found my forever car!

Our sales person was Nancy Cedano-Leonard and not only was she fun and very informative but she spent time with us to explain all the features of our new vehicle. It felt like we had known her for years. No pressure just very informative. She was awesome to deal with. Jeff in financing was great as well. I would highly recommend Nancy in sales. She does her research well and follows back with the customer. I can tell they want and appreciate customers like me. I believe the sales manager took the time to call me too. He graciously offered me Visions business & if there is anything Vision could do, let them know.   I didnt receive this kind of customer service in my own neighborhood GMC dealership on West Ridge Rd. Apparently they have become complacent in serving the customer.  Ive been waiting for approximately a month, for replies from their sales and even the dealership general manager himself, to reply back to me for assistance. My own neighborhood GMC dealership on West Ridge Rd. failed me and it will never receive my business!  Now, you can bet Vision will !!!

Vision has all new employees and do not cater to the old customers like before. I am disappointed in the way my phone call was handled when I asked for a state inspection. I I want to know how long a inspection takes to complete?? Something they cant do in 15 minutes?? Cant fit in a old customer? Wrong service policy. When car needs inspection before the end of the month and customer just realized and they want to schedule 2 weeks out is not my idea of customer service. I am not sure I will continue to be a customer at Vision. Time to look for a new dealership.

I brought my wifes car in for what I thought was burning plastic.The dealership could not look at that time, I was given a car to drive.The next day the service dept, called and told us what was wrong, we had them do the work. later that daywear got a call saying that the car was done, so I went there and paid for repair and drove home. I would like to retract my 1st review of Vision GMC, as what had happened 09/01/2020 was a complete misunderstanding. The steps of financing was not explained to me enough to understand. Today I returned to the dealership, met with finance and general manager and went over my complaint. The only difference we had was in the amount allowed for my trade in. After a good discussion we got the situation straightened out. I am now a satisfied customer.
