I brought my Jeep Unlimited in for a lift, window tint, new wheels and tires. Everyone there was extremely helpful, as I am a novice at best when it comes to cars. Brian ordered everything I wanted and even upgraded my tires for the same price. I was able to drop my Jeep off on a Thursday evening and pick it up Friday and I was speechless. Was able to be seen same day I called for a few hours of work with a stereo install. They did a good job finding me what I needed and didnt try to sell my on anything that was unnecessary. Was also given a detailed walkthrough on how to use my new audio equipment and gave me some real good quotes on a lift kit and install.

If your a customer who is high on customer service and communication like I am, this is definitely not the shop for you. I had some truck work done, was told by Brian the owner it would take two days for everything to come in, (which I thought was fast) two days went by and no call. Not even a courtesy call saying ...hey, your shipment hasnt came in yet, thanks for being patient... And I would have been totally fine with it. I had to call and find out they werent in. I was also told I would be getting a call the day before to verify that I was bringing my truck down, and that everything was a go for installation. Once again, no call. I had to call them. Worst of all, for all the times I called Brian or talked to him, he couldnt remember my name. 0-5 customer satisfaction.

Just wanted to take a moment and voice my appreciation for the outstanding work done by Brian and his crew. The attention to detail in the install as a whole is second to none. Its the little things like wire looming and grommetting the holes. Sounds silly but, all too often are not done because no one will see it. Well, I noticed! I had a the compustar prime 911 romote start put on my 2012 dodge grand caravan on 1-17-18 there at Midwest custom concepts at 9am and they had it done by 12:30pm and its awesome and works like a charm. The staff there are very helpful and pleasant. They greet you right when you walk in and are very patient and answered all my questions and eased my worries and addressed all my concerns right away with what may or may not change on my van when i had the remote start installed. They know there stuff and do awesome work and will be a return customer and be recommending them to anyone needing custom work done. Awesome job guys. 5 star review from me and Im as happy as a kid in a candy store. Money well spent and they now have my trust.

They told me to come in at 4PM for my 2 window drivers side and passenger side window tint. Their installer was late, and missed the previous appointment. I was told that I would have to wait until 6PM. I had to reschedule and he would call me back in one hour to re-schedule. I dont get a callback and then I call again at 9:15AM and am out on hold for 5 minutes. I call back. I explain the situation and they say its not their fault and cannot make me a happy customer other than reschedule for two days later and only price match another appointment I had set up because of their lame excuses. I have been in car customization for over a decade and personally install car audio. Bad customer service = bad business! Avoid!!!

Spent a lot of money there in one day on stero equipment had 3 small items to return as I ended up not installing within 3 weeks I traded off that pickup went to return items today an he ( the owner) wanted to hose me $60 for a restock fee... I just got done explaining Im lookin for $2500 worth of accessories for my new pickup guess what..... you lost a good paying customer over your actions....

MCC installed an audio system with a backup camera for me. My truck was limited by way of interior dimensions and speaker placement, but Midwest still managed to bring my sound to a ridiculous level of greatness. I’ve had multiple audio systems in different vehicles over the years that were outstanding. But the work Midwest did blows all of those experiences away, I cannot believe what they were able to accomplish. They spent many an hour consulting with me to design exactly what I was looking for. Every one of their staff I have spoken to/met has been nothing short of incredibly professional, helpful, and enthusiastic! I highly recommend their work and cannot wait to bring my truck back in for exterior customization. Thanks, guys!

Kinda over priced everyone is kinda nice or super nice. had tint done there. they matched another place. it was very bubbly and low quality I asked them to redo it and they said thats the best its gunna get and to use a razor to pop and squeeze out bubbles. I literally have done better myself with no experience. you are suppose to squeegee it as you apply it for no bubbles. they blamed it on the heating sips on the rear window mostly. Ive seen it done other places with no bubbles. they offered me partial refund so given my financial situation I gave in to that. I believe they have gotten a different guy for tint since then. Due to the price and quality I wont go there again but not saying to not go there. just providing some intel.

As a deaf person with 2014 Silverado seeking a leveling kit. I was approached by a man. I gestured to him Im deaf and need paper and pen. He walked away looking for pen and paper. I waited and waited. He was in his office. I waited and waited. Another person walked by holding a pen and a sheet of paper answered a phone. Didnt give me paper n pen while on phone. I waited. I assumed manager ? dumped his duty to another employee so I Texted message on my phone and showed to 3rd employee saying THANKS FOR IGNORING A DEAF PERSON and I walked out of the store. Rude ! Thinking deaf people are not important ! Disgusted !!

My 2015 GMC Canyon was lifted 5.5 inches and fitted with 33s on 18 x 9 -12 Racelines at a shop in Wisconsin, they installed some headaches as well. My wheel studs were dangerously short for the aftermarket wheel,and the front wheels were contacting the brake calipers when braking. The MCC crew ordered up some 1/2 inch longer ARP studs I wanted to use, and had a set of custom CNC milled, aluminum 1/4 inch spacers made. Perfect solution! Brandon went out of his way and did a great job trimming up the front bumper cover to clear for future front suspension articulation, MANY THANX, headache relieved.

Ive been working with Shane putting together a Audio system for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Shane and the guys have been nothing but professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the products i was interested in and products i had no idea were still available. He put together the PERFECT Audio system for what i wanted and actually steered me to some products that were equally as good and in some cases better then what i picked out even thought in some case they were alot less prices wise and when i started to go overboard with additions he told me straight out i would just be wasting money as i would gain nothing and basically would just be throwing money away. i would recommend working with Shane and the guys at Midwest Custom Trucking to anyone interested in Adding / Upgrading / Customizing there Vehicle as they put together the absolutely PERFECT car audio system for me when come to find out i had no idea what that Perfect System actually was and in the process cut the pricing in almost half from what i had been previously Quoted at other Shops from the MPLS / St Paul to Mankato to Winona and upgraded almost every part of the Audio System. By Far THE BEST VEHICLE CUSTOMIZING & CAR AUDIO SHOP in MN!!!!!!!!!!!! Will Never Shop For Car Audio Anywhere Else. they earned a Customer For LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shane Burrington helped me install a digital stereo in my new used car which would communicate with my new HDMI compatible cell phone so that I could use Google navigation in the car. (So much cheaper than buying a dedicated navigation system.) In essence, he created a new system, finding an adapter which would communicate by Bluetooth with my cell. There are so many things he did to help me, I cannot list them all. To begin, he gave me a list of HDMI compatible phones, helped me get one next door at Fast Phone Repair (those guys are great, too!), figured out what kind of adapter would work, and installed it all. Then he helped me pair the phone with the cars new digital stereo, and set it up. He offered his help in configuring those communications any time I have a question. This firm, and Shane, are simply superb!

After making a few phone calls looking for a remote start for the wife car I found Midwest custom concepts the price was right and customer service great they squeezed use in at the last minute and stayed passed closings to get my wife car taken care of over the phone we were told 4 hours but we were out the door in under an hour other than icy parking lot this places is the place to go for anything remote start
