Great stores. I have been to the store in Henrietta and Monroe Ave. Both have been very helpful and know their stuff. Prices are good too. I will shop here again.

Love the employees! Their stock it a little low since the virus hit but that being said other than E-lab they are about the only place to buy regular flavors of vape juice

I came here for the first time tonight. Very knowledgeable staff (wish I got her name), lots of high quality product. They had all four things I was looking for, and the person behind the counter explained everything and all the different flavors. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, and vaping isnt cheap. Ill definitely be back for CBD and more vape stuff.

They were out of things at the time so call ahead. I had a good experience there. Very comfortable.

I came in here because its close by my residence. Had to replace a part of a vape rig, they wouldnt sell me the actual piece i needed, they would only sell the complete kit and tried to get me to spend an extra 50 bucks. I went down the street and bought the part for 30 bucks. great juice selection and price -- but Id go else where for hardware.

Couldnt call Monroe because phone lines was down, called another store and was told Monroe have my items in inventory. Walked in and two guests were being helped, I waited. Another customer walks in and the rep instantly helps them. I advised I was waiting first and all I wanted was a coil. The rep went to the back and came up with the mod for the customer after me but didnt serve me. I go to END VAPE faithfully but that experience completely turned me off. I used my lunch break for this and felt dismissed. #LostaCustomer.

Small, but great selection. The employees are the bessssst.One guy, with glasses, cant remember his name accidentally sold me a 0mg nicotine bad drip blend, I called and he NO questions asked remembered me and said come back it was totally my mistake and Ill give you the 3mg.He paid for it out of his own pocket.

Horrible customer service they wouldnt sell to me while Im 21+ because my friend didnt have his ID. So I asked if I could just buy something if my friend leaves and they said no. Because of policy
