Never seems to have anything in-stock I need. Store is disorganized w sizes in disarray. No prices on anything?? Came in for velcro for some patches and a uniform but did not have any available. Called about 30 mins before they closed on a Wed no one answered. I left message but no return call so I had to stop in. Low size to no stock for boots. They always offer to order things they don’t have but I have google too and I can order stuff + most companies offer free shipping so why bother going to the physical store then have to return for pick up? Was the only customer in the shop and 2 guys sitting around chatting about non-work things while on their computers typings. Stood at the counter for a few mins before they acknowledged me??? Don’t waste your time order online!

They have stated online that they are open. I called them and they didnt answer as usual. Just a heads up before making the drive all the way out to them they are closed until mid January due to inventory. They put up a small sign on there, plenty of people were inside to answer the phone. They could care less about their customers as well as those who serve for the community. Please keep your information up to date before wasting peoples day and then laugh at them from inside. Thanks

This is my go-to uniform store. They didnt have what I was looking for (found it at another uniform store) but there was an impulse buy of a pair of tactical boots that occurred.

Always great service here and great customer service. They have a lot of work related equipment and clothing. Also have clothing and footwear as well as some unique accessories. They can order items also and are very helpful.

I work in pest control I bought a stream light stinger flashlight from them it came defective from the factory they replaced it no questions asked this is why I try to buy local instead of Amazon. Thank you.

They are gonna overcharge you and nickel and dime you for everything they can. I bought a tie clip. $15. Then I said I might as well get a tie. $7. What!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I only go there cause I have a uniform allowance thru the company.

Best place to go hands down!

A public safety clothing and supplies distributor, they sell name brand clothing and good customer service. If they dont have it, they will order it. I just order it myself if they dont have it. Prices are on par with anywhere else.

High price. Zero customer service. Won’t help you get anything if you don’t already know anything. Need help getting a rig for a security guard job? Too bad, they don’t have time for because you’re a nobody to them. Literally go anywhere else.

This is the worst uniform place in the city. Everything is over prices and stock is always low or not available unless you are RPD or RFD. I hate this place and wish I could give it zero stars. If I didnt have a uniform allowance from my company at this place only Id never shop there.

Price listed on the website did not match the actual price. Called the store and to their credit they did investigate however, they hid behind the terms and conditions and said yea our bad the website didnt upload properly. When i asked about the price stating that i would gladly pay the listed price the manager sternly declined and claimed I was trying to take advantage of the store. It was a $50 difference on a set of rocky boots. Last time I checked it was not the customers responsibility to update the stores website. He did thank me for bringing that to his attention, but offered no compensation, i would have gladly met in the middle had he not so sternly reject my offerings. WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN EVER!!!! Buyer Beware, store is less than meets the eye.

Awesome customer service. Receiving order products has become confusing, with new corporate owner, extended and hard to get delivery answers due to overloaded Corp inventory system. Takes a long time to get items that used to be stocked. If not for in store staff, I would change vendors.

Friendly staff, however the prices are outrageous. They have an okay selection of merchandise and they can order stuff from online vendors for you. It just makes more sense just to buy online!
