This was a first rate experience from the time I pulled into the lot until the time I pulled out with my new vehicle a couple of days later. Even though I arrived close to closing time that first day, Ethan was willing to go along on a short test drive, his suggestion! Since it was a Saturday, we agreed to a time when we could meet on Monday for a longer test drive and to see if we could crunch numbers to fit my tight budget. Ethan did an amazing job educating me about the vehicle and answering questions with patience and knowledge. I never once felt patronized or treated differently than he, or any of the other employees might treat a guy. That was refreshing to say the least. They were all friendly and helpful! They worked with my budget and then made me an offer I couldnt refuse! I left with the new vehicle on Monday and on Tuesday dropped it off at a car service place Ive used for a couple of years. I asked my car guys to have at it and see what they could find wrong with the vehicle. They called an hour later to say they couldnt find a single issue with it and they congratulated me on a great new vehicle! I highly recommend Fury Outlet in Rochester, Mn!

Bought a Camaro the same day I test drove it, they kept shop open later than close to make the deal and assisted in recommending me to their Stillwater repair facility when I noticed some initial issues with the car. Great staff. I found the car online and was sooo pleasantly surprised with the staff once I got there. Nothing was pushy and terms were very receptive. In a town the size of Rochester I was skeptical of being a walk-in, but was quickly comforted by the staffs receptiveness. Great experience, and a new ride in the driveway!

Tank, James and Ethan were great to work with. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the truck at all. They answered all My questions and concerns and I felt like I was making the right decision. I slept on it for one night and when I came back the next day they had everything ready to go for me. I would recommend them anytime.

Sales manager Dan Torgrimson was very difficult to work with when our 2018 Chevy Traverse was delivered with mechanical problems on the suspension, a chipped/cracked windshield, and missing the interior mirror trim cover. The vehicle also had bad tires, which we did negotiate ahead of time. It was very surprising that Fury Motors would put up a vehicle for sale without it going through an inspection. Dan also wanted to charge $1,000 more than the Auto Trader price they listed. I do not recommend buying from this dealership until management improves.

I wasnt quite able to arrive at a deal with them, but they have nice quality inventory. Its mostly late model and well reconditioned. James (sales consultant) and Dan (manager) are professionals. There were no games whatsoever over multiple dealings. Having sold cars myself at a dealership, I can say that these are the kind of guys I want to work with as a customer.
