This place could be fantastic! But its not, it use to be way way better. I believe Asurion has brought prices up and quality down, not exactly a model to follow. Just be aware of what you are asking them and make sure it works properly before you leave.

Jeremy was incredibly helpful. I made a claim last night for my phone insurance and showed up the next morning when they opened. He fixed it in under a half hour and provide a great screen protector! Definitely coming again when needed.

The service was great, very fast. They did excellent work as well. They were one of the only places around that could fix my sons cracked screen on his Galaxy S21 Ultra, because they were the only one who had the parts...the S21 being a new phone and all. So, the only reason they arent 5 stars...it cost me $300 to fix the screen. The price was a bit steep. The work and turnaround time were great. But the cost was more than I wish I had to pay. Maybe older phones wouldnt cost as much? But geesh, $300... man.

They fixed my phone! It feels amazing. Very glad they got it done. I wish they took emails before we leave our devices though. Especially our cell phone. Over the phone I was told it would take 2 hours to fix. By the time I got there I was told 4 hours. Theres no way for me to be contacted because I didnt have a phone and they couldnt email me. It all worked out in the end! Disappointed about the time I was told (understandably so, because it did get very busy), but I got a lot done during that time at home. Mainly sleep.

I called the store on 7/13/2021 to inquire about the cost of a battery replacement for my Google Pixel XL. The associate I spoke to advised me that the replacement would cost $89.99 plus tax but the battery needed for the replacement was not available. He advised that he could order it for me and that it would take a few days to come in. I confirmed that no prepayment was needed and that I would drop my phone off 7/21/21 to have the replacement battery installed.I decided to give them a call on 7/18/21 to see if I could bring my phone in on 7/19 or 7/20? I spoke to a different associate and she advised me that she needed to confirm that the battery was in and it was so I could bring it on 7/19 for the work to be completed. Well 7/19 came and I went to the store and checked in my device at 10:34am and provided all relative contact info for the repair to be done. The associate I interacted with gave me a receipt and told me that the work would be completed by 2:30pm. I advised her to call me at home and if I didnt pick up that she could leave a voicemail once the work was completed.When I went to my car I noticed that the receipt indicated a different phone so I went back into the store and confirmed that they knew that my device was not a Pixel 4A XL, that they had the battery and that no data would be wiped from the device. Another associate came out and confirmed that its just a battery swap and that it would boot up and nothing would be erased. I left the store satisfied with his response anticipating that my device would be repaired.I figured I would leave at about 2:15pm so I could pick up my phone on time. When I got to the store the associate who previously advised me about the battery swap procedure asked me how he could help and I explained to him that I was picking up my phone. He went into the back and brought what I thought was my phone and in fact it was another customers phone! He apologized and retrieved my phone.....mind you when he went back there I heard the other associate tell him to tell me that that they could order another battery but it would take a few days to come in. Instead of telling me that directly he apologized and explains that they were unable to repair my device because the battery they received was defective (why would you only order one battery?) and that my old battery was reinstalled (I cant confirm that they actually did anything to the phone) I was obviously frustrated and explained to him that I waited almost a week for this part and said he was sorry they couldnt do the repair and that I should buy another phone!I politely explained to him that the battery replacement was a more cost effective option rather than buying another phone when new models will be available in a few months time. When I was a sales rep I directed customers to this specific location for repairs and based on their satisfactory service I was expecting excellent service myself! To add insult to injury I figured there would be a voicemail waiting for me advising that the phone couldnt be repaired but there was nothing!This was my first interaction with the company and unfortunately based on the poor experience I had it will be my last. I will no longer be recommending people go to this location nor will I be directing any business to uBreakiFix as whole.

Like most places the man was overworked and probably underpaid, he handled the crowd quite well..my phone was a Motorola and apparently theyre having a hard time getting parts and my phone would have been there for a few weeks waiting for parts.. and Id still give the man five stars, very very good customer service skills

Repaired a broken (completely shattered) Samsung Galaxy 20 screen and back glass cover within 4 hours. And looks like a new phone. Much cheaper than buying a new phone or even buying used ones online. I dont have insurance and is cheaper option versus paying 24 months of insuramce and then a deductable so I would rather pay outright if this happens again.

My husband brought in an iPad about 4 weeks ago due to his screen not working. They said it would take about 3 weeks because they have to wait on the new screen to be delivered. After 3 weeks past, I called them and they said they deemed the iPad as unfixable because they tried 2 screens and it still doesnt work. We went up there to grab the iPad the next day and they said they couldnt find it and said they would get back to us later that day or the next day. A week has past and no call, Ive tried calling a few times but theyre too busy to answer.

They were very open about their prices and gave me a fair quote. I didnt take their services (my phone is old enough that i could buy a new one for a similar price) but they were plesant about me saying no thanks.

I’ve had my iPhone 8 repaired here twice. First was a cracked screen, and this time it was a dying battery. They take phone insurance through Verizon as well as warranty claims, and they’re a certified Apple repair technician shop. The turn around time for repairs is about 2 hours. I’d highly recommend this shop for phone repairs.

The young man who helped me with my cell phone today was so very kind! I felt safe and he explained my phone to me so I could understand. Its nice to feel valued even though Im a little older and not super tech lady! Thank you!!

Went in to fix my iPhone screen, it was $300 for a screen vs $380 for OEM screen and the guy told me theres virtually no difference yet theres a huge difference; lack of colors popping and vividness, differentiation among black shades, and just overall a poor screen. If he didn’t feed me that bs I would have gotten the OEM, but they choose profit margins over honesty.

This place is a mess. They canceled my appointment because they didn’t have a part. Never bothered calling back to say why they canceled, had to call back 3 times to get why they canceled and neither did they return the $30 deposit, said if you want that you can come by the store. 👎🏻

Very polite and professional employees. You can enter store with mask (unlike Verizon). They work with Verizon. So, if you have insurance, file a claim and bring your device to them. They will give you the price owed after insurance.

Didnt properly recode my screen during replacement, thus loosing True Tone. The screen itself is fine, looks factory quality, though it has issues when charging, it seems to get shorts and the screen freaks out.

Got my Samsung A10e fixed there for a low price compared to other phone repair shops! They got it done within s couple of hours and my phone looks good as new! They will definitely be my first choice!

Did not have the screen to fix my phone and didnt sound like they worked on Motorola phones at all.

Pretty shocked they were able to get me in same day replace my screen same day and have it done. Most other places required a wait for the part to come in and this was cheaper.

I am so very glad Samsung told me about UBreakIFix. I purchased a Samsung Note 20 two weeks ago. Through my own inability I locked myself out and, no matter how many times I tried, I couldnt get into my phone. I went days that way and everyone I talked to said in order to unlock the entire phone would have to be reset and I would lose everything, my contacts, my pictures, my apps. Well, I walked into the store and met Robert, the manager. He was immediately so kind, so understanding, so helpful. And, within a matter of minutes he unlocked my phone. Wow, tech magic!!! I was so grateful. I wanted to buy him lunch, go get him coffee at Starbucks. He said not necessary. This is what I am here for. Did I mention that he is also humble? 😉 So, to others looking for tech assistance, do not hesitate, do not wait days to look for the right help. Dropped my phone and needed to get the screen fixed. Filed a claim and went to UBreakIFix in Greece. Space was clean and Jeremy took awesome care of me. He found the claim and 2 hours later it was done. Very friendly and the phone works (and looks) great! I would recommend them and Jeremy if you have a broken phone!

DO NOT LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT DOCUMENTING THE STATE OF YOUR DEVICE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY HAND IT TO YOU. Please read my review history - I dont often complain about poor service. But this was dismal, and I feel obligated to document it so that nobody else goes through what just happened to me.I dropped and broke my factory screen on my Google Pixel 2, and brought it in to the Greece location to be replaced. They had it done relatively fast - only a couple hours. However, only a few days later, the speakers started acting up. The next day, the entire screen except the TOP LEFT(top left is an important detail in this case) corner would not work, and the top left was slightly visible, but tinted green. This was Friday of that same week. Today, Saturday, I brought it in to be fixed again. There was indeed a small crack in the top left corner which I hadnt really noticed until we looked at it in the store. They told me they could give me a discount since it was so soon, but could not refund me because the screen was cracked. In those few days since the original repair, I did not drop it, put it in my pocket along with any other items that may have damaged it, or submit it to any stress whatsoever. I did make 2 phone calls - and since I am right handed I press the top left corner of the screen up against my ear when talking. This is where the problem is. After this second fix, I got in my car and thoroughly looked over the phone and found that the TOP LEFT corner of the screen wasnt fully seated in the body of the phone and I could even get my fingernail underneath it and bend it. I turned around and went back in. They re-seated the screen, but explained that I still couldnt get a refund on the previous repair. At this point, its pretty obvious that the top left corner wasnt seated right the first time either, which is why it broke. However, UBreakIFix will always assume damage is your fault unless you have pictures to prove it is their fault (Which most people will not have). It is safe to say that they will hide behind that policy in almost any situation, and that their promise only lasts from when they hand you the phone at the counter until you step foot outside the shop. Im lucky I had insurance for the original fix, because they just charged me $100 dollars to fix a replacement screen that they surely didnt put on right in the first place. So PLEASE, if they guarantee a perfectly fixed device, be skeptical and look it over yourself before you walk out of the door. Otherwise any damage or improper function will be assumed to be your fault when you bring it back in. Absolutely not trusting this place again.

Im actually writing this in their parking lot as I just left the store. Brought my old hp laptop to them because it seemed dead. Would not charge nothing. The gentleman took the time right there to ck the plug with his own plug and boom it worked. Determined the issue was a bad charging cord. The only bad part is he told me to get it at best buy because they had none to sell or I would have got it from them. The other good part the gentleman charged me nothing!!! Very professional, always with a smile, very honest. Cant beat that .. not to mention i went to fix my PC first. Not only did it smell of marijuana in the place, the kid wanted to charge me 40.00 just to leave it. Notice i said kid!!. Anyhow this is a great place and Id recommend uBreakIFix... great job guys keep it up.

I dropped my phone off at noon. I was told I could pick it up at 430. I went in at 430,kid at the counter says we have a password problem and need to run samsung diagnostics it will take about 20 minutes. I told the kid I had an important appointment and the phone seems to work fine so just let me pay. Kid says we cant do that . He wouldnt take my money. For some odd reason I gave him the phone back and the password AGAIN so he can get it done. After over 5 minutes another guy comes out and says theres a problem with the password. We figured out the 1st kid doesnt know the difference between an H and a 8. I tell this guy I need to go youve wasted too much of my time. He says I have to let him try the password and run the diagnostics because samsung says soand if I dont he will go reinstall my broken screen. I told him samsung doesnt own my phone i do and I want to go. After more arguing I told him just do it already. Another 10 mins or so goes by and he comes out with the phone finally. I pay and leave. On the receipt it says they are not responsible for breeched or stolen data while the phone is in their possession . Who is then? Who gives them the right to hold my phone hostage and not allow me to pay and go with MY PHONE?.Totally rediculous. Im considering opening a phone screen replace as close to them as possible and charge as little as possible. I would not recommend anyone go to this place!!!

I spent the whole day until they closed calling and checking my emails. I even reached out to corporate just to be told they dont have any updates. What a way to ruin someones day.
