Great quality, fast work, least expensive in town and did it all with a smile! They closed in 19 minutes, and still wanted to get my phone done that day! Fixed it in 17 minutes 😆

Very friendly, easy to get to. They were very fast and fixed hardware on my phone on the spot where all other places said Id have to send it in or that parts were hard to find and they were not able to do it. Phone works great and they were about a quarter of the price other places quoted me.The only down side is they could use better furniture for waiting and maybe some other cosmetic updates, other than that it was great!

Too damn pricey and slow

The location wasnt too hard to find. Went to get my brothers iPhone screen replaced. It ended up being less expensive than other places and they fixed the screen in under 20 minutes! They even placed a screen protector I had purchased. Very friendly staff! I now know where to go!

I cracked the screen on my cell phone. I found Wireless Wizard by searching on line. I called a couple places; one was way too expensive and one I didnt care to use. I took a ride down to this place and the gentleman gave me a decent price; he was very polite and helpful. He had to order the part and called when it arrived. I went down today and in 30 minutes he had the new screen all in place. I would highly recommend this store!

Phone was fix within an hour great service

Today was the second time I went to the Wireless Wizard for a cracked iPhone 6s screen. Both times I just showed up, no appointment required. Belou, the gentleman working the front desk, helped me both times. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Each time I have gone he fixed my phone within 15-20 minutes of me arriving at the store. Thus far Ive sent two friends to his business and they were also very beyond satisfied with his professional and personable demeanor along with his prices and ability to execute the job quickly. I will never go back to an iPhone store location, he has proven that he is the best spot in Rochester for phone repairs.

I had a LCD screen replacement done on my Galaxy S4 and was satisfied with the outcome until I got home, there were deep scratches on the frame and a small glob of glue in the corner of my screen. I had to replace the LCD again and found that they used tons of crazy glue to hold the LCD and glass screen onto the phone. I paid professional price for an unprofessional repair.

Only giving one star because I have to. Horrible place to go. Fixed my phone and 3 months later lcd screen leaking with no trauma to phone. Warrantits here are only a month compared to a year other places. Would never go here again.

I came to repair my LGL52VL phone. I walked into to a disorganized looking store. Came up to the front desk or whatever and the manager wasnt even there. The repair was ridiculously over priced. Did not end up purchasing from this store.

This is the worst place ever I recommend never to take your phone there. They gave me a price and when I come back to pick up it was wat higher than it was supposed to be and I found a place in Greece call unbreakfix or something but that did something for absolutely free

Dont stay true to their open hours, I tried to go to their store at 5p.m and they werent open three time i tried to go there . they said open hour are 10a.m to 7p.m that must be a lie

I took my ipad to get a screen repair and I got it back without the home button working. The worker had claimed that I brought the Ipad in that condition... Honestly I will never go back.

They misinformated me when they told me I could pay for the phone screen when it arrived, he also said that he would call me. He neither called me or let me know that I had to put a deposit down to hold my place for a screen.
